Worst experience ever with trying to get tires put on. I try several times to get tires put on without an appointment. Never works they say 4+ hour wait... Usually with no cars in the bay. I then make an appointment. Arrange our family schedule to make the appointment. Arrive on time and they tell me sorry we never put you in the system even though we have a piece of paper here saying your name and what tires to put on your car.... But we still can't help you. Manager arrives and is absolutely no help. Doesn't offer a solution or admit to it being their fault. Just tells me they can't help. Losers

I come to Walmart frequently. I'm sure walmart would not like employees being anything but helpful. Mr. Robert complained about getting my tire size and information. Even told me to look online instead. 😐 if that's what I wanted that is what i would have done. Got to do better

I was told it would be about an hour for an oil change and a flat tire repair…. I’m still sitting in the waiting room after 4 hours. This is insane, as it has not been busy at all. It took them 2.5 hours just to get started working on my car. I had to cancel plans for the rest of my day off because I’ve been stuck here. Next time I will gladly pay a little more for quicker service elsewhere. I’m not one to complain, and wouldn’t have even been mad if it took two hours, but four hours is ridiculous. Do not recommend at all.

I went in to get a new set of tires it took them 3 hrs despite being the only one there. They had 2 people working in the shop and the service chris stood around most of the time not even helping his crew.

Can't stress how pissed I am. Dropped my car off yesterday, 'attendant' Robin was struggling to help me though the walk in process. She let me walk off the premises with my keys which I luckily remembered to go back and drop off. Then they called me 2 minutes before closing, did not answer when I called back 5 minutes later and got no answer. Called them today and was told I needed to sign forms before I left yesterday. I obviously don't have a car to get back there twice, to sign these forms I should've been given to sign BEFORE ever leaving, and to get the car back if they ever do get to the work. I Doordarsh for work and now walmarts incompetence is costing me money.

Arrived at 7:20 am, for 8am scheduled appt as advised. They told me to come before 8 to get in and out. They put my 2 tire purchases on the front when I specifically asked them to put on rear. When I told them they put them on the front instead of my request, they made me wait, In all I was there 1-1/2 hours for a 30 minute job. After they corrected their mistake, I thanked the guy with the beard, he wouldn't even look at me or acknowledge me. Like their mistake was my fault. In all fairness, the other guy was very polite (it was his mistake) and sincerely apologized. However I shouldn't have been made to wait for this correction, all they had was my tire change & one other customer for an oil change. Hence, I was late for work

I have patronized this lube for about 5 years and enjoyed their services, unfortunately, some of the new folks working here are not a good fit for the kind of job they do!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Never go here, went for a simple tire change and they over torqued my tire bolts to hell and bent the frame. Caused my brakes to atomize when I needed them on mountains roads and on top of it all claims department has been giving me the runaround for the last 6 months blatantly not answering calls or emails despite them having a "resolution decision". Horrible experience that costed my greatly.

Sloooow! Only 2 cars in the bay and it took them over an hour and a half for an oil change. I would understand if they didn’t have staff but they had 3 people working.

They advertise closing at 7PM and I arrived just before 5pm but was turned away because they were backed up and didn’t have any staff. All I needed was an oil change. I recommend calling first. Drove in from Sevierville because the wait times are usually less here.

We stopped here to get two new tires for our car. They had great tires, decent price and put them on very quickly actually. I was surprised. It only took 30 minutes! I highly recommend going here for your car needs!!!!

Had my car in on 10/16 to get an oil change and tires rotated. The wait was a little long, but expected. I’ve heard awful things about Walmart messing things up during oil changes, but have had my car into other Walmart Auto Centers for 2 other oil changes and had no issues. The next day after my oil change my check engine light had came on and I assumed something went wrong during the oil change. Called Walmart and was told I could bring it in to have them look at it. I got there and was told I would have to wait 2 hrs, that they’re sure it was nothing they did, and basically almost sent me away as if they thought it was a coincidence. Finally, they said they’d look at it and looked at it within 30 minutes and said nothing was wrong on their part that they did everything as they should have. I then got my car into a dealership that Friday where they told me the oil cap was put on completely wrong which was allowing air to leak into the oil. As soon as they fixed the cap and drove the car around the light went off. I have now been waiting for over a week for Walmart claims to respond to me since I had to pay a $177 diagnostic fee due to this issue. Do not use this place. I honestly wonder if they even actually took a second look to see if anything was placed wrong

Had a oil change Saturday and got my paperwork and it said I declined to have my fluids topped off and declined to have my car vacuum. That's deception on any level was not ask any of this. Won't go back there again.

The service man was quite misogynistic and had a habit of loudly chewing gum while checking my dash board. He checked my tires but had quite an attitude.
