Get here early is all I can say. They open at 7am, but you should really get here ny 645. They don't actually take appointments until 8. I was here at 645, took an hr all together for an oil change and wiper blade replacement. I've never had any issues, always great customer service.

No creo que sean personas con experiencia , todo les tiene que decir la tableta. No saben recomendar nada . Iba por cambio de aceite y dos llantas .. Solo compre el aceite y me fui a ponerlo en otro lado pésimo personal capacitado el sía 6 de enero por la tarde . Una persona venezolana . Creo que jamas había trabajado en taller no sabe nada .

Fui por un cambio de aceite para mi auto, estuvo bien el servicio de los de mantenimiento los chavos me ayudaron y me explicaron el proceso y me hablaron en español, pero al pagar en caja la persona es mayor de edad y de muy pocos amigos, siendo honesta pues se que hay días malos y buenos y que las personas mayores normalmente están enojadas todo el día y entiendo, pero la vida se hace más amena y pacífica mínimo con un saludo o sonrisa o un poco de buena actitud, debería de ser feliz o atender con un poco de más amabilidad estamos en esta vida de paso y no nos cuesta nada un poco de buena actitud ante este paso por la vida, todos tenemos ojos brazos etc .. se que mucha gente discrimina pero al fin y alcabo somos iguales. Saludos a las trabajadores de Walmart bendiciones...

They make you wait 4 hours to install 4 new tires even with an appointment. The service technician noted on the paperwork that 2 tire sensors needed to be replaced but this was never relayed to me. I even ask the manager after noticing light was still on and he only said it may need to be replaced. Never telling me which 2 as noted by technician. Then the very next day i received a flat tire. The 3rd day was told the valve was not tightened. Waited again another 3 hours to fix tire. Worst work ethics seen. Will not go back to this location.

The associates do not know what they are doing, I originally came to get an oil change and 2 new tires. The employee who first helped me typed all of the info into his tablet, and was confident he ordered the correct tires, turns out they were not, the manager then offered to order the correct ones for me, only to be informed that they were wrong as well, and now they refuse to return my money!! Useless company.

Absolutely amazing!!!! I had an emergency, called ahead, they reserved a spot, and I was literally in and out within 10 minutes. They care so much. Thank you.

I don't normally leave reviews, but the ratings here were quite low and it was very different in my experience so I felt I should say something. Very standard walk-in oil change. I stopped by, signed up with the employee who was moving cars into the garage in a line (which couldn't have been pleasant in 109-112° weather, mind you) at about 3:45 pm. They got started on my car at 5:22 pm and finished in 30 minutes. All I all, it took two hours and forty minutes, which is perfectly reasonable for a walk-in. There's a mall, some supermarkets, and a few restaurants nearby. Plenty of ways to kill time if you just plan your day for it. No exceptional service, but I don't expect much more than exactly what I'm here to get, which is what I got. Certainly zero instances of poor service.

WOW LOOK AT ALL THE 1 STAR REVIEWS! WALMART DOESNT GIVE A DAMN!!!! You call to ask a question. They answer the phone and tell you theyre plackng you on a BRIEF hold. 6 min later. You hang up and call back and no one answers. I will immediately be calling wal marts competitor and buying 4 large tires from them. A 30 second question and answer would've been a SALE for walmart. Instead. Rudeness and lies. Hard pass

Very convenient. No appointment is needed and the cheapest when getting synthetic. Only downside is the opportunity to get some shopping done while getting my oil changed. Lol they know how to get the money out of you, so a deal for an oil change isn't setting them back 🤣

I had a good experience here. I needed to replace the valve stem and they let me just leave the wheel with them so I wasn't left carless. The staff who helped me were courteous and helpful. I would come back.

Wasted 20 minutes asking your stuff to unlock the glass box. Why would you put a $15 big box in there if you have pocket size $50 items laying on an open shelfs next to it

Went in to get an oil change, which is not what happened! When we got there the guy told us he had to check if they had the oil so they could do the oil change, he came back and said they did and it would be about an hour and a half until it was done. We walked around for almost two hours to come back for them to tell us they were just about to give us a call to say they don’t have the oil filter and cannot do it….. would’ve been nice to know before we wasted our afternoon when we could’ve taken the time to go elsewhere. If they didn’t have the oil filter it should’ve been mentioned before they had us wait so long. I’d give them 0 stars if I could. Spend the extra money and go somewhere who’s meant to work on cars cause Walmart is not.

7am appointment to have tires installed. I wandered around until 9am and they hadn't done a thing. They took in an 8am appointment over mine. No apology. Have fun eating those $800 tires Walmart, you lost my business!

Schedule appointment for 9 AM. When I got there, they told me it will be several hours before by car was even seen. Maybe don’t make appointments if you’re behind or let the person know when you’re making the appointment I’ll make appointments for a reason. Also, they are kind of rude.

Had an appointment and waited 3 hours for them to give no notification and cancel the appointment. They did nothing and the techs left for the day. Absolutely no notifications on the status and wasted my day for no reason.

Had an appointment at 10 they told me they didn’t have the oil filter and that I could go get an oil filter and they would do it, went and got the oil filter and came back to them telling me my appointment would be canceled and I would have to wait three hours Never again

I had a 9am appointment to install 4 tires that I brought with my car. I was on time for my appointment, but my car wasn’t taken back for a full hour. At 11:16am they informed me it would take 45 more minutes- but only because I went to ask. When I asked who I could talk to about the service delay in order to ensure the poor quality doesn’t continue for future clients, the front desk person appeared confused and said I might be able to check the website. Very poor communication, organization, and service overall.

Lied about testing my battery 8/16/23 and sent me away with a battery that had to be replaced in three days. NO WAY I would purchase another battery here. Maxx battery with three-year warranty lasted only a little over 11 months. Yeah, Phoenix has a brutal summer climate, but give me a break! The staff at this location is playing games with customers. Stay away.

Wow trust the reviews I was hoping to get my car serviced early so I arrived a few minutes to their posted opening time of 7am. Garages closed, door locked to customers, four cars in line. Nothing and I left around 7:40am. I understand locations are short staffed but this is sad. I called to determine if they’d be opening at a later time. Rep said hello and then proceeded to put me on hold. Get it together.
