They don't guarantee appointments because their employees can call out and they don't let you know. They also don't know what appointments are made online and have no access, so it's chaos everytime. All the reviews are correct, it's cheap but you will wait hours each time. The manager is completely overworked and has no resources to help with complaints or to make things better at all. He hung up on me twice because he just didn't know how to answer a question and didn't know what to say, he has zero support. Those poor employees.

It literally took them 1.5 hours to replace 1 battery. I felt unsafe on my way out. Never coming back. Felt like a scam

Scheduled oil change at 12:30. Showed up 10 minutes earlier. Wasn't worked on until 1:15. They finished oil change and tire rotation at 2:35. I drove away, and the tire pressure warning popped up. I drove to costco to use their air pump. All 4 tires were listed at 24 psi, its supposed to be 32. So either they didn't fill the tires (included in the service) or they let the air out. I'll still come here again, but I'd say there's no point in making an appointment. Staff was friendly.

I purchased 2 tires to replace my back tires. I made an appointment at 3pm to have them replaced. They didn't even pull my car in to start working on it until 430pm. At 530pm I was told that my car was ready. I paid for tire rotation so new tires would be on the front because of front wheel drive, but new tires were on the back. The bad tires that were on the back of my car were placed on the front. I had to throw a fit to have them do their job correctly. 3.5 hours later and I'm still at Walmart waiting for my car to be returned to me.

Walmart is competitive with prices, but it should not take two hours with an appointment, mind you they were only changing one tire and was doing that for over a hour. When places take to long and you can't see your car, you can't help but think what are they breaking on my vehicle. Do better Walmart. Discounted tires are everywhere.

Don't get your oil change here before asking if they have your oil filter in stock. After waiting for over an hour, they informed me that my oil filter is out of stock and please walk to the part store and purchase one for my car. So after walking to part store and paying $15, I returned to Walmart so they could compete with my oil change. When done I went to pay and gave my receipt for the oil filter that I purchased, the manager said sorry we won't refund or deduct the price. When I said that, the $35 oil change included an oil filter, correct? Yes, but only ifs in stock!! WHAT? Why would you even start the oil change without gathering all the parts you need to make sure you can do the service? I paid, then walked to find the store manager and was able to get my refund. I will say the guys running the counter were super nice, but the service mng needs training on customers service.

Can't argue that they have great prices on tires. But why make an appointment for 11:00 if they're not going to start on it until 1:45 p.m.?

I went to Walmart to get an oil change today and when I went to get my car, there was a note highlighted on the paperwork that mentioned I needed antifreeze. I know nothing about cars and had no idea what type of antifreeze I should purchase, or even where to pour it, honestly. I also left my phone at home and had no way to look it up. The service manager, Colton, went out to my car with me, opened my hood, found out what type of antifreeze I needed to purchase, and he actually put it in for me! He was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. He made my often stressful (single mom) life easier today.

I came here at 9:41 to get an oil change and the doors were locked and noone could get service! This is the worst service I've ever received. After this I should get a free oil change cuz I'm having to drive waste my time my money and my gas to go over to another Walmart to get an oil change! Walmart is really gone downhill!!!

The previous day I went in and checked if they had tires available for my car as I just needed two, the following day when I showed up, they informed me after leaving my car there for 30 minutes that they accidentally sold one of the two tires and they do not have enough tires to fulfill my order. This was highly disappointing and seems to be a recurring theme at this specific Walmart auto center when it comes to tires and ordering of tires or tire service. Seen several other people report that their appointments have been ignored or otherwise useless so I ask Walmart what is the point of an appointment if the work never gets done.

These people have more excuses for not doing work, I just can't go back. They don't have the right tool, they don't have a lift big enough, so they don't have an 8mm wrench, they can't lift a full size pickup?

I made an appointment on Monday in the morning,to get my 4 tires changed. I waited 1 hour and half. I went to the front desk to ask for an update and they said that they haven't even gotten my car yet. So I rescheduled for a Friday afternoon to get the tires changed. I come in Friday drop off my car. I call 1 hour and 45 minutes later, to ask if my car was ready, and they said yes. So I show up and the front desk guy said that they stripped one of the lug nuts and the lug nut hole on my back tire. I drive my car around the next day, I have a vibration on my car now that I didn't have before. I called on Monday to put in a complaint about all this that happened. The lady I spoke to said, she was going to call the manager so he can talk to me, the manager never called. It's so frustrating that I'm trying to save money by getting my tires replaced at walmart auto instead of discount tirez, who aperently has higher prices but definitely has way better service then walmart. Now I'm going to spend way more money fixing these new problems that the walmart technicians added to my car.

Had a tire fail within 11 months of buying them from this location. Air is leaking from a crack in the sidewall. They claim it is not covered under the manufacturer warranty when this is an obvious defect.

Wait is a little long but they do a good job they won't do anything above what you pay for though. I had asked one of the attendant if he could help me with my coolant and the response I got was pretty lame and almost rude but I figured it out myself it was super easy which is why I left with the feeling that they were just sort of average
