EL PELR SERVICIO fui a cambiar 4 llantas llevé 4 válvulas nuevas no me pusieron las válvulas y se las quedaron no me pusieron una llanta por qué supuestamente no salía el espárrago de esa rueda fui a otro lugar y lo sacaron como si nada.. simplemente el peor servicio para poner las llantas

The worst service ever, the guy working here CESAR has no clue about anything, rude constantly annoyed ,complete waste of time and constantly being dodgy with questions and labeled my car key wrong so it took me over 2 and a half hours for a stupid oil change, don’t waste your time coming here, go to a different oil change place with more knowledgeable and mannerly people. The people 3-4 months back were actually good and did their job but now walmart management has hired some people that are of no use and dont know customer service.

DON’T COME HERE FOR AUTO CARE! I spent over 2 hours and a half for a battery replacement. This place was not even crowded. I only had two people ahead of me. The service was terrible. I will never come back here. Somebody who came after me left first. The staff was not attentive at all and didn’t respect me in line. I was the second one and forgot about working in my car. If your time is important to you, this is not the right place. It’s a pity that I can not leave 0 stars.

The young gentleman who attended to me, Eric V., was very professional in handling my oil change. I was the fourth in line, and the line of cars waiting was just starting to build up. Despite the pressure, Eric V. made sure to prioritize my service after another vehicle behind me tried to get his attention. I commended him for doing the right thing by checking with me first. He demonstrated excellent composure and professionalism, even when a woman further back in the line mentioned she needed her car serviced quickly due to an upcoming appointment. Eric V. handled both situations exceptionally well, maintaining his composure, showing kindness, and respecting everyone involved. I also appreciated how quickly he changed my oil. I was in and out much faster compared to previous visits where I waited for an hour, watching my car sit unattended. Eric V. got to work promptly and met everyone’s expectations. You have a great employee in the making, and he deserves recognition for the outstanding service he provided on my car today.

Worst service and job! Some employees here don’t like their job, it’s like we own them money, actually we pay them money. I replaced 2 new tires here, when I drive on highway, it’s shaking, absolutely they didn’t do tire balance, and I come another day, they ignored me…., I will not choose here anymore!

After purchasing 2 tires yesterday was quoted that putting the 2 new on and having them rotated would be another $40-$60 and when I went to pick it up just now it was actually $227 and some change. Will never be bringing any vehicle of mine here again. Educate your employees or don’t quote people at all say I’m an idiot and I have no idea I really shouldn’t say.

Unfortunately, my experience at Walmart AutoCare was not satisfactory. I had to wait 30 minutes to be attended to, which is quite a long time, and when I finally received service, I noticed a lack of friendliness from the staff. It seemed like the employees disliked their job and attending to customers.There is no passion or dedication to doing things well, which is crucial in any customer service. Serving the public should be a commitment, not just an obligation. I hope they improve these aspects to provide better service in the future.

4 people standing around one car for 15 minutes not actually working on the vehicle. No one acknowledged that we were even in line considering it was only one other vehicle than mine.

i came here at 11:30 for my appointment for an oil change and didn’t see them working on my car until 2. such a waste of time. the mechanics just wander around, laugh amongst each other, and constantly walk in and out of the lobby. it’s been over 3 hours and they’re still not done with a oil change.

I am very angry. Last August my tire was a slow leak and they repaired it. Now it is leaking again. I go to the store and tell them the detail and want them to repair it again. But after a while, they told me it cannot repair. I must replace the tire and I refused. When I drove back home, I found my tire had totally no air. Before I go to the store, I can drive and air the tire when my tire pressure light. Now I totally lost my tire. It is horrible. I will never go to Walmart again.

I brought my car in for oil change today. They told me 2 hour wait time. I waited for 4 hours and my car was still not ready. The young guys there were not working. Wasting a whole lot of time talking and eating. Never will I come here again for oil chamge..

I’m not sure what happened to this location, but the wait time just for a old change is ridiculous. The line is usually wrapped around the building with more than 1 hour wait just to get your car in, and not to mention you still have to wait on the vehicle to be serviced and it doesn’t look like the new gentleman in there are in a hurry to work. A lot of talking and hanging around. This use to be my go to place when the other guys were around they were efficient, fast, and communicated well. Time to find another place

One of the worst branches i have ever visited. I booked an appointment in order to finish early so when I went there, they treated me as a walk-in and my car was still parked outside Nobody touched it for like 30 min after check in and when so I asked them to start with my car it took them forever to change the tires nothing that nobody was in the line before me and the guys over there, They were just joking and laughing with each other. The guy that was doing my car was working for a couple of min and go hang out for like 20 minutes then he comes back. It was really ridiculous. I will never ever go there.

Pesimo servicio,2 meses atras fui a cambiar mi aceite,lleve el aceite y el filtro,espere casi 3 horas y todavia el carro me marca que debo cambiar el aceite,dinero y tiempo botado,no recomiendo este lugar

Pésima muy mala no la recomiendo a nadie mi hijo llevo el carro para cambio de aceite después de 2 horas que lo entraron y lo abrieron no tenían el filtro y le dejaron goteando aceite y rompieron la parte donde enrosca ahora le cuesta arreglarlo 500 dólares el arreglo sino tienen mecánicos calificados que sepan lo que hacen no los tengan primero antes de hacer cambio de aceite tienen que saber si tienen el filtro y no abrirlo y dejarlo mal cerrado

Pésimo servicio. Hay como 8 empleados y un servicio de carro dura más de hora y media. La atención es horrible, son groseros y se molestan porque habemos personas que se nos dificulta hablar en inglés, hasta pareciera que se burlan o son sarcásticos... Lo peor es que claramente sí habían algunos que hablaban español. Además hay que tener precaución con lo que hacen al vehículo y con la información que cargan al sistema. Pareciera que los empleados cobraran por hora porque hablan más de lo que trabajan mientras pasa el tiempo. Realmente no lo recomiendo.

They have a new team, guys! I deleted my 1-star review from last time experience to give proper credit to the current team due to its great, fast, and friendly service. Chris got my tire changed and another rotated in literally 15 minutes. Well done!

This location will take you wait forever. At least Over 30mins to get in line and waiting for assistance. After that you have to wait for 1hr to do oils change and almost 2hrs for change your only 1 tire...

Very and trust me when I say this very unprofessional sometimes in life u really need help from others I was in a rush literally went in 15 min before closing and got told “to remove that nail out your tire we probably won’t be able to get to it today come back tomorrow a nail that was easy to go in and put a tire plug for me literally ended up doing it myself but it was the time and effort that would take to do in 3 seconds the employee where outside on smoke break 🤦🏻‍♂️
