Clerks are great, one mechanic though...he insisted my tires weights were on the outside and only. Put them back where they were. Straight up lied and insisted I need to make sure to write down if they need to be on the inside next time. I know my car like the back of my hand, and I keep my weight inside the rim. Wanted me to make an appointment for 3 hours later to fix his mistake. Probably wanted to charge me for it too. Yeah, there won't be a next time ever again now.

Before changing the oil,The front desk told me that it was 44 dollars.But when I pay,The bill for me is 99 dollars.And kept me waiting for more than two hours.

Brought a wheel in as a carry in for a valve stem replacement. After waiting for an hour the wheel sat in the same place. Hire more competent workers please! It takes longer to air the tire up than it does to replace the valve stem.... *Edit. Found someone who will take care of it for quicker that charges less as well. Support local businesses instead

Not good customer service no apologies for inconvenience the management told my mom she has lifetime warranty and would get sum type of discount for the purchase of the new tires but then when we went back to get the car she had to pay full price no one knows how to explain exactly what she actually paying for... I'm just disappointed in the customer service of the management we have shop at Walmart my whole 37 years of life and never felt that disrespected while still having to pay full price for tires that should have been discounted at the very least....

The two young adults need to be trained better and coached on how to be customer service-oriented. Went two days in a row after being asked to come back and still left without a tire.

Got a new battery. Staff was mostly attentive. Got in and out reasonably quickly. Price was fair and better than other options. Did some other household shopping while I waited. Recommend.

Had my driver blinker go out. Left with my power window button broke. Window would not go up. Instead of the guy who did it apologize he started blaming me. I'm Luke go check the camera. They are fixing it. So I guess I'll go back but get rid of workers who don't own up to their mistakes

I've had my tires, battery, and oil changed on different occasions, and they do a good job of it. There's also a break room by the shop.

So after all,this hasn't been good,they take 4 hrs to fix a flat tire I assume that they do that so you don't go back again and you prefer to pay to get it fix somewhere else,today 9/10/23 my tire had a really big ball on the side And I took it a 2:40 pm it's 6:04 and they called me to say that they just don't have a tire,the lady that received my car told me that I was lucky because they only had one,4 hrs later with no cars at all they didn't called me right away to let me know they waited my daughter has to drive this car and they about to close all the car service,don't go there don't buy a warranty is a waste of money,so today Oct 19 after 5 calls and going back and forth they gave me the refund for the tire,always keep you receipt please,because you never know :(

They were SO rude. I've been taking my car to the location in Norman, where all my warrantees were at. I just stopped by this location because it was closer to me. They wouldn't accept my warranty and couldn't find my car in the system. But the old man was so unpleasant....I just had to leave.

They weren’t able to fix our tire and we had only gotten them in February. So they prorated our mileage and warranty so the replacement was $28 which was amazing.

Worst service ever at a Walmart service center. The guy was rude and took care of other customers before me when I was standing waiting before other people. Also last time I got my oil changed here they messed up something causing me to have a oil leak. Never coming to this auto center again.

went here to get my girlfriends engine oil changed. first off i saw the car get pulled into garage after about an hour. i saw the car pulled in so i walked away. 4 minutes later the auto center cashier calls me in saying the car is ready. i thought thats too soon so i walked back to auto center with concern. turns out they just started and they werent ready and rightfully so. i waited from that point of seeing my car enter garage and timed their service. it took from 933am to 1039am to finish my oil change. i saw one of the lube technicians go under the car then come back out to pick up an oil filter then go back under the car. then she finds out the filter is reachable from top so she comes back up then she breaks filter apart then puts it back together. i asked the cashier why it took that long and she sounded annoyed while telling me they are understaffed. why did she call me back up at 9:37am telling me that my car is ready only for me to wait up front for over an hour? then i check the dipstick and the engine oil is filled over the max line. i drive back to walmart to discuss this with the coach at walmart who is claiming to be manager of department and he insists nothing is wrong and that i should take it to a personal mechanic to find out if it truly is overfilled. well the car isnt foaming engine oil. but they did fill it a significant amount over max line which they arent supposed to do. they werent willing to remedy the situation and i wasnt about to wait a few hours again for the remedy so i left. so do i trust a place that overfills engine oil past max line and insists its okay to drive? its not foaming so i guess its okay but most decent oil change places dont do this so i would have to say this place is a maintenance mishap waiting to happen and quite possibly a liability down the road. you just cannot trust the work ethic of people in the maintenance field in this city there have been way too many instances of work being done poorly. they also spilled engine oil all over the engine compartment and i had to wipe up everything myself.

Michael in the automotive center always delivers excellent service. Michael knows the products and he is familiar with with quality and quantity of store products. Michael always search for items best for the customer. Michael does a great job and he is also polite.

They are horrible. Sit there for 30 minutes they don’t even acknowledge that you are there. They are so slow without a care in the world apparently. Awful customer service.

untrustworthy, they didnt put my oil filter on properly causing my car to leak out all the oil in 3 days, then they lied and tried to say they didnt do anything wrong, the receipt says that they didntneven put the right amount of oil that my car takes they also tried to lie about that also, vetu very shady place dont deal with them unless you want to lose your motor
