I visited Walmart for a service when it wasn’t very busy. After waiting 2 hours and 30 minutes, my vehicle still hadn’t been touched or moved. I spoke to the manager, Latoya, and explained that I had to pick up my kids, but she showed no care or concern. Her response was simply, 'Okay, what do you wanna do?'—delivered with an unprofessional attitude. I ended up leaving with no service done, wasting my time completely. Latoya, if you hate your job, just quit—there’s no need to treat customers like this. Extremely disappointing experience Arrived at 1:20 checked in by 1:36 Left at 4:02 without my vehicle service.

We went in after changing to our spare because the tire was flat. The guy checking us in checked out the tire and found cuts on the tire. He helped us find affordable options for a new tire. They got it done fairly quickly and we were out of there in about an hour. Very satisfied with my care and I also asked him to keep the tire and they went and grabbed it for us before we left. I wish I got his name because I want to recognize him for his amazing customer service.

This place is horrible , 5 guys standing around doing nothing , 3 hours to change 1 tire … I’m not sure who is the manager here or who hired the people working here but it’s horrible a tire change on each car should not take 1 hour each … you go anywhere and maximum your waiting 30 min maybe an hour but 3 ? Horrible

Ordered tires and installation on line at the Sealy Super Center. Had an appointment for a Friday at 3:00. They emailed me that my appointment was cancelled about 2:30. Called on the following Monday to find out what happened. They hung up on me. Drove over there and they had the tires sitting in the bay. They were apologetic that their jacks and lifts were broken. They could only work on passenger cars. I had them put the tires in the back of my truck and drove to another Wal-Mart to have them put on. The Katy Super Center refused to put them on because they were a different size (larger) than the tires I had on at the time. The tires they refused to put on were the same size as the factory tires that came on the truck. I had a slightly smaller size on because they were cheap. I drove across the road to Houston Services Tire Shop (awesome guys) and they put them on in 30 minutes. The Wal-Mart Auto Care Center is staffed with incompetent lazy idiots that don't know the first thing about tires or customer service.

While waiting for a tire change at a very backed up auto center I saw a single employee do multiples peoples job. She ran circles around other employee that not only didn't know how to do the job, had a poor attitude about it. You all need to give Toya in the auto care center a raise. She is professional, knowledgeable and has great customer service skills. Multiple employees in the auto department did this wrong that she had to redo and teach them how to do it. I think she should be promoted, get a raise and be valued more as she single-handedly ran the whole department with a smile on her face.

I came for a singular flat tire. •Long wait time •Understaffed (1 mechanic) •Cheapest price you can get for a tire is $60 •Said it would be ready in an hour, came back 1.5 hours later and hasn't even been touched •Total time (2:54 pm- 5:18 pm) •Do not recommend

I literally just left. And some lady with dreads was out there and servicing literally everyone after me . I drove up like everyone else . I assumed that’s what you do, for basic fluid top off or if they even did it. I wouldn’t know cause she refused to service me. And was completely ignored. I felt really uncomfortable and just left. It was confusing . Bad experience.

Don’t come here if you aren’t ready to wait for 2 hours. Came in here twice, faced same delays consistently. 2nd time came with appointment, I was told 15 mins 4 times every time I went to check in. I was ready to come back later to pick the car up, but they insisted it will be done in no time. Again had to wait 2 hours. Gave 2nd chance assuming first time would have been one off. Shouldn’t have given them 2nd chance. They are consistent in giving POOR customer experience. Btw, After oil change the light on my dashboard still didn’t go away and staff did nothing to fix it.

I arrived at 9:29 and wasn't greeted for at least 15 mins to at least tell me how long my wait would be. They just kept walking past my vehicle until I finally blew the horn to get her attention. Then I was I was told I was next in line and I'd be getting serviced within the next 5-15 mins. (Jelisa) I was also made aware that there were 4 cars who all needed service in a separate bay, but they were not ahead of me because they needed a different type of service. The hostess was walking around looking very confused and unaware of what was going on. More than an hour of waiting and looking at employees looking confused I finally asked for a manager, and she was able to get my vehicle in the bay almost immediately. My vehicle is finally now being serviced at 10:52. I'm one of seven customers who were patiently waiting for an oil change. For the amount of employees who were on the floor, I see no reason for the long wait other than individuals either on their phones, or just simply not doing their jobs. I'm almost for certain it doesn't take 3-4 mechanics to work on one vehicle for the tires. I do want to thank the manager, for getting the service expedited promptly after getting her attention. I believe she was unaware of the poor service that was being rendered. Shortly after my service was almost complete I was also informed that the technicians were short on staff, which is understandable but there was no communication, and employees just standing around. Thank you Ms. Toya for getting the employees on the same page, I really appreciate you!

I would definitely not recommend for anyone to come here and get an oil change here. As soon as I arrived I asked if i could get an oil change the lady at the desk told me to look for julissa outside in the shop . So that’s what I did I asked a random employee where Julisa is and he said that she is at lunch and I have to be patient. He explained that there are people that have been there for 3 hours . What kind of customer service is this ? 👎👎👎👎👎👎

On Saturday of last week I installed the first three tires and a girl named Yeliza helped me and since it was the first time I went to the place I was disoriented I tried to ask her a question and she answered me in a hateful way that I should wait outside and when it was my turn she would would answer my question. I found the treatment grotesque at first but then he answered my questions and everything was normal. When they delivered the vehicle to me, they couldn't start it since the battery was damaged and I had to buy a new one to be able to leave. I definitely didn't like that day at all. Today I was assisted by a girl named Asia who from the beginning was very kind and professional, she had a lot of empathy with me until she spoke to me in Spanish when she noticed that my English was not good. Asia's treatment completely changed my perception of the place and she convinced me to continue being a customer of Walmart services. Congratulations to Asia from me, she is an excellent worker. Thank you

They don’t have the decency to ask you if you need anything or say “someone will be right with you”. They just look at you. Turn their head & let you sit in your car for 10 plus minutes wondering if you should pull out and go somewhere else or wait…

This place went from ok to horrible I’ve taken my cars here for years I kept coming because it’s convenient since I live close by I’ve had many little issues with them but this time I’m done with this guys. it’s the third time they leave leaks on my cars after getting oil changes, I also try purchasing a battery with the oil change and they did not install it, didn’t give me a reason at all a when I told the guy in front desk when I picked the car up he said it was too late and there was no time for the new battery to be installed. I came back the next day because the car was leaking oil and when they looked up the service there was no record of my car, I had to bring the receipt so they could see they had worked on my car the night before. I came back today to purchase the battery and when I got there the guys outside said they weren’t taking any more cars in, it was 3pm and they close at 7. I decided to just buy the battery and install it my self. so came in and had to wait nearly an hour to get someone to come to the front desk, there was other people also waiting just as mad at me. AVOID this place

Usually I have a great experience so this is twds my last experience with purchasing tires. They didn't call me when they were done nor balance my tires. They weren't incredibly busy on this day either.
