These guys were great! I had an appointment for the next day but a work obligation made it to where I couldn’t go. They were able to get me in that same day. The tech took the time to explain things to me and the gal at the front desk was helpful and friendly. I would recommend these guys for sure.

They were minimally staffed. I had a hard time getting any professional help. They were out of oils that they should be in stock for the scheduling was horrible. The lady at the front desk was atrocious with her customer service.

Came to this location yesterday and they said 1.5 to 2 hour wait time, so I make an appointment for this morning at 930 am instead. I check in early at 917, but they still don't get started on my car until 954. It's 10:30 when I ask the lady working the desk "I thought it wouldn't take an hour and a half if I made an appointment?" Her response was "they workin on it." It was 11am before my car was finally done. Stated on my sheet that they aired all my tires up to 35 psi which is a LIE. I watched them the entire time and he didnt touch my tires, also attached pic below from as soon as I left to show psi. It was the service manager who was working on my car too! (Based on picture in lobby) Don't bother making an appointment because it'll still be 2 hours you're waiting while dealing with short, vague responses and crappy customer service.

The service I received here was excellent. The person who helped me was very friendly and patient, explaining in detail all the services I was about to get. On top of that, their prices are very competitive and much more affordable compared to other places I looked into. Overall, I was really pleased with the service, but I have to mention that if you're in a hurry, this might not be the best place for you. They told me the average wait time was about two hours, but I ended up waiting four. So, if you plan to come here, make sure you have plenty of time. Despite the wait, the service was very good, and I would recommend it for those who appreciate quality and reasonable prices, as long as you're not in a rush.

Wait time is extremely long even when you have appointment, dont recommend this location! I waited 3 hours to change 2 tires with an appointment scheduled and tires paid for!

Very good customer service I brought two tires it end up costing $200 and that's with the warranty which the warranty only covers the thread that's left on the tire and the price is deducted that and pay the difference for your next tire

I just wanted to share that I had a great experience considering what I went through the day before at another location. Janet was very helpful and polite and had excellent customer service. Others need to learn from her. From the time I spoke to her on the phone and when I got there she was nothing but professional. As busy as it was she definitely took her time and had patience with everyone. It's very hard to come across employees like her and just wanted to give her recognition and let others know that I definitely recommend this place.

I hate giving Walmart bad reviews because I use them for a lot of goods. But the workers in auto literally don't care. I had the worst feeling that my vehicle would not be done properly that I went to jiffy lube and paid twice much for peace of mind.

Took my car in 7/21 august my driveway full of oil so I called the store an corporate an went back to the store .where Noah checked again no leak he says until I showed him pictures of my driveway they said valve cover gaskets wear out I wasn't leaking oil before I went in that gasket was fine took it to a REAL mechanic timing tensions screw was not screw mechanic let me touch it it wasn't screws on properly so all of the oil has leaked out sorriest job I've ever seen a yard mechanic could have done a better job I will never an would advise anyone not to ever use the Walmart autocsre on West rd

Always have in excuse to no work on your car. A place that change oil. Does not have oil. Only synthetic oil the expensive one

Went in for an oil change and had them test the battery and I'm glad I did. I got a new one and they installed it.

When I arrived to pick up my online order no one was there to help when the manager arrived I asked for assistance and was not even acknowledged that I was there horrible customer service then tell me I haven't paid like how I had to pay for it to ship to the store location shaking my head.
