Why have appointments when you won’t honor it? I was here on Thursday with an 8 am appointment and waited over 2 and a half hours and still wasn’t seen. I came in with a 9 am appointment today and my car was still in the parking lot after 10:30, I couldn’t leave until noon. Save your time and spend your money somewhere else that will honor it.

Horrible service. They broke the bolt that helps drain the oil and did nothing made me pay for another. most of the people working as mechanics do not know enough to work on your cars.

I took my mom's car there for an oil change and tires. They were so awesome and they did a great job on the car. The girl who helped me, Dee, is an amazing person. She did a damn good job on the car and was an angel to deal with. Thank you Dee for brightening my day!

Why schedule an appointment if you are not going to honor it. Had an appointment at noon , was on time but told I would have to wait 45 min to an hour before my car would even be pulled in. Of this is the case customers should be informed when appointment is made. Young lady on the phone was phenomenal but the man at the counter could’ve cared less horrible customer service skills.

Took them two hours just to pull my car into the garage to change a single tire. It wasn’t until they saw me go up to the desk that they brought my car into the garage. Afterwards, they tried to sell me a part that my car doesn’t have. Then didnt even put the fixed tire on my car.

The automotive crew at this store doesn't get half as much credit as they deserve. I am not in a good place financially but had a flat, so I went in for a scheduled appointment to get my tires replaced. I didn't realize that one of my other tires was bad and couldn't afford to replace it as well, but the staff went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of and walked out of there happy. The woman that seemed to be managing my truck was so friendly and polite. I will absolutely be back!

My wipers decided to canablize and eat one another during one of Oklahomas famous snow/rainstorms. These were brand new from AAA. I was having a mini-panic attack. Thankfully TWO people from the automotive center came out and helped me install some new wiper blades! We were drenched and our shoes full of water. I thought I was going to have to stay at Walmart all day until my husband got off! They saved my day!

They offered to change my air filter for free when I went in for a oil change They never did and because of that it made more problems for my car. Now I'm paying to fix their mistake.the walmart employees that services my car should have paid the $300 not me.

Great service they put new tires on my lawn mower rims. They answered my phone call looking for replacement tires. Then went and looked for the tires and informed me they had them in stock. Very friendly and the tech answered all my questions about the tires and other questions about what services they offered. I highly recommend this auto care center.

I had gone to this Walmart on 104th before to get all 4 tires installed 2 years ago. I got a nail in one of my tires. I dropped off my car to get a patch thrown on it. Two hours later I get a phone call saying they don’t have a patch kit. That would’ve been nice to know before dropping my car off two hours ago. The person on the phone named Lily told me to go to the Walmart in Newcastle because they would have my tires. Once I got there I realized that I had been driving with a donut. The Walmart on 104th put a donut on my car without even telling me.. I had been driving 60mph on the highway without knowing. On top of that, the Walmart in Newcastle told me they didn’t have my tires. They said that no one ever called to verify those tires were in and secondly those tires can only be ordered online, they are not carried in store because they are low profile. I order the low profile tires online and schedule a tire installation appointment. I went ahead and bought 4 tires to replace them all. For whatever reason, two of the tires were delivered to my address and two to Walmart on 104th. When I get to Walmart on 104th and tell them that they have two of my tires, the person working the desk say they do not have them. I show them the email I received confirming it was delivered to them. Magic! They tell me they do have them! However.. since they’re low profile, they do not have the equipment to install them for me. I ask why not because I’ve been here before to get them installed. They walk off without saying anything to me and then come back and said they can’t do it. They told me they don’t know how they were able to do it two years ago but they can’t do it now. So you guys don’t have patch kits or my tires or the equipment to install my tires? And my grandma just came here two weeks ago with the exact same car and you guys were able to install her tires for her? Y’all just pick and choose when you want to work? I called the Walmart in Newcastle to see if they could install low profile tires for me and they said they don’t understand why they wouldn’t be able to. I’ll be scheduling an appointment with them now and if this works then I will go to Newcastle from now on.

My hood latch didn't work right and they weren't able to do an oil change...they could have offered to fix it...I would have paid for it.
