Called today for a process on a tire, told the person the tire size and he ridley said "we ain't got that" i said can you order it.. he said "look online" and then click! REALLY!! Way to go Wal-Mart you have such a friendly person in your "Auto Center" What happened to customer service?!! Truly sad

Despite the bad reviews I had seen, I gave the tire center a chance and I had a great experience! Everyone was friendly and polite, service was quick, and the price was very respectable for 2 new tires. I was in at 9:55 and done by 10:27!!! Everything went great and my new tires are just as expected

today i went to Walmart for a scheduled oil change and there was only one certified tech there, despite Derek being the only technician available he was excellent! i was in and out before i even realized it! both him and ms. Cynthia were super nice and i am grateful for their services!

Please avoid this auto center at all cost nothing but a bunch of corrupt old convicted felons with poor dental hygiene, trying to threaten you the minute you take your vehicle for anything. This auto center will definitely screw you over and steal your belongings from your vehicle. Steer clear of this place at all cost.

The tire department deserves 0 stars! I ordered tires from Walmart online and made an appointment to have them put on also. I arrived at my appointment 20 minutes early to check in.. (mind ya my appointment was at 8am)they were complaining about me being early and already having 3 cars to do.. so first they said it would be 4 hour wait it didn’t matter that I had an appointment . So after waiting until almost 10 they called me to come back to the tire center and said they could not put my tires on because I put after market wheels on it. I proceeded to tell them it’s the package that my truck come from dealership with (it’s the XP rockstar package) the guy David refused to put them on he said he looked up Toyota and could not find anything about it coming with rockstar wheels! He was just trying to get out of doing them because I complained about having to wait 4 hours so I will NEVER go back to them. They looked at my truck and tires when they checked me in and still had me wait 2 hours for NOTHING. Don’t waste your time by going to Mooresville ! They are very unprofessional and stink/stank/stunk!

Went in for an oil change, and the service broke my car. I couldn’t drive it home because the mechanic proceeded to crank my car after busting the radiator hose. The staff was not friendly in fixing the problem, or replacing the fluids. Put me out of work for a few day till the mechanic made the repairs.

2/2023 Last Update So im sure i wont be visiting this location for ANY auto services.The guy over the auto service shop, his people skills are not customer friendly at all. This is the 1st tire shop that I've been to in which they toss your spare In the teunk of your vehicle instead of its proper location on the vehicle. I ddnt realize it til the nxt day when i opened the trunk. Went for an oli change one Sat morning, I was the first and only customer, manager told me it would be at least one hour! Said he was the only person there....But you're the manager, surely it doesn't take You 1hr to change oil. For these and other similar reasons is why I would only get oil changes and tires here. Low price. But I'm NOT even doing that anymore!! There's Always SOMETHING, SOME ISSUE everytime.....No staffing its going to take 2+ hrs, but then car is ready in 30min.....HUh??? Now i was told No more synthetic blend oil changes........???????? When did this law pass??? The last oil change was a SYNTHETIC BLEND!!! JUST A FEW MONTHS AGO!!!!! After doing some research I believe what he meant is that the vehicle manufacturer recommends a certain type of oil...... But that's not what he said.... So it's either a lack of understanding on his part and or lack of how to relay the information. Either way I'm done

Do not take your car here for tires. They will not be able to take your wheels off because the “lug nuts are swollen and we can’t get a socket on them”. No dummies, use a metric socket and it works just fine. Tired may be cheap but you will pay more for someone else to put them on. I would not go back here, lazy people who don’t want to do their job and making up excuses.

Go in for an oil change. They make me sign a waiver saying there was no oil in the car prior (levels were low but not nothing). Two days later there is an oil slick on my driveway. In reality, they stripped the threads on the oil plug, had me sign the waiver under false pretenses, and didn't tell me what happened. 500 dollars, a new oil pan and another reputable mechanic later it's fixed but no thanks to these scheming bozos. If I have a choice to either come here again or get my car crushed, I'm pushing the button on the crusher. Not like walmart cares, they got their money, if your reading this, hold on to your cash and go literally anywhere else.

I've personally never had an issue with the staff in the auto center and never had any hiccups. They always seem to do my oil change in a timely manner. My only gripe is that sometimes they forget to replace the sticker in my windshield.

I cannot tell you how the service/business was because they wouldn’t let me go forward with it. This morning (9/29) I called them asking if I could make an appointment. The guy told me I could just come in anytime. I told him I wouldn’t get there until 5:30pm and he said that was fine see you then. I waited a few minutes and realized that he didn’t even ask me my tire size so I called back and asked him if they had it and it was the same guy and he said they did and it was okay I still didn’t need an appointment. I get off work I get there, another man is there waiting and we arrive at the same time. They ask if I had an appointment. I told them I called twice and both times told that I didn’t need one and that it was okay for me to come. They said this guy bought tires online and he was able to be seen and that they wouldn’t be able to do mine. I completely understand being short staffed, and I wouldn’t be so upset if they would’ve let me make an appointment or at least have told me I wasn’t going to be seen today. I hate being that person that writes bad reviews, but it really upset me?

Please do not go here if you are a woman, they tried to rip me off, I had my one front tire done on a Friday at discount tires because I was waiting for a paycheck and then the following Monday I went here to get it done because discount tire was booked up and they tried to say I needed to buy two new tires instead of one because the tire I had gotten changed on Friday was a different brand, so I walked out.

These guys tried to intimidate me after I questioned why my car was rattling after a simple lightbulb change. They surrounded me like buzzards and stared me down. Told me to my face it was some part that was wrong on my car. Later found out it was temporary effect made by my model upon battery change. Disgusting people. You don’t try to intimidate customers.

They put a tire on a rim, they damaged the rim, and now won’t do any refund or anything. Walmart is a waste of time and money. That’s why I never use Walmart services. Walmart will rob you and blame you for their mistakes. I don’t recommend using Walmart for vehicles.

Used them for an oil change. Isiah gave me the wrong total immediately. Technician was frustrated and slamming tools around during my oil change. Overall the techs and management here seem very under qualified and careless. Unfortunately they are the cheapest in the area because they’re performance is the worst.

We got 4 new tires and oil change. When it was ready, they proceeded to tell me my skid plate under my car was broke and missing bolts. My skid plate was fine until we took it to Walmart! When we got home and looked at it, it was covered in oil and completely hanging down which is very noticeable. They broke my skid plate when changing my oil but would not accept responsibility for it. Worse service and now I have additional costs to fix it.... Ridiculous Walmart!!!!

What a bunch of unpleasant, ignorant people. I can't believe Walmart has this brood working for customers with that attitude. I will never use this service and I will absolutely not bring another customer there. If you need your tires repaired there are several great places in the surrounding area, I highly recommend that you go there instead of the Walmart service department.
