They never answer the phone when you call up there. And it's the entire store. You can't ever get a hold of someone so the phone just rings and rings forever until you decide to take your business elsewhere... so that is exactly what I will do

If I could give this Walmart ZERO stars. I would. They have the most unfriendly and non communicative help in the Auto Center. We came in at 2:26pm to have 2 tires changed. We didn't leave until 6:03pm! When we came in there were no cars and then an 1 hour and a half later there's a car having their tires changed. We were not told that there would be such a long wait. The cashier that helped us did NOT inform us that there was a $30 tire balance fee. The gentleman that was putting on our 2 tires was literally moving at a snails pace and gave no care about moving so slow. Then! When we let them know that it had taken 3½ hours just to get the tires changed and about how the lady didn't tell us of the extra charge.... they literally showed that they didn't care at all. They blew off our concerns and acted as if we were in the wrong. For $183 & a 3 ½ hour wait I believe we were In the right to be upset.

Was looking for Tires, could Not find them. "Special Order", was all I got, from everyplace I tried. Well, finally called Wal-Mart one day, and Wow. I spoke to an Auto Tech and found out that I could Order the Tires, @Wal-Mart.com and have them sent to Store. Then, set up an installation date. Easy stuff and save over 600.00. Got a 60,000 mile with Road Hazzard Warranty. Saved over $600.00. Yippeee!😁🤑

Apparently management at this Walmart auto center does not know how to write a schedule. Came two different times, both times no employees were available to do an oil change. Only come here if you plan on waisting your time! Went to Valvoline where they know how to staff appropriately and we’re not much more than an oil change here would have been.

I had a little problem when getting an oil change. They accidentally broke the dipstick. But one week later I brought the estimated from a certified auto shop, and Walmart gave me a refund. Will (the manager) was extremely helpful, paciente, and took care of my case. Great place to get an auto service. I highly recommend.

I scheduled an appointment online for an oil change. I get there and was told they do not carry my oil filter. Why wasn't I contacted in advance that they don't carry my oil filter? Very frustrating as other oil change places open today are busy. Its my only day off to get this done.

I was in a hurry because I had to start work at 8:00 and I showed up at 7:00 a.m. and asked them if they can please help me out and get me out right away and they were more than nice enough to help me out and got me right and on my way with my oil change, I would recommend

My experience was everything as expected. Daniel W was the service greeter. Very professional, on point, and very helpful. Steven T as service manager; professional, hardworking, and courteous. A day before the 4th of July, quite busy, few techs, but able to provide service the same day. 2 great men toughing out the business. Thank you! Deserving of a raise. Hope this gets to corporate.

I needed a battery after 3 jumps in 3 days. I have heard good things about Walmart autocare so drove out of my way to use their service. Closing time was in 3 hours but the mechanic came to my care and told me there were closing. In August, so not due to weather. Very rude, no apologies. Lucky I found a great, nice guy at Autozone who took great care of me.

Walked in little past 3 p.m. and some old man was gatekeeping the entrance. He asked me if I was passing through or needing help. I asked if they repaired tires and was told yes and no. Apparently Walmart can not keep enough staff to have a second shift and they close at 4p.m. and not 7 p.m. like advertised. Also, you have to show up before 3 to get any service. Will not be returning!

Got an oil change here, They are fast and really know their stuff in the Auto center but the store itself doesn't have a large variety of items, which shocked me because it's such a large store. It's nice and clean. Also got my eye glasses made while waiting.

I would like to be able to select a service they did, but we arrived with nobody else being serviced this morning, for a quick patch for a nail. We shopped around and waited an hour and 45 minutes for them to tell us they can’t do anything after watching 3-5 different technicians do absolutely nothing. Thank you for wasting my time!
