Called, made an appointment for new tires, limped there on a donut, and was told their tire machine was broken. A waste of time. Go to a Discount Tire, Firestone, or NTB instead and save yourself the headache.

Poor customer service today. Employee called me to tell me that they tried to lift my car but it was too low and was touching front end when lift from rear. They said they don’t have equipment to lift it and that maybe another Walmart location does. I asked if he or his supervisor can call the other location he mentioned to see if they have the equipment so they can send the tires there for installation since everything was already paid for ( good customer service, common sense). The employee told my wife he was not release the tires to her because she did not purchase them, yet she had the receipt with barcode showing it was paid for (special. Order). Next they did not call the other location and they told her they did just to go and they will take care of her because they had the equipment. When she got to the other location they told her that they also didn’t have the equipment to lift the car and they didn’t have equipment for 21” tires only 20” but they sell the tires. (???). They need to train their employees better customer service and not give people the run around.

Got there at 1045am for an oil change man told me to park and he would get to me, I waited 30 min while they kept taking care of other people's cars, went in to ask what was going on. Tech finally checked me in was told would take an hr to an hr and a half, they had shift change around 12pm the new person was extremely rude when I asked at 1230pm how much longer till my car will be serviced he said he just got there and it would be about 3 hrs without an appt I told him I was already checked in and what I was previously told. Then another person calls at 130pm to tell me they can't service my car because they don't have the oil. Mind you I went for basic oil the cheapest they have.... I will not be going back for car maintenance again here or Pearland because they also gave me a hard time

The guy who was servicing my tires was ready to go, but there wasn’t a single manager to bring the key to get the new tires shame on Walmart for having unprofessional managers that go to lunch and don’t leave the keys with a someone els and this was the case for a lot of people there waiting to get the keys from the manager.

Horrible .Took 2 and a half hours to take out 5 nails.My advice is you stop hiring these blacks and hire some Mexicans because they are I’m the only ones who seem to have the work ethic in this regard.Just pitiful

Purchased tires and made an appointment for a tire change (just rear two). They took my car back 45 minutes after my appointment and then it took them TWO MORE HOURS to change two tires. I was there for almost 3 hours. They should've just given me a tire iron and I could have done it in the parking lot in a third of the time and saved myself some money instead of paying lazy people to do it.

Showed up for an appointment for an oil change. After waiting for about 5 minutes, they came up to my car and told me they don’t do oil changes for European cars. That would have been nice to know when scheduling the appointment.

Went to this Walmart at 6:40 am for an oil change Monday Morning. When I got there the bay door was closed but they supposed to open at 7:00am. They didn’t open until like 7:08 am and when they did open they told me they have to get organized. They supposed to been ready to open at 7:00am. Then the guys there just sitting and talking and not ever working. I ended up leaving because the guy let 2 cars go in front of me when I could have gotten my oil change at 7:00am when they supposed to open. This place sucks and they are lazy and rude.

Awful service. I purchased tires, installation, and road hazard online and set an appointment. On the day of, they tell me they’re overbooked, can’t complete the service and to book another appt online. I booked another appointment and when I arrive they tell me I have to pay the installation again. I go speak to the manager and she explains that the original service will be refunded within 3-5 business days. When the manager is done explaining this to me I go back to the service desk to pay and finish my install, and there’s no one at the desk. I wait another 15 minutes, nobody shows up so I leave. Don’t waste your time.

You can go there if you absolutely have nothing to do with your life. They have no sense of urgency and do not work smart at all. Everything they do is meant to waste time. I would give minus 10 stars if I could

Went for a new tire and 1 of the team members an older gentleman was extremely rude to my husband and myself and non knowledgeable about the walmart plus membership telling me it was a scam and they didn't honor it, even though there were signs through out the store. We witnessed the same employee arguing with an older gentleman before hand as well. Not all the staff was like that. There were other employees that took time to assist us but I would hate for anyone to have encounter that type of behavior. I mean I get people have bad days and by no means do I need anyone kissing my behind but as a human being and a paying customer I think I should be treated with decency. Just thought I would share my experience.

Came all the way over here one day for an oil change, because they advertise low prices. The mechanic said he cannot so this because they does not carry 0-20 oil. He did not give me the option to bring my own oil and filter. Instead, he told me to go to Firestone, which is one of most expensive auto shops. Them today I drove all the way out here to get a tire plugged or patched and again he suid he cannot do this, stating the tire is not new enough. The tire is fine. It just had a nail in it. I do not recommend this auto "care" place. They are not helpful. Don't waste your time here, like I did.

If you don't have TYRES IN STOCK so please don't tell over the phone that you have it and then DENY that you ever said you have it stock after I drove 20 minutes on a Sunday and manager frank seems like he's don't know how to handle auto care customers. NEVER RETURNING TO WALMART AUTO CARE

Low price tires. Installion is slow but done correctly. Plan on dropping your car off. Expect you typical Walmart employee friendliness (lol). Would come back.

They advertise a special price for an oil change and forget to mention its only for a certain amount of oil. Plus it took forever and its not a place you'd want to be at for hours. Months later (don't drive to work, just personal use) I come to find out they did bad work and its now leaking oil. Luckily my oil sensor picked it up before it can get worse. Now at a mechanic shop to see how bad they messed up.

They literally didn’t know what they’re doing, I drove there in a storm and they told me the appointment is canceled, with no prior notification, i tried calling them before getting there but they didn’t answer too

Very bad tire center , I never understood why they never understand how to handle customers. They are trying to send back customers not to service them , they give some dummy reason to say that they are busy.

Very poor customer service will not answer the phone the workers characteristics show they do not want to be there which proves they need to be under new management I will continue to go there until this matter reach global concerns
