Was the first one in line for oil change, they opened slightly few minutes late. But the service was very quick.also the cashier didn't have register ready for cash payments, so it took him around 15 mins to get that situated. overall great service.shalom

Came here to get 4 Walmart purchased tires installed, with a free option, Angel was completely unprofessional and disrespectful and denied service, and denied me demanding a manger to escalate the issue completely unacceptable. Waited 30+ minutes just to be told they can’t do the car because they don’t want to not make the highest dollar amount on me.

I literally have been waiting for over a half hour just for them to tell me they don’t have any oil for the cheaper oil change so then I left and then I came back and I literally been sitting in my car again for a half hour waiting for somebody to come over to me like this has got to be the worst Auto care I’ve ever been to seriously either you need more employees or better customer service one of the two. I’m so irritated of all the time I’ve wasted today. Go to Northern and 59th Ave., do not even go to this Walmart

I recently had the unfortunate experience of using this location’s Walmart's car service, and I must say it was incredibly disappointing. From the moment I arrived, the staff seemed disinterested and unprofessional. They took much longer than promised to even start working on my vehicle, leaving me waiting for almost an hour. To make matters worse, the final bill was significantly higher than the initial estimate they provided. When I questioned the charges, the staff couldn't provide a clear explanation and were dismissive of my concerns. Overall, my experience with Walmart's car service was a complete letdown. I would strongly advise anyone considering using their services to think twice and explore other options. The lack of professionalism, poor workmanship, and lack of transparency regarding pricing make this a service I will never use again.

I went to do a oil change as i do always. But now they put a super slow person, which it took to get my keys 45 minutes to just take the info from me and my keys, and it was just 3 cars in front of me. I had an appointment which of course i was late and it usually just takes max 10 minutes ad this is the only thing they do just tske your signature and keys , it was crazy the time it was taking to the person to move from point a to point b, and also after taking the keys of every car the person was going to speak to his partners, laugh and i do not know what else. Today is september 2, 2023 at 12:30 pm.

Muy mal servicio, 1. Solo para servicio cambio d aceite; mi carro ya estaba listo y hasta había pagado. Y no me entregaban las llaves por que me decían que no las habían traído después de 40 minutos sentada esperando salí para preguntar y me dicen que ya está listo desde hace hace tiempo y yo esperando. 2. No se a que le movieron pero descompusieron el sonido. 3. El personal no te entiende con amabilidad. Parece que están enojados. Muy despotas y groseros.

Second time I get an oil change on my second vehicle they take less than 30 minutes for about 30 minutes for an oil change. Very good customer service the women who are the registers. I am very good customer service. Very nice shout out to others I believe I went to the one on 75th and McDowell basically were in Encanto but good service over all

The service that this store provides regarding deliveries of online orders in the tire department is terrible. They do not have a solution. They are closed both mentally and in customer service and an optimal solution to the problem for me if there were a rating lower than zero star I wouldn't give it to them because they don't even deserve that 👎

i literally got my tire changed here and they added on fees that i didnt even ask for and heres the best part my tire wasnt even put on right and i drove a hour home, came out to look at whats going on i smell burned rubber and when i look at the car moving the tire that was touched without me asking is moving
