antonio undercharges everyone who comes here for tire installations because he thinks it is called a "lifetime balance." he refunded me the installation fees i paid online beforehand without saying anything and then charged for his "special version" which was nice because it was $20 less (there was also no tax for some reason). still not worth his discount to deal with him tho; his involvement had me standing at the counter for over 30 minutes longer than i should have.

Came in here a few days ago for an oil change, simple and easy l've done it many times before with my former car and have never had an issue. I've had my current car for 6 months and have never seen a DROP of oil come from it, not in the driveway, not when l've gotten it checked at my mechanics, never!!! I take it to Walmart and all of a sudden I have a "preexisting leak". I get home and my oil is leaking like crazy. I mean like l've lost probably most of my oil in 2 days. I went back and they refused to fix it saying it was not their fault and that it was leaking like this beforehand. If it was leaking this bad before the change I would have had zero oil in my car there's no way I went 6 months with that bad of a leak and absolutely no oil in my driveway. They're trying to tell me it's coming from the pan as well, when all the oil is coming directly from the plug that they were messing with in the first place. They wouldn't do a single thing about it. I have had no issues with this car up until I brought it to them. I'm furious. The employees have been so incredibly rude over the phone as well. I've been coming for my oil changes for years, never again. I learned my lesson. You get what you pay for. Stay FAR away from this location!!!!! I'm now going to have to go to a mechanic to fix my entire system and spend a ton of money. Thanks walmart.

I got to auto service at 10 30 am l was told it would be about 1 hr ,because it was Sunday I just thought not enough workers ,my car sat in stall over hr and it done, 47mins ago . I ask the guy if he would find out anything about my car he was on phone! Just look at me , so I went out to the stall just look pull my car out !!

Told on the phone 1 hour for a tire rotation, 4 hours later they hadn't touched my car, when we asked for our keys back the only tech back there told us we should have been told 6 hours because he was working by himself with a trainee! Poor communication and no manager available.

Long waiting for a simple battery replacement (almost 2 hours). The attendant only refunded me the core fee after I returned the store to ask about where is my old battery and did not explained nothing about it when I purchased the battery. Worst customers service at this store!

Guys here have a sassy attitude when asking about tires, they seem bitter & don’t sound content working there. Hire better people!

I come here all the time. Oil changes and more tires than i can count. Today I go in and the dude said they don't have my tire size. 530 pm no one in line at all for any service. I need 2 tires none available. I go home 2 min away and look up on the app. Plenty available. I drive back 2 min ask the person at the counter they pull up the same thing I do Plenty available. How lazy is the guy or maybe he didn't know how to change tires? But to say there wasn't any in the store? Stock showed 8 of one kind and 6 of another. That's Plenty I'll go in at 7am and get my tires done then.

Came to get an oil change on my vehicle my passenger side window was working when I drove up. Now I get in my car and my passenger side window isn’t working and is off track all of sudden. Very horrible place never coming back here again. Already have to fix my driver side window as well.

Had my oil changed here and the idiot technician crammed the dipstick next to the dipstick tube but not in it! Resulting in oil spraying out of it into the radiator fans and getting everywhere under the hood. I will NEVER recommend ANYONE bring there car here! Absolutely ridiculous they got people working on our cars who havent got the slightest clue. No resolution or response from walmart even after requesting to speak with someone. Do yourselves a favor dont come here, because if they screw your car up they will do NOTHING about it!!

I know Eric was just doing his job, but to someone like me who doesn't know a dang thing about cars, he was a lifesaver. I just needed a new battery. He was quick, informative, and super friendly.

I waited 5 weeks for them to be free, and never had a response after calling 45+ times. Their "computers" (like anyone there is smart enough to use one) were down for 4 days straight as said over the phone, but when I went in there personally, they said it was fine and to call back. LIES!!!! This is the biggest joke of a location to work on your vehicle, and the complete non existence of any form of customer service is enough to make you sick!!! I can only hope that the entire department gets shut down and they offer the job to ANYBODY ELSE!!! If you have any common sense at all which apparently I did not have because of wanting to save money,,,,,Take your business anywhere and everywhere else besides Walmart Auto Center!!!

Terrible customer service. Went for an oil change, waited 30 minutes with an empty auto care center and never got serviced. Would not recommend unless you like your time being wasted.

The worst in every sense, the most uncomfortable place I have ever lived in, between the bad treatment, the lack of education, the lack of professionalism, they should give it 1 star, no, at least 5 stars. The worst, I do not recommend it at all.

They're always busy so you have to wait. They do good work, I've gotten all of my tires and oil changes from the airport location (Eastern & Russel). Get the tire warranty, free replacement, and rotation.

Wouldn't bother, never answer phones, i bought tires online on the walmarts website tried it twice. Something always goes wrong where one tire is delayed and the rest are ready for install. Im sure the employees are delaying things on purpose. I called 4 times on different days no one answers.
