Best to avoid this one. Show up when the shop opens only have have no one working the counter and a single employee cannot be found. They also can't seem to use walmart's own work history program at all and I have to fight them on every issue with my tires, even them questioning me if my tires were purchased from them. Matter of fact, I purchased them from this exact store. Crew unknowledgeable on so many things and it's just aggrevating to deal with them. Management here simply doesn't care about anything, especially customers.

Informed me I needed a new battery and had me purchase a battery and come to find out my battery was fine and the alternator needed to be replaced.

Lies, lies, lies. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change. I told them I hadn't had the vehicle for more than 3 months and to check everything they could and I would pay the extra cost. They took 3 hours. The bill was over $200. I received a paper of things they had "checked". Air filter was marked as ok. Engine light came on on the drive home. I took it to my mechanic the next day who hooked it up to a computer right there. He said it could be the air filter, and I told him why it wasn't possible. He popped it out. It was disgusting. He said he was surprised my car was still running.

Stopped by for an oil change and was told I needed to make an appointment and I have never had to make one before so i drove to the Walmart on the other end of town and they changed it no appointment needed

They have an attendant booth that apparently isn’t manned. Pulled in to try and get serviced but got waved away by technician who never came over to help.

Do not go here your vehicle will be worse or break after. Long wait bad bad service. Went down roadhad tires installed half the price than Walmart also and I bought them at Walmart but it's not really free Install

Had bought 4 tires of Douglas size 14 on line from the app Walmart to be put on my car the wait was 1hr and 45 minutes. I paid good money to have them done one of my tires was flat the same day it was done. They didn't seal it so had to return to get it fixed again no charge of Course. The service is slow due to shortage of employees. I'm glad I have patience. Thanks , John .

Just left there, almost and hour and thirty minutes prior to the tire center closing I’m told they don’t have time to balance my tires because all three technicians were changing a battery. I called ahead of time and made this appointment only to be told this when I arrived. Go some where else. And just to repeat myself there was a red cavalier there for a battery only.

I called, had a flat, n needed a new tire, n when I got my car out there they were extremely nice n helpful. They were short staff n still had me in n out in a very reasonable time!! Thank you so much!! Excellent service!!

Worst auto shop I have ever been to. They were very slow and very rude. It took them 2 hours to find a nail in my tire and then 2 more hours to change it. the only reason I am giving a star is to add this review.

I took my truck in to get two new tires put on the front. I’ve had a pull and a slight bouncing Issue since the tires were put on. Went to a tire specialist today to find out that they put a bigger tire on the driver side in the correct tire on the passenger side. When a manager was contacted He tried to tell me that they weren’t responsible and because my ex-boyfriend was the one working at the time that this has nothing to do with him but has everything to do with my ex and our relationship. Piss poor management is the issue and the fact that they hire people that like to drink on the job and not pay attention to what they are doing. I would highly highly highly advise going somewhere else. This could cost me upwards of Over $4000 in repairs

If I could give 0 stars I would. Went to get a tire patched and ended up needing a new one. Started driving down the road and noticed my car was pulling hard to the left, turns out they put the wrong size tire on my car. Automotive management is awful and super unprofessional. Save your money and go to Porters.

I’ve had horrible experiences with this location multiple times. First time, my oil change took 3 hours. Second time no different, and this time goading attitude. No class, save yourself the time and aggravation, pay a little more and have a PROFESSIONAL do it 👍

Misleading prices. Cost $70 to change my oil. Sign posted at counter said $44. Once they charge you $44 for oil from a bulk barrel, they do the oil change and then charge an additional $20 for service. Rip Off scheme.
