Horrible! Came in for a simple oil change and one tpms sensor. 2.5 hours later and still waiting while other vehicles arrived and left. Went to counter and inquired about my vehicle to be told tire guy is on his break. No concern for my time or patience. They simply could care less. Last time I come to this service center.

Paid almost $190 for two tires and installation. They were done within an hour but they beat and scratched my wheels all to hell.

I honestly say I have never had a positive experience there. They couldn’t even get the lug nuts off the car. It was a mystery on what size socket to use even after I explained I had them off the previous day to replace the brakes with no problem. They literally wanted to try to hammer the lugs off. I just told them I’d pay extra and get tires from a shop that actually knows what the heck they are doing. Good help is hard to find these days. Done with Walmart for a while. It’s a joke. Update after returning home I discovered that the so called tech damaged several lug nuts and left one of them loose. Horrible situation it’s going to be a nightmare.

They honestly have some of the WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced. Save yourself the time and effort and go somewhere else.

I have them change my oil. The last time I was there I couldn't get any one to wait on me. I had to go and find someone. The other times they were prompt.

Made my senior mother an appointment to get her tires changed. When I made the appointment they told they had different tires and several in her size. When my mother got there a man with piercings and tattoos all over told her nope we dont have anything in that size. She called me upset so I decided to call down there and asked myself and GUESS what they had several in stock. Ethan ended up taking care of my mother and he was very pleasant but unfortunately we lost the appointment slot.

It took 3 hours to have my spare tire repaired. I was there from 1 PM to 4 PM. They did air up my tires, which I appreciated.
