It’s hard enough as a woman to be treated respectfully in this world nowadays… but today I was treated horribly at this auto center. I went in to buy tires and asked to be pointed in the right direction. Three sales associates (an Asian man with long hair and two youngsters) laughed at me loudly. I have never been treated so poorly by 3 incompetent “men”. I will not be returning to such a place.

I already knew driving to this place it was going to be a joke. The slowest service ever in life. The service guys are slow and just waste time. With no cars in the bays waited 2 hours for a tire change. I had no choice to come here because it was a Sunday morning. I should’ve waited till something else open. Workers are so rude when you ask a question. No one wants to help. Avoid this place.

Never ever again i drop off car at 9 am to put on 2 tires only and its now 7:15 pm and still cant have it done workers arent fast and super lazy

Bought tires online, made an appointment for the removal and replacement of all four. Was there 5 hours waiting because they only had one person working on a Saturday according to the Staff member. I purchased the roadside warranty and got a screw in one tire today. Went back arrived at 6pm and was told they couldn’t fix it because they didn’t have enough time. They close at 7pm, I had to put my own spare on because it loosing air so fast :( I’ll be going back to Discount for sure 100% dissatisfied with this location. Understaffed feel bad for the employees!

Came here to get an oil change there was only 1 vehicle in-front of me and was told it would take 45min. It’s been 2 hours and I’m still waiting.

It was awful! The mechanic couldn't even find the dipstick to check the transmission fluid which is located in the very front and is clearly labeled. Even I know where that is! I give NO stars for this Walmart Auto Center! The only reason I guess 1 star is because i had to in order to post the message. 😒

They had me wait in my hot car to check me in and then took an hour and 15 mins to change my oil with no one ahead in the bay I was parked at. I'll pay 15-20$ more next time and go to a drive-in place. 3 stars

This people are garbage they didnt replace all the bolts snd fasteners on sheild got damaged now i have to take it off before oil change and put back my self because they wont do the oil change with it on because of there own laziness causing damage in first place

Was towards the end of the night and they were ready to go home so they told me it was nothing they can do about my OIL CHANGE lol how can you not perform an oil change? Never coming back to this lazy store again. They don't close until 7 so why are all they gates closed at 6:30? Please do not come here they do bare minimum, your car means more than quick service!!

Arrived around 6:50am, I was the 3rd car in line. I didnt walk out until 9:55am. (3hrs later). The sign on the door and website says they open at 7am. -They didnt open the gate until 7:30am.

If leaving 0 stars was possible that's what they'll get literally have tried coming here 10 different occasions ranging from opening at 7am to 4 pm. And every time they don't have the services open for one reason or the other if you can't handle the auto center then why have one open at all?

WARNING! Do not bring your car to this location. I took my car for an oil change and drove off with AC problems. I called multiple times and went in person to have this issue resolved and all they said is that they cannot be held responsible. Check the reviews, this is not the first time this happens. People walk in for one service and leave with more problems than they came in with. Please do not bring your car here. The customer service is horrendous. The employees have no manners. Low class.
