I read bad reviews, but i experiences my self. I buy 4 tires and change. The service fast no problem. Take 1 hour everything done. Maybe my lucky day or the crew give good job.

Have Road Hazard made a noon appointment arrived at 1120. It is now pushing 3 pm and they still have not started. What is the point in an appointment if your have to wait 5 hrs or more. Wont pay for road hazard again.

You get what you pay for. There's a reason it's so cheap. Do not expect top level service and you won't be disappointed. Even with an appointment it has always taken 2 plus hours for an oil change or for two tires. Last Monday I was in at 7am (there at 650) for two tires and I left at 915 am. Today, I had an oil change at 930 and it took over an hour to move my car into a bay and lift the hood. They are slow even at the start of the day. Just prepare yourself. If you have the extra money and higher expectations then Take 5 and Discount Tire will be much better options for you. It's Walmart. It's not going to be top tier.

Went in there with an appointment and it still took 3 hours and change. The female that works in the Bay did not tighten up the drain plug because they knew I was not pleased. Never go to Walmart for a vehicle!

I purchased my tires online and had them delivered to my home. Once they were delivered I made an appointment for 9am to have them installed. When arrived 20 minutes before my appointment I advised them that I purchased the tires from their website as I knew I would get a discount price for that and I also told him that I wanted to add the warranty for all 4 tires. He gave me my total and told me it would take about 30 minutes. I went inside and shopped around for about 20 minutes and then went and sat in their waiting area. An hour goes by and another lady comes in from shopping and had mentioned that she had been there for 2 hours and they had not evven touched her car yet. 2 other people came in around this time and sat in the waiting area with me. Another hour goes by and my car is still not done. By this time the first lady who came in canceled her services and went somewhere else. The other 2 people were getting frustrated with their wait. minutes later they get checked out which is strange considering I was there way before they were. It took them hours to get tires on my car. When I went to check out the price they gave me was lower then what the guy outside had given me so I asked if they had added the warranty to my purchase and she said no. I told her I wanted that added. She went outside and came back in and told me she had to charge me more because I didnt get my tires from them. I advised her that I did get my tires from them so she needed to change the price to not only reflect that but also add the warranty. So she goes back outside again and minutes later comes back inside and says "I cant give you the warranty because you didnt get the tires from walmart." I said "ma'am I just told you I bought the tires from the website" I pulled up the recipet and showed her proof that I got the tires from their store. She walked back outside for a 3rd time and finally got it figured out. Overall it took them 3 hours to get my tires and get me checked out. I definitely will not be coming back to walmart for my tire needs and will just stick to discounts next door.

I needed tires. They just sold the last set of mine. Jessica said they would have more in the next day. I went back and my tires were sitting waiting on me. No waiting. Great people in the Automotive area.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Purchased 4 new tires for husbands truck in 2022 purchased the extended mileage warranty and went Sat to get 2 tires replaced due to being defected. Manager in automotive said best he was willing to do was give me a quote for 2 new tires. Very aggressive little man. Got way too close talking to me and I asked for a store manager to come help me and waited 33 min and no manager came. Called the 1-800 Walmart they offered a gift card for the purchase price but said it could take 180 days for delivery. Called to the store spoke with one manager who was very nice she said she’d speak to the actual head store manager and would call me back with a solution. Still waiting for a call back. Horrible experience I will pay double some place else for tires from now on

yall service SUCKS horrible. your always packed but no one is ever working. you guys make a 1-2 hour wait wayyyyy longer than anticipated. why not hire more people? them same 3-4 workers not cutting it.

If you love your money and you love your car and you value your time don’t even think of taking your car here. I took mine for an oil change this people forced the wrong model filter in my car and on top of it they didn’t put the ring now my car is leaking oil. Went back to them they wanna start claiming it’s my transmission leaking as if I can’t tell the difference between oil and transmission leak. Thankfully my mechanic has fixed my car but never again will I ever dream of taking my car to Walmart.

Diabolical!!! Took my car in driving condition, it literally made it 4 miles and I had to take it to an auto shop. They blamed it on manufacturer of the product they used. I’m now in an issuance battle and the Walmart claims guy won’t give me any of the information to contact the manufacturer who’s fault they’re blaming it on. Car has been in the shop for over 3 weeks, it’s been a difficult time.

Made an appointment online to have tires installed, sat there for over an hour and they did NOTHING but remove the lug nuts. In the process of them putting the lug nuts back on for me to leave they destroyed all 24 lug nuts on my truck costing me over $100 and they will not compensate

Omg there was literally no one working on my car for 2hours & it wasn’t even busy. This is ridiculous this is a Billion dollar corporation, why does it takes 3 hours to change 2 tires???? please i need to know this is unacceptable.

Rudest business I've called on the phone in a long time, and I'm not even being a Karen. I just asked what the least busy time would be to come in. Dude on the phone replied with, "tomorrow" in the most soulless voice I've ever heard. I asked what time, not date, and he again said, "tomorrow 😒". This went on for about another 10 seconds before I just hung up. I understand that you may get calls like this all the time, but they're asked all the time for a good reason.

Slooooooooow service. will let you car sit for a full hours before touching it even tho they only had 1 car before us. They had 3 techs They will lift it take 3 phone calls take one nut off take another call take off the tire take a call and just absolutely working in the slowest way posible. These guys a there to make time pass. Estimated time they gave me was 1 hr they took 2 .

We were passing through on the way home to Dallas and stopped to get a tire fixed. Other places we tried to stop were closed because it was Labor Day so they really saved us by being open! They were also very nice and quick. Just so grateful they could come to our rescue!!

Very good service, was told to repair a tire would be a couple of hours, glad I was told ahead of time, there were a few customers ahead me, settled in, 2hrs on my way, kudos for those folks.

I arrived shortly after opening at 7 am. The doors were locked and I went around through the front of Walmart. I tried to find someone to help me in the auto center, but an employee said that no one showed up to work today.
