I went in for a quick oil change as usual, sat and waited patiently and then paid as any other regular customer would. Went to collect my key and realize that it was broken however, My servicer now tries to convince me that I gave him the key like this. I tried to remain calm, I followed the chain of command and everyone came out telling me the same thing. “He made a comment that the key was broken so it must have been like that” Just to be clear, my key had no signs of being broken before. I was not trying to blow this outta proportion, I just wanted a level of accountability from a company that gets too much of my money. To the best of my ability I’ll limit the money spent with your establishments. No accountability is the best service that Walmart Provide

First time going here....I've never used Walmart to have my oil changed and I never will use them again....less than 2 weeks later, change oil popped up on my dash....we checked it and the oil was sooooo dirty.... I don't think they even changed it

I arrived around 8:40 am on a Saturday morning and didn’t see any employees. I waited and was told someone would be right with me. Then, Hunter helped me individually and walked me to the oil aisle and discussed my options thoroughly. He helped me with more than what I expected. It was my best experience with an automotive employee anywhere. I know what to ask for next time and how to better take care of my car. I am forever thankful for the extra time and help. I will always come back now. Hunter is the best. Thank you again. In my opinion, this is the best option for automotive work in Lawton.

Scratch that. They replaced my valve stem and never told me, lost my valve cap ( stupid custom ones ), then their replacement valve stem was leaking on a road trip. Had to pay 20$ to fix it smh.
