I get my oil changes done here and have been doing that for a few years, I always get the restore and protect full synthetic with the top treatment and the fuel injection comes out to 100 bucks and I get that every oil change and it's the best

Never will I ever come back here. No one has urgency . I only had 3 cars in front of me and it took 3 hours.l for an oil change. I decided to give it a try since it was down the street from me and price is was good. My first time here and will be my last. I rather pay more money somewhere since i been doing that for all my vehicles. I just hope my car runs smoothly after this experience.

No stars! but no option! one of the worst!! Highly recommended not to go. Pay the price , along with a 2+hour wait & pay the cost of dealing with a bunch of sweet talking thugs. Vehicle damaged with a broken part and scratches on the body. When confronted the staff & manager , they tried to blame me saying the vehicle was brought in as was condition.

Wish I could go lower for stars! Should have read the reviews previously, however, this location was one of our few options we had after blowing a tire on the highway. Cheap! But man does the service really show for the price. Was promised the wait would be 2 hours, ended up being 4 before they started on my tires. They had also stopped to work on multiple cars before they finished mine, while I didn't have an appointment, it is a B.S. excuse to not work on a customer who had been waiting 2 hours longer than what was previously said. When the issue was brought up to multiple associates, all that was done was your typical no-help customer service "Oh, I'm so sorry to hear that." Multiple times I had witnessed the mechanics not working and joking around, recognizing that sometimes work sucks and it needs to be a little fun, there are customers that need their service completed ASAP. *PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE OF NOT READING REVIEWS AND WASTING YOUR TIME*

They’ll tell you your wait time is an hour, but it’s always 2. Just make sure you watch them change your oil because when you ask for a specific brand, they’ll use another without informing you that they did. Wait time is too long for a 15 min task.

Currently sitting here with a 9 am tire appointment. 2 1\2 hoirs later and my car has still not been touched. Very disappointed that a quick service by appointment Should take this long. Still have yet to see my car pulled into the garage. Taking my car back to American tire next time.

Pack a lunch. Be prepared for a four hour wait for an oil change. When I arrived there were just 2 cars ahead of me. I left 3 hours later without getting my oil changed. While the cost of full synthetic is half other local shops, it will cost you in time. I will never be back.

Update: Returned to get tires balanced for a long trip and to rotate the tires and not only did they not rotate them but the balance was not done right. I took it back to get re-balanced and was even worse. I would not recommend to trust this place for you car. I drove over 1,000 miles with really bad balanced tires. I went to a shop after the trip and they told me who ever balanced them did a really bad job. Don't waste your time or safety, this place does not care. Showed up 20 minutes before opening at 640 am. Had gotten the day off to come in early and have tires and oil change to end up waiting almost 2 hours until someone finally showed up. Manager was confused on what to do since noone had came in to work. By that time someone showed up. I had called before to see if i could make an appointment and was told no, so that by the time I got help they took the person behind me first as she had an appointment. Some employees are very unaware of services and process. The manager offered to make an appointment for the next day as only one worker was there so I agreed to return the next day to find out she never made an appointment for me. Tire tech was friendly and helpful, and the main manager I believe he was there the next day was much better although lots of frustration seen from the auto deparment.

I just wanted to come on here and say that I cannot believe the management they have now. I used to enjoy coming here to get my car serviced but just recently I’ve went in and their new manager lady Maria or Mariah? Is just plain out rude. She does not know how to provide good customer service and she wasn’t helpful at all! She just looks like she doesn’t want to be there herself and they really need to get somebody better!!

Well!! I got the worst communication there..I came at 4pm and car was done at 4:31.. they never informed me that my car is ready..I asked the person at the counter at 5 o’ clock he said it’s going to take 2 hours atleast..at 6 o’ clock I again asked,, he checked the papers and car was ready since 4:31pm ..they didn’t send any text as usually they do..wasted 2.5 hours in wallmart and the manager Bobby was so rude..he doesn’t know how to deal with customers instead of apologizing and compensating he said I will call PD if you won’t pay..it was not a matter of not paying it was a matter to look into what happened

This was first time attempting having this service for headlights restoration and the last with Walmarts auto care center. There is visible damage done from the sanding onto my cars paint and hood down to the metal. I will be contacting management about how they will go about fixing this do not take your car here very unprofessional. I should’ve known something was up when no one was there when I got my car.

Three hour wait for an oil change. Was there a little before 8am and it took so long. Wouldn’t have if the lady paid attention to who was next in line. She took other cars before mine who arrived after I did.

Won't recommend all they good for is oil change, but that will takes 2-3hrs. I bought new battery 3-4 months ago it went out twice. This last visit i bought new tires & Installation. The tires was dirty, didn't look new by visual. I did compare order to tires on car. it was what I ordered. Now my car drive worst than before tire instalation. My alignment is definitely off. Won't use Walmart auto center anymore for my car care needs.....I've always bought refurbished batteries and never took one back after buying....nor did my used tires make my car drive rough like this. WORK IN PEACE WALMART, I CANT TRUST THE SERVICE.

Horrible service workers ignore ppl as they walk right past u was told an hour n 20 been her 2 hours and still waiting was only 2 cars in front of us big gray truck and a red Honda come back so how a red vans is in front of the red Honda of I could give 0 Stars I would won't be coming back again

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND So I had a tire appointment for 6. I went inside and asked where I take my car for an appointment so I do that and the guy comes out and tells me that I have four people in front of me and that I have to go inside and make sure they have my tires. I already know my tires are there because online it told me so. Everyone was looking for my tires because they couldn't find them. The manager then helped me but they didn't get me in until 6:30 and the place closed at 7. I told him exactly what I needed done and he kept changing my verbage, mansplaining it on purpose. The manager wanted to charge me $132. I argued with him because he was trying to charge me for 6 tires when all they did was move my front two tires to the back and then put my new ones on the front. They add on a bunch of fees like roadside and tire stems, etc. I didn't have the receipt until after he put the order in. When I went to go pay I showed him that he was charging me for 6 when it should only be for the four tires he moved. He gave me so much attitude but voided it. I also wanted the roadside off because I never asked for it, he opted me in without asking just trying to get more money. I didn't get out of there until 8 and they charged me $90 when it should've only been $70 at the most. I got taken advantage of because I was a girl and the manager just wanted more money. I also overheard this old lady waiting for three hours for an oil change. Her alternator ended up being bad but no one told her until after the three hours. The manager told her they couldn't change her oil and then tried to sell her a new battery. That old lady was in a scooter and now stranded there because they didn't tell her sooner. A new battery was not going to solve her cars issue.
