Bad custoomer services and they take to Ling to take care a custoomer and the weight time periods for oil changes are to long they allso need traning on custoo.er services guidelines other than they make mistakes like charging somebody ells the tikets of the wrong custoomer then without ask you they returned the moneysbin your card then they make you repay for the service for second time after they make their mistakes .

Either they need re training or find another job because their people skills are horrible that guy lance works at auto center needs to be fired or retrain have attitude problems wal mart needa to do something about that smh

I went yesterday to install two front tires on my 2020 Mazda 3 , I got 1pm appointment but Walmart took almost 5 hours to put tires on my car , very frustrating and disappointing, what’s the point to make an appointment? And I just checked the tires pressure on my car and guess what? Left tire got only 30 pounds air pressure and right tire got 36 pounds, very poor customer service and installation service. I am trying to call them but no one answering my phone call

I was slightly skeptical about taking my car to Wal-Mart based on other stories posted here, so this review is based solely on my 1 experience here. I booked an appointment at 7am in the morning and Alfredo helped get me situated with my tire order and appointment. He was also the one to install the tires on my vehicle. Incredibly professional and cordial throughout my experience. Being that it was in the morning, it only took 35 minutes for him to complete the job. The facility also looked very well maintained and clean, with tools and oil containers placed neatly around. I can't attest for how well they perform other car maintenance items like oil and brake changes, but the tire job was similar to any other tire competitor.

I did oil change which is the simple service that any auto service could do and WALMART don't, they forgot to put the engine oil cap back and close it, damage my engine and got check engine light on.

Very poor service try to get a light bulb change Park light and turning signal light bulb and he told me I should change it myself after getting my oil changed I have no oil in my car at all and it's only a week later

"I strongly advise against visiting Wal-Mart TLE on FM529. My experience there was less than satisfactory. With only three people working, the service was slow and disorganized. Despite arriving early, my car ended up being skipped When I inquired about the delay, I was told that they were prioritizing larger jobs ahead of mine due to being short-staffed. After requesting to speak with management, my service was suddenly a priority, but it was evident that attention to detail was lacking. I later discovered that the rotation and balance were not done correctly, requiring me to take my car to the dealership for proper correction. It's best to avoid this location for your car service needs."

Car not starting correctly. Thought battery was shot. Not the case. Thank you to Islam who diagnosed the problem within a minute. Also to the young gentleman helping. Islam knows his mechanic trade well!

Spent my entire afternoon walking around Walmart because it took an entire 5 hours to get an oil change. Declined a tire rotation because I don’t want to be here until dark. Don’t come unless you plan on wasting your time.

They do not have all types of oil, nor filters, that is why only 2 stars, oil change takes too long, up to 2 hours
