Do not go to this location!!! Took my car for oil change and my check engine light a week later!! I took it back to see what was wrong and they said it was nothing wrong with it. Magically the light was off when I got back in the car. Unbeknownst to them I took to autozone 30 minutes before and they told what the problem was already. These people didn’t top off the oil to the point the oil pressure switch was almost damaged!!

If I could give it zero stars, I would. I had the first appointment at 7:00. I show up and no one is there but the door is open. Push the button for assistance and 10 mins later 2 female cashiers show up and tell me none of the techs have showed up to work yet. She checks me in and tells me that as soon as the tech gets there, he'll mount my 2 tires. I get a notification on my phone that my car is finally being worked on after 730. I check at 840 to see if it's ready. It's not. I had a funeral to attend so I told them it needed to be done ASAP since I'd been there since 7:00. Just before 9:00 he's finally done. 2 hours to mount 2 tires! Terrible! How about getting to work on time and doing the work in a timely manner since you showed up late? Never again at this location.

Long wait! Also, when getting an oil change, they supposedly do an all points inspection. Twice now, my fluids were the same as when I checked in. Low! They checked full. Air in tires were never checked either. How do I know? Because my dash tells me my tire pressure. All were low before I checked in. Same when I left. If you get an oil change, I suggest you go over everything before you leave.

Overall negative experience. A tire that was installed back in December they are unable to get off. This appointment was rescheduled a few times, apparently the tire instalation fee was never refunded even though it was supposed to be. Everyone keeps saying that it's someone else's fault. This is also after they couldn't even get my car started. Put the key in. Push brake. Turn key. Car starts. They had the hood up trying to jumpstart it when it wasn't needed. I definitely will not be coming back to this place. Highly recommend you go elsewhere.

I called 14 times at 2:15 seconds at a time until it hung up on me . I wonder if there is a supervisor there if so he should be fired . To me customer service is priority 1 in running a business but I guess Walmart doesn’t believe that.

Manager helped out a lot. I came from Phoenix and got a oil light on. Manager saw Cap was not on and cleaned up mess and topped my oil off.

Arrived at 530PM and was estimated 2hour wait time. The car was done by 6PM which immediately made me skeptical. Found that the engine cap wasn't put back on, the oil was half full, and I didn't get my sticker. Sounds like they definitely cut corners. Probably will not return.

Terrible tire service. Nobody knew what they were doing in the customer service area, took way too long for a couple of tires, overcharged for things I didn't even ask for. Went to the store manager and complained. He took care of the problem, but I would never go back

1st oil change went well. 2nd....they forgot to do it even though I got a message it was done. They quickly made up for the mistake in about 15 minutes while I was at the store. I did 2 laps of the store and got in some steps.

Came in at 6:00p.m. And waited in line 30min to be told they are going ti service out tire when they close at 7:00p.m. just to watch them stand around doing nothing for another 15min we where stranded needing one tire change 45miles away from home this is just ridiculous don’t go to this Walmart they don’t care to do there job or help customers very unprofessional and rude.

Great service for oil change and cheap. Regular oil change is $45, high milage is $55. Synthetic change is also $55. It was fast.

Purchased my Goodyear tires and scheduled an appointment the next day. Walmart has the best deal for people like me looking for a quality tire. I compared other shops in the area and they cannot compete!

The so manager named “Heather” is a rude discriminating rodent, unhappy with the $16 bucks an hour she earns so displaces anger towards customers simply needing tires! Sending formal letter of complaint to Walmart corporate!

This tire store run poorly the rating is 2.5 they have to be ashamed of it. I experienced poor service and communication, the technicians are rude, they do no know customer service or communication, the manager is incompetent. Go to another store

Went in to find tires could not find my size and they sold me a trailer tire for my car the individual behind the counter did not know what he was doing total waste of time if you have somebody back there trying to sell tires they need to know what they're doing proper training needs to happen.

Wow, unbelievable... Got there at 7am, At the beginning I was told that the service would be no more than an hour. I was the first customer in line to change tires. It takes them over 2 1/2 hours to change my tires. The guy was doing everything but working on my car. It wasn't until an hour and a half later that he started working on my car after having his breakfast and cleaning his area, and take them more than an hour to change my tires... Very disappointed, I definitely never coming back to this Happy Valley Walmart. They are very disorganized and irresponsibles.😞

I was standing in line and being ignored by a woman who appeared to be a manager there. After a while of this, I asked if she could ring up my items. She seemed annoyed and responded with "I could do that I suppose" or something to that effect. Maybe she was attempting to be cute, but it came off as rather rude. Other than that, I have no comment on the car lanes themselves because I repair my car myself. I just purchase items in the Auto Center from time to time.
