The worker here totally ignored my presence at the counter. He spoke to a friend, stating he was on his way to taking a break. I asked him if anyone could assist me. He then proceeded to call his colleague to assist me. They were unable to help me after all.

No bad feelings to the people trying to do their job. I understand how "their system" works. However, I can never recommend this service center to anyone. In fact, I would recommend that you actively avoid this with a vengeance. I had paid for tires and service online all at once, when I arrived I was informed I must pay again. It would not matter if it were $1 or $1000; is Walmart going to pay my card interest? Why should I be at the whim of a multi billion dollar (561.28 billion - 7/26/2024) company to "reimburse" my second payment when I've already paid? I do not blame anyone working in the auto center for this; I do, however, blame the "MANAGER" that came back with an accusatory attitude. The first resolution tactic was accusatory; the second resolution tactic was to question me when I didn't even ask for them. The immediate question to me was "Do you understand what he (the service advisor) is trying to say?" in a very condescending and accusatory manner. To me, this is not a very customer friendly or solution based tactic, this is a liaison between customer and billion dollar store. I said "I do, but I do not need a mediator." I believe this person could be a great manager, but the mindset is totally misguided beyond helping a customer. Pride and entitlement have no business in customer concerns, especially when it's the customer's money that we're talking about. Empathy, understanding, and a directed point of view are helpful. I do not remember your name. But you came off very accusatory, very rude, and very averse to any solution oriented conversation. YOU SUCK :)

They never pick up the phone.I have a appointment at 12pm come on time,they start working on my car at 1.07 pm.All this time sit and wait for the car to complete.You guys needed work on time.

Website says they're open until 7:00, leave work early and fight traffic to get here at 6:00 to have them say "sorry we close at 6:00"

stay away! techs took turns driving my new mustang aggressively around the building at high speeds! the manager brushed it off as "doing their required test drives" ridiculous!

I came for my appointment that was an oil change. Afterward I noticed something leaking from under my car after I got home. I went to the honda dealership for a diagnosis and was told my oil pan and oil filter housing seal was damaged. I went back to Walmart and they claimed no responsibility for something that wasn't a problem before going there. This was my 3rd or 4th time coming here but absolutely will not be coming here again. A simple oil change has costed so much more and the lack of taking responsibility is really taking the cake here.

Came here for an oil change for an appointment that I made at 7am. My car wasn’t serviced until about 8. Then I had to wait another 20 minutes for someone to come back to the register, and another 35 minutes because I guess there was no money in the register for me to pay. All while everyone seem to have this nonchalant attitude that there was a long line and no one was being helped by anyone who worked there. It took roughly over 2 hours for an oil change, won’t be coming back here again.

Gave me the wrong size tire than what i ordered and couldn't put my tires on because I showed up late. Appointment times are kind of confusing. They gave me these huge tires that didn't match with my order at all. Had to go somewhere else and pay even more. Luckily the other place took the wrong tires off my hands and gave me a discount. Either way not returning.

I’ve been coming to this Walmart auto service for oil changes for a long time and have always been satisfied. However, the last time, despite no apparent queue, I was told to wait while other customers were served before me. I feel this might be some form of discrimination. I hope the service management will look into this issue

Just gotten my tires done excepting the great service I gotten before but this time wasn't so great I got my tires done on Nov 4 An now my tire pressure light keeps coming on so I have to go fill air in my back passenger tire every other day they didn't have the cap on my tire then the back tire on the driver side they put on wrong. I live almost a hour away have school, medical apps and alot other things. Paid almost $400 for four new tires going into this winter now I have to go back and complain. (Update) So I was able to get my tire repaired the Staff took care of it without any hassle this why love coming to Walmart Autoshop because I'm satisfied Kodus to the team.
