I paid for the tires and I had an appointment. I was in the oil change lane instead of the tire lane for my appointment. The manager came running out barking like a pitbull with bad attitude. I had a nasty experience and I'm not coming back here ever again. I'll pay more somewhere else but I won't be treated like this again.

Walmart Auto Service was awesome the first time. But some guy wants my car absolutely spotless before it comes into service as if doing maintenance work on a car allows for shirts and shorts while working. Obviously, I appreciate the work that technicians do on cars and the mess they sometimes have to get themselves in when working on them. But you are trolling me when you tell me you can smell an odor in my car, when you are standing outside my car and I've already sprayed 3 whole febreeze bottles in my car. You are trolling me and you know it. If you don't want to accept walk-in appointments for the day then just say it. I went to a different Walmart and they took my car in immediately.

Walmart lost a customer Was denied in service.. after I’ve bought tires from walmart and got them put on my car and rotated at the same place ive been going there for a while now. And i happen to get a dent on my rim which was letting the air loose and they told me to get new rims because they couldn’t balance them. They also out around 15 weight magnets all around the inside my rim which made it even worse when driving. So i had to get new ones and i come in and they say that i can’t bring my car here to remove the tires off my old rims and put them on the new ones on.. their excuse was because its an audi???… makes no sense.. finally after talking to them and the manager for a long time they agreed to remove the tires off the rims and said it would take about an hour and they would call me when my rims are done, which turned into 3 hours and me having to call them myself multiple times with no answer. So i had to come there myself and just being parked and watching the guys “working“ they are doing nothing but talking and laughing around not getting anything done. Only after i came out the car and one of the workers who i was talking to earlier saw me he started to get to work on my rims. From my view their employees lack professionalism and dont take their responsibilities seriously.

If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. I arrived at 6am and hour before they open I was the first car in line for an oil change. Was told it was going to take about an hour to complete. I noticed other cars they arrived after me were completed before me and then saw that all that staff was just chatting for a good 25 min while my car was just sitting there with the hood opened. Spoke to manager and he told me that my car was about to be completed but he decided to have a meeting with his staff right before my car was about to be completed. What a a joke. Will not be coming back here again.

Great fast friendly personnel. The counter staff was extra pleasant and helpful. The items being bought were behind lock and key, which is becoming all too common. I want prices kept low, so I understand the need for strick inventory loss control, but I'm not sure how automotive batteries are being stolen. Anyway, it is a sign of the times we are living. But the crew was quick to help and had us on our way fast. One of the best locations in Las Vegas for folks from Pahrump.

What a farce. Told 1hr30 for 4 tires to be changed. 2hrs in, not complete. Walked to my car to see 2 tires changed but not balanced. 2 not even started yet. Nobody even working on mine, all busy elsewhere. Other cars arrived an hour later and got completed first. They seem to have forgotten about mine. For a tire garage, it's embarrassing they can't simply change them in a reasonable timeframe. I guess you get what you pay for...

Do not go here. What is the point of making an appointment if they’re just going to give it away? I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and when I came there was 3 cars ahead of me. the person who was working there, walked over to my car and basically announced they gave my appointment away. Stated I should make an appointment again. Do. Not. Go. Here. Literally- a waste of time.

They took care of my tire replacement in less then an hour. Very affordable, very friendly staff to help, an all around good experience.

Bought new tire here. Great price over big I tire, which tried to rip me off.. Walmart got my car in quickly... Friendly staff..

I like Walmart automotive center because they do not price gouge you for oil changes or other minor fixes for your car. Plus the employees are nice.

I would give zero stars if there were a choice to do so. Oil change took more than 3 hours. Employees working here just open the hood and keep it without any work while they are chatting each other. Moreover, the first come first served rule doesn’t work sometimes. They can serve whoever they want to serve. In terms of time, I never recommend this Walmart to anyone. I am done. ❌❌❌

Terribly understaffed. I visited 2 walmart auto care centers to get my tire replaced after picking up a screw in the sidewall. It took 4 hours (just waiting in the store) of my day off to get a tire replaced. The savings are not worth the poor service. Poor serve due to lack of workers. The person who fixed my tire was kind and concerned, but also in charge of 6 other jobs at the same time.

They actually left me on hold for over 15 minutes while I heard them in the background shooting the breeze. No one even came back and checked on the phone as if I wasn’t waiting. All I had was a question about service before I came but now after this, I’ll find somewhere else to take my vehicle. They were a bit on the dismissive side the last time I went there and now this? Yea, I’ll be going to a totally different auto care place from now on

Went in to get new tires. Walked in to the actual store first and was told to go pull my car around the back. Waited in line for 30 minutes outside before I was told I needed to go back inside the store to make an appointment first. Extremely disorganized operation, will pay the extra 40 bucks to go somewhere like Pep Boys.

Amazing! We’re visiting with a rental and the tire pressure light came on… the guys we are helpful, friendly, patient, kind and very quick. They got us taken care of and I am so grateful!!

Got here at 10:30 a.m. there are three cars in front of me and no one didn't come out to check us in until around 11:15 I get it it's Sunday but at least move somewhat faster getting paid to do a job so do it
