Had made an appointment for 12:00 PM yesterday to just look at my tire that keeps going flat and possibly repair. Waited for an hour and a half and they didn’t even touch my vehicle. What’s the point of making an appointment if you’re not going to keep it? They even had the audacity to give me an attitude when I asked for my keys back so I could go to work. They’re lucky I didn’t have time to chastise them for their horrible service and attitude. I wish I could give zero starts because I just wasted an hour and a half of my life and got attitude for it!!!! Walmart is the worst company.

Irving and Noel were such a huge help! my battery died on a sunday night and they were almost closed but they still changed my battery and made sure my vehicle was good to go! truly appreciate them.

The worst place I've ever been. I ordered 4 tires, paid, made an appointment. When I arrived they said they had nothing and sent me home. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

Honestly if I could give negative stars I would. Words cannot describe how terrible this place was. Just left that place at 7:30 pm after waiting for a tire rotation for literally almost 8 HOURS. A job that should’ve taken at most 30 minutes took 2 hours and 3 minutes (I timed it). The worker took a break in front of me and no other worker took his place to finish the job for maybe 20-30 minutes. Don’t even get me started on the waiting line to to even get the information down, 3 hours just for them to attend you, the oil changes took more than 30 minutes to do and I’m not even a mechanic but I can do it in 15 minutes max. Was about to offer to do all the work myself and they all just go home and I guarantee I could’ve done more cars than them, an absolute joke, often times they would all disappear then come back after some time later. To top it all off, after 2 hours of doing a tire rotation, I come to find that my lug nuts are extremely stripped and my rims are scratched, they were not like that when I brought in the car today. Never will I come here again, an absolute joke of an auto center and I really hope they’ll pay for the damages done to the lug nuts and rims. If I could I would give them -5 stars, ridiculous amount of time to do such a simple job.

worst service i've ever meet in my life. I booked the tire replacement online and got confirmation. however, they told me they cannot do the service when i was there after waiting 30 mins. They also claim they never check any online reservation at all???? what's even more frustrating is, they won't refund you online directly, and required you to be onsite to refund with your ID after I made 10x times phone call to have this stupid answer. after escalating the issue and 2 months waiting, i finally got my money back only because they are unable to do the work. worst experience, no "one of"

This place is an absolute joke. I never leave negative reviews, but for this terrible place, I’m willing to make an exception. After an over 2.5 hour wait with no communication, I came out, and they had not repaired my tire as I had asked. The spare was still on, and they even tried to steal my normal tire. The manager I talked to was absolutely incompetent and had no idea what was going on. After a hostile conversation with the customer-UNfriendly manager, I resolved to just cut my losses and take my business elsewhere. PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE.

Worst experience of my life . Broke my lug nut and got my tire stuck and told me to take it to someone else. Supervisor is very rude the guy with the tablet should never work there honestly if you want to change ur tires find somewhere else but not wallmart

Horrible Horrible Horrible. Leo is the worst. I went last week to get a screw out of my tire and the next day the tire was flat again because the screw never came out. Went back the next day to rectify it and never received an apology...only attitude and another 2 hour wait and wasted time off work

Second time coming here for a tire change and the “manager” is completely INCOMPETENT. Not only is he blatantly a rude person he refuses to communicate within his team of mechanics. Each time I’ve come it’s been the same experience where I check in my car for service and AFTER waiting their full hour and half expecting for my vehicle to be finished I THEN find out they couldn’t work on my car. This time saying my tire was unrepairable BUT before my wait began when I got checked in by the “manager” we went over my warranty and DISCUSSED I do have warranty and to CHANGE my tire with one of equal or lessor value, that however WAS NOT communicated to the mechanics so after waiting an hour and half I have to tell the mechanic myself I do have warranty and to once again change my tire. Making me wait yet again for services. Just poor service each time I will not be back to this unorganized mess of a shop. The mechanics themselves are great, have not had any issues with them. Polite and helpful.

Sin dudas es de los peores lugares que existen a parte del mal servicio que presetan son unos puercos una ves fui a cambiar el aceite de mi carro y cuando fui por el tenia un arañaso en el bomper en la parte derecha nadie se hizo responsable y como siempre en las cámaras no se ve nada nadie hizo nada me tuve que ir bien indignado poruqe estuve a punto de pegrale un puñetazo al encargado porque todavía tuvo el descaro de tirar la situación a broma no lo recomiendo no a ese a ni gusto. Walmart vayan a lugares especializados estos asquerosos no saben nada ni tienen ética ninguna

the worst customer service ever seen. When I arrived I was waiting around 50 min because they was talking a lot and laughin together. The man never asked me about wich kind of oil I prefer and I suppused he chosen the 5k mile one as every time before but not. He didn't ask and selected the He wanted. When I picked up my car I saw the label with only 3k mile and when I asked he told me sorry it's not my bussines if you don't know nothing about oil change. The gus was a man from (latin america) as me but he don't how usa works.
