Guy at front desk was talking on his phone the entire time he was checking me in for the appointment and nearly ignoring me when I was trying to explain a situation. The guys inside installed one of my winter tires backwards. You can't beat the prices, but this place is the definition of "you get what you pay for". I'd go back and ask them to install the tire correctly, but I never want to trust my car to those guys again. Make sure you check the work thoroughly if you insist on taking your car here. If they can't read which direction an arrow is pointing then God knows what else they can screw up.

I purchased a battery online and called to confirm that they could install it. The gentleman told me to come in the next day at 7am because they don’t schedule appointments for that, they only do walk ins. I went in at 7am the following day and there were only 2 guys working and probably 8-10 customers wanting walk in appointments. Fred (the associate who was working) told me to come back at 10am and they’ll be able to assist me.i went back at around 9:30 and Fred said he would see what he could do. I then spoke with a gentleman named Eddie who was able to squeeze me in. I had to wait longer than i wanted to but they went above and beyond to get everything done for me even though they were very busy.

My car had a left front light bulb go out! So I went to Walmart on 27th and Oklahoma they made it seem like they were really busy but I was only the 3rd person in line even though there was around 5 people working in the autocare section (different ethnicities) “it took them from 12:30pm till 1:45pm!” The light bulb was only $15 but the two-pack is $25 which is the only one they have according to the dude over the counter. “I paid” & said “yes” it’s been 15 days since my last visit now my left front light bulb is out.

On November 21st, I scheduled an appointment for December 5, 2023, from 8 AM to 9 AM. Two days prior to the appointment, I received a text message informing me that it had been canceled. I visited the Walmart auto care center to inquire about the cancellation and was informed that you were still available. They assured me that they could complete the repair. However, upon arriving at the appointment time, I was made to wait for five hours without any progress. The entire experience was disappointing, particularly since I was unable to have the tier installation completed. It was the most unsatisfactory customer service I have ever encountered.

Took them 50 minutes to find the tires we had bought because of how disorganized they are with them. They had a lot of customers waiting for somebody to help them but the employees were actively avoiding the counter to help them. Employee was also on his phone when helping us.

Horrible customer service. I called to check if they had my size tire, the guy that answered the phone immediately said I was going to be put on hold for 10 minutes. Well I drove the 25 minutes there and no one got back on the phone. I get there and the jerk told me it's Walmarts policy to replace all tires on AWD, they wouldn't do just one. They wouldn't even sell me a tire to get it put on somewhere else. I even told him that I purchased 2 of my tires in Kansas and the other 2 at 2 different times in Oklahoma through Walmart and neither locations had a problem or policy that made me get all 4 tires done. So I ended up telling him that I have warranties on all 4 tires and that I'd just utilize my warranty. He then contacted the auto department manager to get the ok to warranty them out. All 4 were purchased less than a year ago but they were still going to charge me a prorated amount 🤔. I ended up driving damn near to Illinois to get my single tire. I asked the manager there if this policy was true and he said no. So I still got my tire for free and didn't have to get all 4 done.

This place is a sham! Purchased a brand new set of tires, and also paid extra for the fake coverage club. Within a month I started experiencing a slow leak in the drivers side front tire, took it in, and they said "oh it's the valve stem, we'll fix that ", here it is a couple weeks later and tire is low again. Took my car back and now the bums are saying, "oh we can't touch it because one your lugs is broken and our policy just changed" 😡 Well how about my lug wasn't broken when I purchased the tires and these people installed them! How about my lug wasn't broken when I had to return a couple months later when they had to replace the front drivers side tire! And how about it wasn't broken when they supposedly replaced the valve stem a couple weeks ago! Now all of a sudden you can't touch it! They're the ones who broke it at my last visit, and didn't mention it! Such garbage azz people, and the business sucks all the way around! I wouldn't recommend these people to my worst enemy! I got a good mind to sue these people!

Came in for an oil change. Turned out the last place who did my oil change messed up my car so Walmart mechanics did want to risk it. Instead, they helped change out my windshield wipers and they were really professional and knowledgeable.

Arrived with a donut on my truck. Explained that I had to be in Appleton that same day. The staff were caring and very helpful. Thankfully, someone was a no show for their appointment and they were able to get me serviced. 🥰

Charged $11 more to mount a Walmart RV tire Always was $18 now $31 for me. Have done this many times. Just this Walmart. They are too busy to resolve it. Place is way too busy. Better to go elsewhere

I bought a set of Goodyear tires here. Since I had road hazard warranty I took my car in because of a leaking tire, I asked to check the tire wear on all tires, two were in the low tread wear, they had me get in touch with Goodyear since they only had 7000 miles, they wouldn't even check the tires. I returned to Walmart and explained the issue they replaced both tires and only charge was mounting and balancing and the new road hazard warranty for the new tires. Very happy with the service.

Went in for oil change and tire rotation. Get in the car, all the electronics had been reset. Radio cleared out as well as the odometer, thinking about it now I bet the clock too. They also did a check on the lights and were all marked good, but there's a bulb missing in the tail light so not sure how that light works "good" with a bulb missing. Before getting out of the parking lot the check engine light comes on. I took it back, told him and was told "that's weird" and they can't scan the code, so nothing they can do. It's hard to go back to a business, when your first visit is this an experience like this. Maybe it was a huge coincidence or someone having a bad day, but I'm one and done with them. With so many other options in the area, just because they have lower prices doesn't mean you're going to get a deal in the long run.

Never aging! Horrible experience that cost me alot of time money and headache! They'll sell you bad tires and won't help you out after they do. Never again will I buy tires from a Walmart. Save your self a huge headache and spend the extra money if you can. I'd give a zero rating if I could.

THIS LOCATION ONLY!!!! Horrible!!! Close this place down! (Even the store manager agrees) They’ve been “understaffed” for over a year and the employees they do have don’t show up on time/ are completely clueless. I was told “be here at 7, it’s first come/first served we’re not taking appointments…” We get there a little after 7 and nobody is there…at all. Store manager says “nobody showed up, I wish we could close it all together” As we were leaving we saw an auto tech getting out of his vehicle so we decided to double check. We go back in only to be told “appointment only” Complete flustercluck… shut it down! (Or hire someone competent to run it) Walmart Auto Care Centers as a whole are actually really nice and convenient, however THIS LOCATION IS GARBAGE!

I purchased tires and tech refused to put them on due to not buying 4 just 3. I had to go elsewhere and ended up spending additional money. Very disappointed!

Needed to replace all 4 tires. Bought tires online from Walmart, made an appointment for 8am. Tires were at the store didn’t have to do anything but hand them my key in and out in less than a hour. Super easy and quick. Props to these guys for making it such an easy process.

Ordered tires online, made an appt to get tires put on. Only to show up and find out that the tires were sent back because it was over 7 days? Wtf would you schedule my appointment for that day then? I had to first pick the car up, travel FAR to the Walmart location in two separate cars. This was the second tire appointment and bad service both times. Just ghetto and rude.

We ordered tires online,they were ready for pick up and they we had them installed. The process was easier than I thought it was going to be. Everything went good. It didn't take to long to install. Thank you for great service.

I just needed two tires. Showed up at 7, they told me to come back at 10:30. I come back at 10:30, they tell me it’ll be an hour to an hour and a half. Two hours later, I’ve seen my car go in and out of the garage, but it takes another 20 minutes to pin down an employee to let me pay and give me back my keys. I don’t know if they’re understaffed or what, but this was painfully inefficient.
