I called in earlier to come do an oil change walk-in. I drove almost 30 minutes really far for me, when I came there was eight cars ahead of me and they literally ignored me when I told them I came from far away and how long it's going to take. They didn't even apologize or anything . He unfortunately never going back there again

The person that changed my oil , left oil marks on my vehicle. This is the second Walmart that has done it , do you guys have children changing oil ? Seriously people , have some respect for other people's vehicles when changing oil. Peoria and 83rd Ave did it , and now the 75th Ave lower buckeye did it as well.

When I come to most Walmarts there is someone to come and check your car in. This Walmart the mechanics ignore you& keep working. It would have been fine if there was a sign to say something like that but there was nothing and it took someone to get out of their car to look around and they tell you to check in inside. When I got my car back it was parked really far away from the other cars & it smelt really bad like body odor. I will take my business to the Walmart in Mesa. I never had this problem and I don’t recommend anybody else to come here.

Made an appointment with my vehicle information a week ahead. Get to the appointment and they're out of the bulk oil my vehicle requires and tell me that I have to pay $10 for 'bottle service'. I'm sorry but tell me why I should pay extra when they failed to order their stock appropriately? It makes absolutely no sense and there is zero customer service. Very disappointed.

Over an hour and 20 minute wait for them to do a simple battery test for a replacement that I said I would Install myself.

Welp, didn't even get a chance to get my oil changed, they are backed up about 12 cars in both of their oil change lanes. Walmart's site says they accept people who don't have an appointment, but the auto center is so slow and backed up, they don't have time for walk ups. Will be taking my vehicle to a different company.

I needed tires, came in, and I made an appt for next day install. Came back the next day at my appointment,things went quite well. I'll be sure to make an appointment next time. Lot less hassle doing that!

My appointment was at 4, work didn't even start until after 5. They're crawling around, not caring about anyone's time. Laughing about my tire choice to each other as they're rolling them out past the waiting room. I don't know what I expected from Walmart but I will never do this again.

Terrible place to get get an oil change. Always takes longer than two hours for a simple oil change. They also have terrible customer support and zero transperancy. I would never recommend too get any type of work on your vehicle done here.

Very unhelpful, didn’t have the proper tools for my car which they did in last oil changes. My car wheel is now having issues and doors won’t unlock anymore. Staff were very unhelpful and so were mechanics. This service had to be one of the worst type I have ever had.

the worst service I can ever see. In one of my cars, they overtightened the oil screw and it was leaking the oil in my house. I returned to them and they told me that they had not done that and they did not want to fix it and in another of my cars they put a bad oil filter in. oil and it was leaking oil, I went back to them and they did not take responsibility either, they told me that maybe it was because my car was 2011, which is already very old, I called the manager at the auto center but it is of no use. I never returned to this Walmart on 75 ave and lower Buckeye and I do not recommend it to anyone, very bad service.

Honesty. Excellent service, a smile on each service person. Staff was sparse. It is what It is companies need to staff their stores and give employees hours to work.

Inefficiency to the core. They pulled through 2 cars for tire replacement during the time DiscountTires would have done 15. They lost the keys to one of the cars in the other bay that came in for oil service because of which the other cars behind it were stuck. Finally they found it near the trash. 😱

Just go to the one on Power and Ray in Mesa. I have been to 6 six tire centers and literally live across from one and still drive 50 mins to the one in Mesa. Here they totally screwed the rotation of tires, could not tell my car did not have tpms sensors and left my tires low on air. They tried twice and still got it wrong. Waited 3 1/2 hrs. Will have to check them at home, put air in and make sure they are torqued down. They played musical chairs with them so it is going to be a pain to locate where they all ended up at.

Lazy and rude employees who are just walking around dragging their feet. Who took it upon themselves to close up shop early at 2:45 p.m. on a Saturday 11/5/22 even though there was at least five staff members there. So I know they were not understaffed

Used to be a great place to get an oil change with fast service and great staff. That's all gone now. Rude staff, extremely slow service. Waited 30 minutes in my car for service only to be told you now have to go inside and request service (no sign anywhere outside that says to do that) and when I went inside was told they were closing early and wouldn't change my oil! Avoid this place at all costs
