Worst Auto Care ever. I had a flat tire and they turned me away because I didn’t have an appointment. I had been to other Walmarts in the area. The Auto Care center on Stonebrook location is the worst of worst. The shop manager, Ivy, is absolute rude and irrational. They should shut this operation or hire new crews all together.

You'll be stuck there for 5 hours even though you had an appointment to change your tires beforehand. They really don't care about your car or your time. Real shitty.

So I booked appointment for 12pm today for 1 tire to be replaced. Brought car in at 10 til 12pm. At 10 minutes after 1pm for 1 tire to be changed I got my car back finally and this is how it was given back to me. Why did they destroy lug not cover, and not even replace it?? Such horrible customer service NEVER AGAIN. Out of all my vehicles I have never had something like this given back to me from a tire and auto place. Pathetic Job!!

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME! I go in on a not busy Sunday to get a oil change and simple tire rotation. Almost 2 hours later I find out they over torqued my lug nut and snapped my stud!!! Offered NO COMPENSATION and seemed to almost be smiling when he told he what happened. Never again Walmart

Got 4 tires put on here, spent $700 & as I was leaving I noticed that they didn't put my spare tire back underneath, they stuck it in the back next to my wheelchair.. I asked if they could put it back on & they said THE ONLY PERSON THAT KNEW HOW TO PUT THE SPARE BACK ON WAS CLOCKED OUT. 1 person, 1 person in the auto center knew how to put a spare tire back on. He didnt even say "hey come back at this time", he said "sorry" & walked away. It's a very basic spare location & removal process. i removed it myself on the side of the road. I would've put it back myself but I'm handicapped & i shouldn't have to. Im partial to this WM because i used to work there but im never using the auto center again

I had my father replace two front tires and after this my tire light has been on Flashing and then stops so I was told it was probably a sensor !! Come to find out my back two tires had 80 pounds over of air pressure and they claim they didn’t do it !! They did and it is still on and they did not fix it nor balance correctly!! I was suppose to have a synthetic oil change and my car is eating up gas more than ever I know this is not the correct oil or they did something to where my car is not working properly I am beyond upset and want my car fixed asap and for this matter bro be addressed!! Reading all the other reviews I see this is an experience others have encountered

Just go somewhere else.. unless you want to wait for 3 hours. I called before hand to double check at different times, and was told 2.5-3 hours every time. 🤷🏽‍♀️

Please note that their advertised oil change price DOES NOT include FILTER or LABOR. Nowhere is this mentioned in their website (and yes, i searched for fine print). I was quoted $55 for upto 5 quarts of full synthetic oil. I clearly asked at the time of ticket write-up on what is included in the quote and they mentioned that everything incl. Filter and labor is included. Additional quarts would be about $7. They charged extra for filter and another labor charge which ultimately came to $90...when challenged they say 'You would pay more than $100 elsewhere'. Then whats the point of going to Walmart if they charge the same. I wouldn't go there again.

They stole my auxiliary cord thinking I wouldn’t noticed, asked for a tire repair and my tire is still going low with the repair light coming back on. Don’t go here.

This store just wasted my 2 hour life without doing anything!!!! I went to the store for A/C recharge around 3 pm, and I was told it would take around 2.5 hours to do the job. After TWO HOURS waiting in the store, got phone call said the technician left and they couldn’t do it!!!!! They said I had to come between 7 am to 4 pm for A/C recharge. Yes, I came at 3 pm!!!!! Yes, you wasted my life for just waiting there! How about you told me when I came so I can try other store!!!!

Went to the Autocenter for a tire replacement due to a flat tire. I came in with the spare tire on. An hour later, technician approached me saying the tire is non-repairable. And so we looked online for a replacement & found one in-stock, and so we went ahead with the replacement. Half an hour later, car's ready & so i checked out & paid. Only to find out that they've mounted the new tire on the spare rim & installed on the car. So they had to take it back in. Half an hour later, they said its ready. I'm not sure whats going on, but they did exactly the same thing, mount the new tire on the spare rim & install, seems like they haven't touched anything yet. The manager was apologetic & i kept calm & patience. Manager even made a gesture by giving me a $25 giftcard. So, after 3hrs in the store for a tire replacement, they finally did it correctly. I did my final inspection before heading out & noticed the cover for the spare tire wasnt put on properly. Only to find out that they've ripped off the zipper on the cover. Btw, i have a RAV4 where the spare sits on the backdoor. And again i had to go back inside to inform the manager. Still kept my calm & manager again apologized since its already 7:30pm. Manager was too kind to realize that i had to be home with my wife/family by that time on Valentines Day. Technician was there with us as i was showing the damage on the spare tire cover. If only he admitted, i would gladly accept his apology but i didnt hear a word & even denied it instead. I kept my calm & been patient. Nothing i can do to help the situation. Maybe the technician's tired, his mind is pre-occupied, or just having a bad day. These things i can let go. But im writing this review just to warn everybody. As i drove home coming from this Walmart Autocenter, i was worried about my safety, with all the back-&-forths, in my mind i had questions - what if the technician didnt install the tire correctly, did he tighten the lugnuts properly, did he balance the new tire properly. I had those doubts because they released the car while the spare tire is hanging/not snugged properly. If i droveoff without checking, that spare tire cover would have fallen of the car without me even noticing or cause accidents for the cars behind me. Regarding the cover, manager offered to cover the cost. But i need to go to a dealership to get a price quote. Bring the quote to walmart for approval. And who knows how long will it take. At this point, im thinking of just just sewing tje zipper back myself hoping that it will hold up. This review serves as a warning of the very poor workmanship at this particular Walmart autocenter. Poor workmanship that might compromise your safety.

Came to this store to buy and install 4 brand new tires. The package I got included mounting and life-time balancing of tires. After going out, the car was shaking and vibrating in high speeds which turned out to be due to not balancing the tires properly. The tires might be of good quality but the service was pretty bad.

Se tardaron 2 horas y 30 minutos para hacer un cambio de aceite en donde todo ese tiempo el carro estuvo adentro del taller para luego decirme que no tenían el filtro de aceite. 😤 que se iban a tardar 30 minutos más

Worst experience ever. Took my car for headlight bulb replacement, they put me in queue for about 3 hrs for single bulb replacement and on top of that, after the wait they declined to do the service on my car, as according to them the bulb can not be accessed. This is the worst customer service, I have ever encountered. Please do not visit here.
