Absolutely infuriating experience trying to obtain an oil change. I'm 3rd customer in line, the lady being helped is getting an oil change, once it gets to me I'm told they are full for oil changes and can't add me to the list. I say that I don't need it immediately as I planned to drop my car off and come back later in the afternoon, they can do it whenever they have time. He says he isn't able to add any more services. I clarify, not for the whole day? He seems extremely unsure of his answer, pulls out his phone and says something about looking at staffing for the afternoon. I'm frustrated, and don't have time to argue, so I say nevermind and leave. I'm stopped on the way out by a mechanic who asks if I'm needing an oil change, I say yes but was told you were too full for the day, he looks confused, says to hang on, walks inside, then comes back out and tells me to go back inside, that they are not full. I head inside to see the same cashier guy scheduling the people behind me in line for an oil change. There's now 4 more people in line than when I left. I felt bad, but interrupted, thinking the cashier would apologize for turning me away and let me get my car on the list where it should have been to begin with. But no, not so much as a "sorry", just a blank look on his face as I tell him that I was instructed to come back in, he says "yeah they came and yelled at me". Zero sense of customer service, and plus now I'm getting mean comments from the people who I had to butt in front of in line, and he says nothing about me rightfully deserving it. Ruined my mood for the whole day. I will not be returning, as if billionaire WalMart even cares, nor will they care about all these bad reviews.

I’ve gone here off and on for an oil change because it has been a convenient location regardless of the complete lack of customer service at every visit. I know the oil that my vehicle takes and after a 2 and a half hour wait I was on my way and just happened to look up at the sticker with the oil type used printed on it and I had received the WRONG oil. I called and was told to bring it back after she confirmed it was not the correct oil for my vehicle. Not a single person apologized or offered me a refund for the inconvenience and I was told I had to wait at the back of the line for the new oil change. I actually was told “this is free” once it was completed which it was absolutely not since I already paid for an oil change and tire rotation which needed redone due to their mistake and made me wait even longer for. On my way home on the hwy, my car started violently shaking due to the tires they rotated not being on tight enough/ correctly as well so I needed to pull over and hand tighten them till I got home. After neither service being done correctly today, I will not be back. I encourage anyone who wants to go here to go elsewhere or to be very sure you know what they are putting in your vehicle if they oh don’t care about customer service

Completely disappointed in how this tire and lube is run. I showed up at 6:30pm for an oil change and they turned me away because they close at 7. There was not a single car in the shop nor was there a single customer waiting to be serviced. The staff was just standing around talking. It takes 15-20 minutes to do a simple oil change. I asked to speak with a manager and he told me there was nothing he could do, not even an apology. Walmart what happened? You used to care about customer service. I used to love bringing my vehicles here for service.

I had 4 new tires shipped to me since nobody had them in stock, the day before they were being delivered I set up an appointment for 3pm, I wanted earlier but didn't want to risk the tires not being there in time for my appointment so I set it for 3. The tires got delivered to my house at 9am so I called them and asked if I could bring it in early and she said "ya if u come now ud be 2nd In line" so I loaded up the tires n went down there. A few hours go by and the status still just says "checked in" so I call them and she says "ya I told u u could bring it now and if nobody elsr shows up first we'll get it in but we had a noon, a 1pm and a 2pm appointment and at this point ur technically a walk in" well I highly doubt their 1pm and 2pm appointments showed up before 10am when I dropped my car off. And also, so what, she's telling me between multiple technicians working and multiple lanes open, they can't do any more than 1 car per hour??? Then I finally get a notification that service had started on my vehicle at 3:36pm. So 36 min AFTER my appointment was to start . All in all they had my car for over 7 hours. When I really could have used it earlier in the day. Also, I had asked them to just put the old tires in the back seat because that way I wouldn't have to pay disposal fee and also cuz I was going to use those tires as emergency spares. When I picked the car up the tires were not in the back. So I had to go back in and wait for them to go find them and give them back to me. Never going to Walmart tire center ever again

I don't know how many customers the lady at the front desk turned away per day. I came at 2:09 pm and she was taking about making an appointment. I always drop off my car and pick it up when is done. Overall all terrible customer services .

Horrible Horrible Horrible place to put tires on. I got brand new tire for the front of my Volvo and the next monthI try to take the cap off to air it up even though it was a new tire from there and I shouldn't have to do that. The vall Stem bust off when I just touch it, they said they cant do anything cause i didn't get it covered.... I call RNR and they are going to fix it for free for me, even though I never been there. Don't ever go to Walmart to put anything on your car and if so they will charge you for everything and anything they can. Horrible Horrible place to go for your vehicles.

I have used Walmart in the past for tires. I had a hole in my tire that couldn't be fixed. Walmart on 27th and Superior did not have the right size in store and offered to order them. I needed the tire fixed today so the lady working the desk helped me call around and find someone who had them in stock. She went up and over even knowing she couldn't sell anything to me.

It's a joke to go there to get any service to ur vehicle unless u have all day to wait doesnteven matter if u are the1st one there they are still working on cars they had the day before I was there when they opened up on a Friday morning and there were still 7 cars in front of me waited for 2 hrs and they still had not pulled my car in I asked how many cars were still in front of me and they told me 3 Which means in 2 hours, they only worked on 4 cars They only had 3 staff members there and 2 were working on one car for an oil change So I sat there for 2 hours and still need an oil change. I guess I'll go to Jiffy Lube or Firestone. And pay the extra $50. So I don't have to sit in Walmart all day. Just to get an oil change.

Called to get my daughter's battery replaced in her car. Was told they didn't have enough staff to install the battery and that it was due to the tires section manning. I wondered why the battery couldn't be installed by any mechanic. Terrible service. Went to AutoZone and couldn't be happier. They warrantied the battery and installed it for my daughter.

I dropped my vehicle off in December for new tires at 7am when they opened. The employee tried to discourage me from doing so because it would take a long time. It wasn't ready until 230 in the afternoon. My wife tried to get the oil changed today at around 9am. No one was around to speak with. I go at 4pm on the dot. It closes at 7pm. They said they are just now not taking any more oil changes with 3 hours to close.

Took my car in to see if a tire could be patched. It could not. thats not what bothered me. what bothered me was my car was damaged by these guys. I took the pics IN THE DRIVEWAY of the walmart tire center, N27th, Lincoln NE. DONT GO there. it was REDICULOUS. I called customer service to ask about a damage claim and got runaround for over 40 mins. If they are giving me this much runaround about damage THEY DID, how the hell can they guarantee their work...
