First thing, the staff was friendly. No issues there. The reason for two stars: I went in for new tires. It took 4 hours for them to complete the job. I called ahead to make sure they had time for me. They said they did. I arrived around 3pm and got my keys back around 7 pm. I asked what took so long and was told that Monday through Thursday they are short staffed. Lessons learned, don't go here Monday through Thursday I guess.

Had to exchange a battery with No receipt present because it was purchased a year ago but died on us. Cashier was very helpful and informative. No hassle. I walked out with a new battery and the warranty intact.

Nice people but took entirely too long. Had an appointment set at 9 and was netted of getting me in at the set time they worked on walk ins and did not get my car back to be worked on for over an hour. After that it took over 2 hours to change 4 tires.

Corbin took the time to check my old tire for Road Hazard warranty despite my not knowing on top of arriving close to their close time. He and the others made sure I left with a new tire at the best price! Sincerely, THANK YOU!

Had to order online for tires. They said there wasn't the same warranty as tires they ordered or that were in stock. I returned the tires to them for a refund. I did buy tires they had in stock. I also bought a spare tire that was the same as the other tires. The attendant who completed the tire change let me know to include that 5th tire into the free rotation. That was great I did not know. This is for a full size tire not a temporary tire.

This is the worst g d customer service ever. I honestly can’t even believe it. Short Mexican or Indian dude Is an absolute idiot. Should be fired. All of them are clowns.

I want her to get I want her to get my light put in on my 2014 Cadillac however some things were not explain to me correctly so I had to end up going to AutoZone to get my part AutoZone gave me a part but they gave me the wrong information so I had to go back take it back then go to O'Reilly's picked up the part they told me to pick up it was not the right part so I had to go back to O'Reilly's it was a very long and hot day honestly however the guy that helped me name was sincere at Lawton's Walmart in Lawton Oklahoma and his name was sincere he was a really nice healthful young man he did the best he could with the knowledge he had he is Young so of course it comes with experience but his customer service was so wonderful that I wasn't even upset tripping or mad he was a really nice guy and I really appreciate him so go head over to Lawton's Walmart and ask for sincere

Had tires ordered, and would not include warranty unless they placed the tires on the truck. Bought new rim's, brought them here to have them mounted and balanced. But they would not include the warranty/road hazard unless they installed them on the vehicle. Would not install the front wheel with a missing lug stud and did not even tell us they would not do it. Just left the new rim and tire in the bed of the truck.

I called the store to get a copy of my receipt for my tire installation because I had a leak in one of my tires and could not find proof I had bough them and had them installed at Walmart. First call was told they would look and put me on hold for 5 minutes then got disconnected. Tried again hour later and was told no such transaction existed. Called a third time hoping whoever answered would be able to find the work order but she could not find it. They wanted to charge me for a rotation and tire repair I already paid for with road hazard and lifetime tire rotation. So I went to Hibdon tires because they do a free rotation and tire repair. Long story short they could not repair the tire. So I call Walmart again because i know I bought road Hazzard and guess what? A different person answered and found my receipt right away but because Hibdon tried to repair my tire That voided the warranty would not honor the replacement. I talked to the manager Adams and he wasn't the least bit concerned he had an incompetent person working the phones just that I was SOL. He was fine with that.

I had an appointment to get a flat fixed for my tire with discount tires. They told me I'd have to wait 2 hours even with my appointment I had set up the night before 😂 so I just drove to this Walmart. They had it fixed within 30 minutes.

Less than $60 for synthetic oil change with a 15k milesge filter! Great price and good service. Was in and out within 30 minutes.
