Did a great job finding a good quality good priced battery to replace my completely dead one in a timely manner. The waiting area was clean and I had half an hour to do some shopping to kill some time. The staff were super friendly and knowledgeable highly recommend coming here.

I arrived at Walmart a few moments after 7am. I was the second person in line. I requested our usual $24.99 Pit Crew oil change. They said it would be a 25 minute wait, and the pulled in my jeep right away. I settled in the waiting room and began working. About 23 minutes later, the mechanic and a manager came to get me. They explained that Walmart no longer offers a Pit Crew on my jeep. The mechanic said that I needed to putchase my own oil and they escorted me to the oil section. Then, the mechanic selected 2 bottles of oil (1 large, 1 small) for me to purchase. Then they sent me back to wait while they begin the whole process again. The manager was silent during the whole process. The mechanic explained to several other employees that he "Has the manager's backing on this one!" Apparently, Walmart no longer does "10/30" oil changes. Also, a few new employees arrived during the oil change, and they decided, unannounced to me, to let me jeep be a learning experience. The employee behind the second desk spent most of his time cursing, which for some people, would be highly offensive. After more than an hour wait, I was called to the desk. I was literally charged double for this one! The would not give me my original receipt. They restarted the whole process about 25 minutes after my arrival. This receipt shows the second half of my time there this morning. Please do not waste your time or money at this Walmart!

Online order canceled twice, even though tires were in stock. Had to come in store to order them. Then this shop does not have extra Lugnuts in stock to replace stripped ones. Customer has to go buy them from another store in order for a tire shop to replace tires. Cannot make an appointment while in store and have to go back online to make an appointment. Overall, having to make three separate trips to this place just to change my tires. Would have been better to go to a real tire place.

I will NEVER trust them with my vehicle again. They broke the hood latch on my truck- it’s a newer vehicle so it opens a little differently and the tech pulled it too far. $1100 in damage. I had to take it to the Ford dealer to get it fixed- and they were able to confirm that they were the ones that broke it. The manager tired to tell me that it came in that way- that somehow the last people to open the hood broke the latch. In order for this to be true they would have had to break the latch, get the hood open (the ford dealer had to tear the front end apart to get it open), and then close it without bothering to tell anyone. Little do they know the last person that did the oil change was the Walmart on 9th street. Regardless- they broke it and can’t be bothered to even attempt to make it right.

Not good . Called for tire replacement. Quoted price. Which was good , but would not install 1 tire ? Wanted me to buy 2 . When I was only replacing a flat that had a bolt in it . Went to firestone as it was very easy , 1 tire , no update and much more customer service then some ding bat at walmart. I worked automotive dealership for 28 years. Never seen such poor service as walmart.

Went in after calling to confirm they were availaible, and nobody cared to talk to me, even thought there were employees at the counter. After waiting to ask, they said they couldnt do anything that day. No option for appointments. First come first serve only.

When there was a discrepancy with the price the manager was amazing to work with. I will definitely be back for more work because of the amazing customer service I received.

Friendly staff. It took them about two hours to service my vehicle, much longer than expected.This was my first time visiting this Walmart Auto Center location. Overheard some technicians getting frustrated rotating and balancing my tires on because they didn't have the tools to easily remove the tire lug nuts. Plus, they were concerned that it would delay them leaving work on time that day. Overall, while the whole process took longer than expected, some aspects seemed rushed because I had to return to the location the following day to have my oil gauge reset and talk with them about inconsistent tire pressures.

If you want a seized engine this is the place to go! Oil was low when arrived had me sign a waiver then on my way home seen oil dripping called a mechanic to my job and he showed me how it was still the original oil in my car and they never changed my oil the reason the was a leak is because the changed the oil filter and did not gasket and filter housing please for the sake of your investment go to a real oil shop where they show you their work!!!

All the associates I met were very professional and efficient. When I checked in they said it would be 45 minutes before they could get to my car. They finished in about 30 minutes! I will definitely be back.

Came in early before an appointment (and asking while making the appt if I could also get an oil change, which they said yes) but, they said they won’t also change the oil because “it would take too long.” I REALLY don’t recommend coming here for ANYTHING because they don’t care for their work or customers.

I waited an hour and a half with my car in service. Only 1 other car was brought into the garage while I waited. Realistically I would usually do it myself but it was snowing. It took way to long and Noone could tell me why it took so long. Never will go back to this location
