Don’t come here to get your A/C repaired. They’ll claim the A/C cycling unit is broken, but it’s not true. The machine works fine but the mechanics don’t want to work on your A/C. I’m actually doing them a favor by writing this negative review. It’ll serve as a deterrent for anyone planning to get their A/C fixed here. Don't pull up unless you’re into wasting your time!

Worst experience ever. I had a nail in my back left tire, which all I needed was a plug. They were busy one day, so I booked for the next morning. I was called multiple times throughout the day, stating my warranty would cover everything tire wise.I got there, and nothing was done, and my wife needs the car in the morning to drop off my son as well as go to work. So they just give me the keys and say sorry? I was furious I missed work the next day booked appointment the next day at a different location. I even ordered two tires online because I'm so fed up with the lies about this warranty. The walmart off coit called and said they could not even fix my tires today. They were busy. I picked up the car again. Now my tire blew up. I can't believe this

Worst service!! It takes 3 hours for a battery change in this place. I have given the keys at 5 and they have taken the car from parking lot at 7:45!! They initially told me it takes 45mins max. Do not ever visit this place for any service. There were many people waiting and escalating their issues. It takes 2-4 hours for a simple oil change. The employees were arguing among themselves and cared less for the customers waiting .Never ever returning back!

I am literally still waiting as I’m typing this review on this location. It has already been past 3 hours of waiting when it was supposedly be only one hour. I called and told me it’s only thirty minutes waiting time and those thirty minutes have turned into over three hours only for one tire to have it replaced. Good luck to anyone who wants to spend half of their day waiting on apprentice people!!

One of the worst customer service I have experienced. Made appointment for tire rotation and balance. After an hour of waiting a technician (Shahr) came out asking if they have to balance. I insisted that it needed balance. 20min later my car was still in parking lot. I asked the guy at the front what was the wait and he said he will check. Didn’t see him for another 10-15min. Asked for manager who was on his cell phone laughing and joking around (personal phone call) 10min ago, but they couldn’t get in touch with him. So now have been there for more than hour and half and my car still in parking lot. I asked for my keys and the rep literally threw my keys across the front desk and didn’t even Apologize that they wasted my time and the fact that the tech (shshr) didn’t want to do the work. Someone needs to tell Shshr that in America customer is always right and you give them what they ask for. I’ll make sure store manager and district manager is aware of this.

Have had several issues with car care dept. Just recently got an oil change only to return to see my windows down and floor mats missing. Management hasn’t done anything and never will. Just go elsewhere and pay extra for experienced mechanics

Absolute worst service. They will scam you if you let them. I will never return to their auto care centers for anything. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. They did the oil change, but said they wouldn't do the tire rotation because the lugs were over tightened. I bought the tires from that wal mart. I asked for the manager and proceeded to tell me he was the manager. He wouldn't budge even though it made no sense. Then today I had my 18 year old daughter take her car for an oil change. She took her Hyundai Elantra and the same "manager" told her that she need a synthetic, or semi synthetic oil. She said her last oil change was the same. She got me on the phone and just for the sake of time I told her just to get the $44.99 semi synthetic. After 30 minutes he comes back and tells her he doesn't have the oil filter for her car...so she runs to Autozone and picks it up. Upon returning, the same "manager" tells her that she needs to now pay $30 for the price of the oil, and $20 for the labor for the oil change. SHe calls me and trys to get him on the on phone with me and he just ran back to the bay. I told her to leave immediately. They are totally a scam. I would avoid them like the plague.

First time going here today to get a tire replaced and honestly I won't be going back to the other tire shops I used to go to. They always used to upsell me but Walmart was kind and offered me many options to fit my budget. It ended up being cheaper to get a new tire and the road warranty, all in all not bad. I'd pay way more than that at other places for a new tire and warranty

Nice spot for wheel balancing and tire mounting. Do your oil changes at home people, auto shops will not be liable for damages caused to your vehicle and it’s a 10minute job once you’ve learned how to.

They were very quick, helpful and friendly. Had to replace a car battery and could not get a piece of the cable off. The technician came over to help and quickly removed the part. Would definitely recommend this auto center.
