Had a long line that they took a long time to process, they only had one person taking repair orders. Finally when it's my turn, I tell them about my punctured tire, the tech comes out and inspects it with her phone light and then tells me it has a chunk of metal lodged in the tread and can't be repaired, it needs to be replaced. So I hesitatantly schedule a tire replacement appointment for the next day. It gets delayed, I guess because of the bad weather, but that turned out to be a blessing in disguise. I decided to try Discount Tire which was thankfully open that day (MLK Day), they patched the tire for free in 30 minutes, no need for a replacement. Needless to say I'll never go back to this Walmart again for anything.

tire rotations scam happening . Leo is in charge of it he knew . You pay online for installation and rotation and they will charge you again twice. And then argue with you with no explanation and it's clearly a scam

I don't understand how you have to make an appointment on a website which asks you specifically to list the vehicle that you were bringing in so that it can make an appointment for you so that you can take off work.. Miss half a day of income to go in and have them tell you that they don't carry the parts for your car and they never have.. it's not even listed in their book.. We don't carry oil filters for your car. What a waste of a day.

Went for an oil change and they damaged the filter! Mechanic said they drilled through the oil filter when putting the new one on. We went back to see if they could fix it since we changed it two weeks ago and they refused to do anything

Technician left my passenger side window open and it rained heavy. My car got soaked!!! I had an oil change.

Whole staff was very helpful! Walked in to get all 4 tires replaced. Only took an hour and $480 for Good Year . ( NTB across the street quoted me 760) would definitely come to this location again.

Manager, look why the people who were working in maintenance fire the customers because they can't change the oil, it's 4 o'clock and they close at 7, I came twice and they came out with the same excuse.

I tried scheduling an appointment online, not working, and I tried calling many times no answer, if you go to the auto care desk you gonna know a bunch of people doing their best for you not to buy anything at Walmart, lol I'm taking my business somewhere else. Edit: They are putting good reviews about themselves with their own name ,imagine how stupid your technician is,lol.

A okay place. Try to go early around 6:50 to 7 am on the Saturday. I went Wednesday at 7:20 and they said they will open at 8;30 am. At some weekdays, then open at 7 am. Check with their weekday schedule/shift.

Arrived at 615 was told by disgusting lazy cashier we couldn't get to it. On way out technician said yes. Left keys went shopping received call from unknown number (didn't answer) was technician, should have called from business phone. Returned after sine time was closed had to get Mgr to get keys and to pay keys laying on back counter unsupervised along with numerous keys was told not done did not pass ( OIL DRAIN PLUG TEST????) took vehicle to dealer where I purchased used, never heard of such test, no issues with drain plug wakmart employees just didn't want to do. Glad didn't touch vehicle never to return for service ( first and last) time at Walmart.

As much money as this franchise makes daily they don't have batteries for my vehicle wow Walmart has really disappointed me it's not the Super Center it claims to be it's not a one shop store where u could get everything at the same place not anymore

Don't waste your time with this place. 3 hours to change an oil when it only has five cars. The workers are extremely slow was looking at them work at turtle speed.

I had to replace my battery and was told all it needed was a recharge, but after waiting 2 hrs, I was told I needed a new battery, and all they had was the $179 battery

If I could give ZERO starsI would. I first began my morning arriving as soon as they opened , but I still had to wait because there was only one technician. I came around 6 and was told I could not be serviced even though they close at seven. The lady at the counter also would not answer the phone or call a manager when I went in store. They may be the cheapest but their service is a 0/10 !!!!!!!!!!

Made appointment for oil change due to no appointment the week before with a 4 hour wait. The week before they could do the oil change, this week with the appointment they couldn't. They said it was because they don't do oil changes on European cars (I have a VW). No indication when making the appointment they couldn't do it and no response to the appointment asking me for my vehicle make to determine if they could do it. Moved from a town of 100,000 where Walmart never had a problem doing my oil change. In a city of 2.5M this seems ridiculous. Not happy!

Waited 30 minutes for an oil change that I had an appointment for, and was first in line the whole 30 minutes, only for them to come out and say they do not change the oil on Covettes. Guess I was the first to bring a Corvette in there in the 30 years they have been servicing cars.

Was told by an individual to come early in the morning for an oil change before they open which is at 7am. Got there at 6:30 so that I can be the first in line which was great, at 7:19 to be exact they finally open just to tell me that they cannot change my oil because of the BRAND of the oil I purchased even tho it’s the oil for my car. Never heard of that but if you are big on not wasting time and even bigger when it comes to integrity, don’t come here.
