I love this Walmart location. Always great service. I recently went to another Walmart for tires and they made a bug mistake that could’ve been very costly. This location helped me immediately. They are knowledgeable and helpful. Trust your gut. Stick with the location you know is the best! Thanks for the great service!

Who managers their tire staff??? Second time I have bought new tires and have them installed. Takes hours to get your car back, when I already made an appointment. Tires come back all different pressures, one way over recommend pressure (47psi) and one well under pressure (21st). Again, who’s managing their staff? Apparently nobody!

Been here over an hour now for what should have been a quick in and out oil change. I feel like a hostage, they have my keys and my car so I can't leave. I learned my lesson here. Cheap is not the only factor for service.

This was the worst service I’ve ever had. Came in for four new tires, got them and next time I drove any time I went over 55 mph my car would rattle, they did not balance the tires which is fine. When I came back to get the tires rebalanced, I was told that they balance tires any time they change one and that you can’t make an appointment so id have to choose a day to come in and wait for them to finish all of their appointments. After a week of waiting (because you can’t make an appointment even if they are the ones that screw it up) I was able to get them to take a look and work on it . The problem remained even after they looked at it the second time and was told again that I can’t make an appointment for them to look at it.i ended up making an appointment at discount tire around the corner and they fixed the issue in about 15 minutes, car is perfectly fine now. I wouldn’t let the people at wal mart fix my horse and buggy let alone a car..

Understaffed and no proper reply to the customers. I tried booking an appointment and the lady at the counter is not helpful on answering questions. They have some benefits for Walmart plus which I tried to ask and no help.

Cheap but get ready to wait. I had a 3pm Appointment for an oil change. It’s now past 5pm and they are clueless. Don’t waste your time!

They cancel your appointments without a reason on last minute and make you wait for hours even after scheduling appointment. KEN - has attitude problem and does need to learn how to talk to customers. AVOID THIS PLACE

Amazing team in the auto department. I desperately needed a tire on Christmas Eve. Ken was able to fix me up with new tires with ease. What was really impressive is the time it took to complete the task. Very grateful.

Arrived for my 2:00-3:00 oil change scheduled time right before 2:00. Was told it was going to be a 3 hour wait so I left.

Fixed the flat, charged for TPMS. Didn’t fix it and we took it next time, again didn’t fix it. Always says 7 hours wait time, but fixed in 3 hours. The guys at the store are lousy and really try to push back taking work and do a worst job

Horrible service and fraud business. They always give me low quality tires I make sure to get both the tire warranty and the roadside warranty with the service, but whenever I go in with a flat, they make excuses as to why the service isn’t covered. I brought the tire in the picture last year, and my warranty lasts either 3 years or 30k miles, neither of which has occurred yet. However when I went in today they kept making excuses as to why it’s not covered. Never going back here again.

I took my car at 7am on a Saturday abt 2 weeks ago I believe. There was only 1 guy working- don't recall name. I told him I needed an oil change and that's what he did. Once I got back in my car, I noticed the light still on and assumed they didn't reset it but my screen froze so I couldn't. The next day, when screen was unfroze- I go in to reset oil change light and realize it was on bc of tire rotation needed and that the oil change issue had been cleared. Since rep had to see the same to reset oil, I wish he would have stated that or called- I would have added the service. Fast forward to today- I take my car to dealership due to oil leak. They stated, and I quote "whoever did your oil change last did not replace the crush washer"- something very simple and routine. This cost me over $200 for inspection and tire rotation ( luckily didn't have to pay for oil change since used same oil) 2 stars bc guy working was friendly but I would not recommend coming here for auto service.

Really weird and attitude bearing staff. Very discriminating in their treatment. The lady at the counter slammed documents in front of me when asked for my warranty details on tires. I would never come here again. The lead mechanic was also rough. He did treat so.e others with respect but no me.

They took 2hrs on one tire, i asked if they could check the rest of the tires and they asked how.. like if i work there
