I went there for a flat tire, (not big deal right) so I had to wait more than three hours (not exaggeration) when it supposed to be ready In 40 minutes max through what the cashier said when I arrived.

Got tires and oil changed here, staff is on point. They got me in and it took a while and get my car done none the less very professional and will work with you if you need info, best make an appt for guaranteed service on the day off.

Showed up at 3:45 for an appointment at 4pm. They didn't even pull it in and look at it till 5. Didn't finish till 6:40. To mount and balance 4 tires that I provided! There wasn't ANY cars in the bays!

Went in for a car battery today. The lady at the auto care was so rude and unwilling to help. Worst customer service.

They're always on point when I go. Kobe is great with customers and Jay. Thru can get backed up at times but that happens overall 5 stars

Came to get my car battery replaced. Was waiting for nearly 2 hours. At one point I received a text stating there was a problem and I needed to speak with the automotive center before they could continue. Went straight to the automotive desk to find out what was wrong and was told that the text was sent by mistake. Continued to wait and was finally told that they wouldn't replace my battery because they needed to take out the whole intake of my car???? There was no apology, no provided options of what to do from here. They just handed me my keys and walked off. 2 hours of waiting for nothing to be done. I will never use this location again. The customer service was atrocious from start to finish.

Don’t come here worst place to come and get your tire fixed they take up your time only one person answers to you they wasted 4 hours of my time of day for one tire and when I got there to pick it up they said they need 20 more minutes all they do is waste peoples time and money don’t come here

First time at this location and it was terrible! Came in to get a tire patched up and rotated. I was told that the wait would be 5 hours and I should go to a different shop down the street… I decided to leave my car with them because I had warranty. Came back after 7 hours (right before closing) and they never contacted me once about the car. The guy at the counter also “misplaced” the service receipt. Found out that they moved my car BUT NEVER PATCHED UP OR ROTATED THE TIRE!!! If you didn’t get to it, at least let me know. There was no communication whatsoever.

They ran out of oil and advised me i need to get it off the shelf. Ok things happen, just get it done right? "No sir, its going to cost more because you need to buy all the oil for us to put in and then the labor is an extra 30". What?! Why is it my problem they run out of oil, why is it my problem they didnt keep up with their inventory. I had to pay more to be delayed and then the manager came over and told me its not a mistake its just the way we operate. Walmart has to charge you more and this is just the way it is. Keep in mind im on vacation with my whole family sitting on their couch. Tall manager, i think his name was colby, followed me to the oil aisle seeing i was visably upset to ask me what my problem was and kept repeating that this isnt their fault and i should take my business elsewhere if i have a problem paying extra for my oil change. The guy behind the counter was really doing his best and was very kind but this is poor service and terrible management. Go to a real shop and avoid these people at all costs! ***UPDATE*** When we got here at 1230 there was one car in the bay and they told me i was next and service takes roughly 20-30 minutes. Its now been 90 minutes since i was checked in and i keep watching them get cars in and out while mine is sitting there.

I was about to purchase 4 new tires, had them in my cart online, but was trying to call to make sure I could purchase them online and then make an appointment to have them installed. I called for 30 minutes. Nobody answered the phone. By the time I tried to figure it out online, those tires were no longer available without having them shipped. I know Walmart doesn't care that they just lost $1000, but wow.

Don’t bother scheduling an appointment for an oil change, because it will still take more than two hours to get service. Such a waste of time.

Went in for tire change, all wheels tpms were working properly, moments into the tire change technician tells me whomever i took my car to prior(them) broke my valve stem core so no air is going in nor coming out, makes no sense if i drove the car with a tire full of air and no tpms warning light on my dash. They broke my tpms and blatantly lied to my face blaming another shop for their wrong doing when they are the ones who changed my tires prior. The liar of a technician should be ashamed. I will be contacting corporate and filing a complaint. That is unethical and it sucks i have to deal with such blatant lies. Be truthful own up to the “accident” you caused and maybe i would have left a better review. For now 1 star , which isn't even deserved !

I bought two 15" tires from the store and had them installed all for $175 with tax. The tires were $65 each and $18 installation per tire then tax.

I needed a tire and lady helping me, sold me the best tire for my money. I looked it up on the net. I saved 30 bucks and got a better tire.
