Called me 4 times to ask me if they can proceed with a rotation and balance just for them to waste a whole hour and a half and say we cannot do it. why say u can take it make me come back once to sign something saying u can do it call me 3 more times to confirm then say no. do better walmart u supposed to do your job not sitting around

Mike and the rest of the guys here are cool. People are complaining about the time or the "rudeness" clearly have never worked with customers or understand the time a walk in oil change takes time. Jiffy lube did it last time in 20 minutes and caused damage these guys get it done right every time for a better cost.

Great service!!!! I went to get a battery replaced that was under warranty, technician had me pull up to an empty bay, pulled my battery out, tested it and had a new one in my car in record time. I only regret I wasn't alert enough to get the technician's name so I can give him the credit he deserves (big, burly, bearded biker looking gentleman). Thank You Brother. Keep up the Great work!!!!

Just don't. 4 hours in and not even started yet! Order a filter snail mail from the guy that hand makes oil filters in China and drill your own oil well...may be faster. Just gonna take my car and chalk it up to lesson learned.

Went on a Monday afternoon for an oil change. Service was quick and affordable. Even if you do your own oil, you can buy your supplies here and they have used oil recycling at this shop.

At about 3:00 PM Saturday 9/14/2024 Auto Center at Wal Mart 1955 S Stapley Mesa AZ. I was informed that since I didn't have an appointment they would service my 2 vehicles. Posted hours 7AM to 7PM no where was appointment required. I talked to a person identified as the Manager who advised me since I didn't have an appointment no service, because 3 techs would be going home leaving them short staffed on a Saturday? Poor management. I went to a competitor. WalMart isn't the only game in town. Maybe Self Service oil changes?

save your time and sanity and NEVER COME HERE. some old guy with curly gray hair is the rudest person i’ve ever come across in my entire life dealing with customer service. he is snappy just completely walked away from me as i was speaking to him. he was not helpful nor knowledgeable in his profession. every time i’ve ever tried to have service done here they always claim “they’re soooo busy” yet there isn’t a single car here. if i could give this place 0 stars i would.

Don't expect them to answer the phone. However, the staff was friendly upon arrival. Got there right when they opened and was first in line so only took 20min to get an oil change.

They told me 1 hour for an oil change. 2 1/2 hours later, it was finally done. Service and cashiers were less than stellar. Will not be going back.

This fine guy named Giovanni just helped us out when our car battery died. He went out of his way to jump start the car and was polite, helpful and professional! Very grateful !!

Good place for tires and oil change just plan ahead for long wait. Don't bother going on Saturday's, three hour wait. Just make sure you get someone on the phone that's actually knowledgeable.

I bought 2 car batteries for my diesel truck over two years ago from Walmart, they came with a three year warranty. This morning my truck wouldn't start without a jump. I went to Walmart, where they honored the warranty, no questions asked, and set me up with two brand new replacement batteries. Much love to Terrell and Eduardo for the assistance.

I bought tires and scheduled to have my tires replaced at Walmart for 10/21@6pm. My wife and I arrive and they tell us that they are closed so we reschedule for the next day. We arrive at 1045am for an 11am appt & they state that they don't know which tires to put on when they should hav this information on file considering we bought through them. Finally I pull up MY EMAIL that states which tires they need to put on. 30 minutes pass on and they tell us they put on the wrong tires so we wait again. It's 1:10pm as I am writing this review..........

I was waiting for like an hour to replace my tires and after 1 h they said, there will be another hour you have to wait. Completely unsatisfied with the service and I left the center without relaxing my tires. A waste of time!

Kim and Jesus were SO helpful!! I dropped off my car to get a tire replaced after finding a screw stuck in the treads. When I came back to pick it up, we realized that the road hazard warranty was not applied. They both took the time to resubmit the work order, find the old tire to measure the tread depth, and verify the discount was applied. It was near closing time and they both had a lot to do, but it was so genuinely kind and I SINCERELY appreciate how patient they were!!

Terrell (sorry if I misspelled the name, but here’s the manager of the dept) and his team in the auto center were amazing!! Two other Walmart stores in the area were closed due to staffing issues,..but I really needed an oil change so I tried one last Walmart. I was immediately greeted out at the bay and registered for my oil change. While waiting inside, I watched a little TV in a clean, waiting area, then realized I needed several accessories for the vehicle. While wandering the auto section of the store, an auto care employee asked me if there was anything they could do to help me find what I was looking for! 🤯 Let me repeat this, this associate came to me and asked if I needed anything! Let me be honest, I don’t come to Walmart for their outstanding customer service…rather it’s their low prices. So this whole experience left me speechless. From start to end every associate I came across at this Walmart auto care Center was more than happy to help me find my items and take care of my vehicle needs without hesitation. Not to mention, these associates got me in and out in less than an hour! Thank you all for being so helpful and for going above and beyond!

Yesterday I arrived with 2 Walmart tires to be installed at 7:00 in the morning They didn't open till 8 even though they opened at 7:30 They told me at 8 AM that they were gonna install my tires At 11:30 AM they tell me they're not gonna be able to install my tires Eddie worst manager Wish I can give these guys -30 stars
