DO NOT GO HERE. Went in to fix a flat a few times, and they installed the WRONG SIZE TIRE *TWICE* without my knowledge. Car had some minor alignment/shaking issues after the install, but I didn't find out what happened until my speedometer suddenly stopped working as I was driving. Lost the cost of the tires and had to buy the right ones elsewhere. What a disaster :(

Poor customer service for the people who works on Sundays around 230p-330p. I watched people walk right past me for almost 30 mins without asking me “how can I help you” and actually helping me. And when I tried to leave the door is locked so I had to wait more for someone to even come let me out. Still didn’t get any help. And I had a simple oil change. SMH.

Staff have a very can’t do attitude and want. Online hours are incorrect to service appointments. Made them aware and asked them to let corporate know because I understand they don’t control it. It was a consistent not us answer. I know that. Also tried to process tire return. Tried to process return in tire department and you have to go to customer service. They didn’t even try it was automatic “no”. Straight disappointment.

This is the sorry place to take your car too for service. The people who work there are rude and disrespectful. I took my truck there for an oil change. They made me wait for over two hours then told me that they don’t have the filter. Went and got the filter and waited for another 90 mins. Then this dude with attitude told me they couldn’t do the oil change because they don’t know where the oil deepstick is located. Lazy people as hell

Customer service here is absolute garbage. Waited 20 minutes because no one was at the desk. When they finally came they said they’re no longer taking oil changes even though they have 2 hours before close. They closed an hour early the day before. Get it together Walmart this is ridiculous!

Went in to have a tire put on a rim. No rush, just needed don’t in a few days. The guy behind the counter would not keep the rim because he said “anyone could walk away with it and it would be liability.” Totally get that, if you leave it up by the registers but why wouldn’t you move the rim to back shop? When I said that doesn’t make sense and tried to explain why he proceeded to look at another customer and say “it doesn’t make sense - that’s commons sense.” I again explained - yes it makes sense if you leave it here but you have a shop, with doors that lock. He continued to talk about the situation with the other customer. Very unprofessional!! Don’t waste your time going here - go to Firestone!! Went there and had no issues!!!

Already starting off wrong. It’s Sunday at 7:40am. They suppose to open at 7am. Not open. I went inside to make sure they open and the CS said yes to give them more time. There are three cars waiting for services as I write this. Someone checked door, it’s locked. This is very unprofessional to sit and wait to give them your money. CS is definitely not the same in 2024.

I’m writing this just to save anyone else from the stress and frustration you might experience by coming here. I came in at 10am on a Monday because I thought it would be a slower time for them. There were only 2 cars there and they were working on them. I was told that those 2 cars were the last ones before they take an hour break to clean the shop and have lunch. I thought okay. No problem. They told me to come back at 1pm. I bought the tires and then I came back at 1pm on the dot. I was then told the same thing again. These were the last cars they were going to work on before cleaning the shop and going on lunch. What? I was told to come back at 3:30. I came back at 3:30 and they barely managed to get me in. They completely closed the place down and only had one bay open where luckily they took my car but they turned everyone else away. Then they proceeded to take off the front tires when I had explicitly said I was replacing the two back tires. Just wanted to share my experience in case it helps anyone else avoid this chaos and incompetence.

Never opens on time and closes early. Always understaffed, so an appointment doesn't mean you will be seen. Today, I came in for a tire change and noticed afterward that my trunk had scratches. I asked them why they didn't tell me that they scratched up my car and the mechanic (Ty) first denied it. Then said that I should have walked my spare tire (that they put on originally and now replaced and put back in my truck) to my trunk and put it back in my trunk myself..I didn't ask them to put my spare in my trunk to start with. Just take accountability, Ty. Even though I have stock in this company, never again will I come here.

Made an appointment on line to get a tire with side wall damage replaced. Tire showed up on time, I showed up on time (I had the first slot of the day from 7-8am) but the staff didn’t arrive until 7:20am while the web site and google maps clearly says they open at 7:00am. At first they couldn’t find my tire I ordered. It took another 15mins to find it. I was told it would be 30-40mins. This was around 7:30am. I shopped for around 45min then at 8:20am I went back to the tire center to check on the progress. Much to my dismay my tire was still sitting at the front desk. The staff noticed that I was back and one of them came in from the shop and grabbed my tire and rolled it out to the shop. This was at 8:30am. The reason I gave it two stars instead of one is the lady who processed my order after my tire was done by 8:55 AM was very nice and apologetic. I give her an A.

The techs were playing in their phone when I walked past the guy knew there was a customer yet I had to wait 10 minutes when there was no other customers. I had a simple battery installation which it took the guy nearly an hour to install because he didn’t know what he was doing as well as being incompetent and sassy the way he gave me a nasty response when I asked him if everything was ok. He said “ didn’t you just see me do xyz” I was concerned when I saw him lift my car all the way up, I didn’t see what was going on at first due to having poor vision and I was talking to some people, but he kept mean mugging me with that weird looking face of his all because I was watching the service. He dropped a tool inside of my car and he also intentionally did not secure the latch that goes over my car battery. I immediately took my car to my mechanic because I didn’t trust this guys discriminatory attitude like I did something personal to him. First and foremost TYREE S. nobody forced you to work at low paying Walmart, if you hate customers so much take your miserable depressing self somewhere and go work for yourself. I asked a question and your weird anti social attitude was unnecessary. Additionally a tech guy with dreadlocks and a bonnet on knew I was being let out by the clerk and he busted the door open and tried to knock me down. Whatever micro aggressions yall have need to be fixed yall thugs shouldn’t work around people.

Please DO NOT bring your car to this location these people are SORRY. I arrived at 3:50pm for my 4:00pm appointment the lady up front couldn’t find my reservation even though I showed it to her on my phone. Finally the manager came and found it. They started on a 5pm appointment before they started on my car. I was having 4 tires installed. I couldn’t believe the level of not giving a damn I witnessed. I paid for my tires and installation online when leaving they tried to charge me 76.00 for installation until I pulled up my receipt and showed it. They didn’t finish my car until 6:45pm. Save your time and energy and pay for better service elsewhere. This was my first time using Walmart for auto care and my last.

I should’ve read the reviews. When I saw they closed at 7, I arrived at 5:30 for an oil change. There was a car in the one open bay so I pulled behind. The employee lowered the car, pulled the car out the bay, looked at me, then went to close the bay. I called corporate and complained but this was my first and only time attempting to try Walmart. I would rather my engine explode with me inside. You’d be better off being a bicycle commuter than trying to get your car serviced here. Mind you, this was the second Walmart I tried due to their “convenient” later hours.

As soon as I came in I was greeted to the Auto center and The mangers are so nice even with staffing issues as the whole state is dealing with they made sure to take care of us ASAP as we where hitting the road. Thank you

This was the absolute worst experience shopping at walmart. This was my first time getting tired from walmart and my appointment was at 10:00am est time it’s now 2:15 and i’m just leaving. never again and the customer service is terrible

Took over an hour to change one tire and I was the first customer in they spent 30 minutes with my car sitting outside and the guy sitting in the shop just taking on the phone which he did the entire time and constantly moved away to avoid eye contact and being seen doing nothing 3 more ppl came while I was there and left because it looked like no one was working I’m sure Walmarts losing $ because of this, they don’t answer the phone.I began calling at 8:05 and made 7 different calls at different times no avail. I arrived and got to the counter and they acted like they didn’t want to check me in I needed 4 tires and they only had one if I knew this would be my experience and I’d waste my time I just wouldn’t have went MAVIS TOOK CARE OF MY OTHER 3 AND DISCOUNTED ME GO THERE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME

Went during operation hours and they were not open. There was no sign or any type of way to know they were closed. Until you walk in thru the front,walk all the way to the back and see for your self no one was there. No one answering phones in the auto center and not even customer service extension no body answered the phone. The fact that we had to go thru all that just to find out nobody was there is a problem.
