If I could give an even more negative rating I would. The WALMART website says the auto center opens at 7am. I arrived at 6:30am to get my oil changed and was the first in line. By the time 7am rolls around there are 3 other cars behind me, then 7:05, then 7:10 and I start calling the listed number for the auto center and nothing, no answer. I call the store number and try different departments, same thing nobody answers the phone. Finally at 7:20 someone comes out with a tablet and asks if I am getting an oil change. He tells me he can't give me a time frame because he is the ONLY ONE there and he has appointments, he still has to pull out all the tire displays, open all the bay doors, and mgr has not arrived yet. 20 MINUTES LATER than the listed opening time and the auto center has no mgr available and no other employees to take care of the customers. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Very, very disappointed with the disregard and disrespect for the customers time that this store has shown.

Wish I could give 0 stars but it’s not an option. I waited to be acknowledged by a worker for 30 minutes and nothing. Every time I tried to flag someone down they would pretend not to see me. I was waiting to get my oil changed & at least be told how much the wait time is but the whole time I was there not a single worker tried to assist me so I just left. Don’t waste your time here.

Don’t go here if you’re looking to get in and out under 2 hours. Yes you’ll save a Little on the price of the tires but you will lose a lot more on your time wasted. Was in hold when I called to check in my vehicle that’s after dropping if off at 7 in the morning with according to the guy checking in vehicles their was only one car ahead of me with and appointment at 9 and 10 so I was like cool I’ll call back at 12 noon to check status so after being in hold for 32 minutes I finally gave up and drive down their to check in person. Customer service really needs to step up their game

Got here at 1pm it is now 3:30pm. Was second in line and in all waiting for oil change took 45mins to just pull my truck up to the spot where they actually change the oil. So glad im leaving El Paso I would never reccomend anyone to go her and get any type of Auto Care done.

How do you take over two hours to start on a vehicle (oil change) and have it finished in less than 15 minutes (13mins)! Is the job being done right. You can’t blame me for wondering.

The lady who inprocessed me was very sweet and thorough, however it should not take 5 hours to replace two tires, especially when I'm told it'll take 2 hours. Numerous people were just walking around slowly chatting and not doing their work. Then they were gone taking a break. Infuriating

WHERE DO I BEGIN… i got here at 2 PM waited in line for someone to even come address me, they DIDNT have an oil filter i needed so they made me drive 5 miles to an Autozone BUY MY OWN OIL Filter then come back and get in the back of the line after another 3 hours it is now 6:00 PM and they are STILL working on my car this is ridiculous. There is 3 people standing and not working on anything. Sam Walton would be furious.

Battery’s here are faulty. This is the third time I bring it and the machine finally read faulty. The manager Rey does his best to help the customers, but he has to follow the procedures of Walmart to test the battery regardless. All in all, save your hard earned money batteries are cheap for a reason.

Got a nail in my tire. After reading reviews for the Wal-Mart tire center by my house & the one at Cielo Vista I decided to drive across town to Cielo Vista. I'm sooooo glad I did. They were so nice & helpful. I dropped car off right at 7am and then picked it up after work.

I go there today for fix my inflate tire . The guy say no repairs only replacing option when I ask for replacing tire then he charge money for new tire . I m surprised because i already purchased tires from walmart . Run only 10000miles but tires warranty for 50000 miles . I already purchase full warranty with road hazards also . If anything happens before warranty’s company need take care but here totally refused. So walmart teach me lesson & also i inform to all my friends, people never buy tires from walmart store . Go to different store who take care customer & provide better service .

Terrible service been here since 2:30 pm and no line or appointments and they are just taking in my truck at 6:30pm waited for hours and they are still working on it at 7:21pm. The manager Lorenzo kept making excuses! Terrible service and management!!

Absolutely ridiculous! My husband went for a basic $20 oil change and the lady ended up charging him the $45 one and then told him there is nothing they can do that he has to pay that. This was her fault and she shouldn't have charged him that price. This will be the last time we go there.

I bought a tire here. Had no issues until I went to have the tire fixed. I was told because one of my rims was different than the other three, they were unable to fix it. It was policy that all tire rims had to be the same. I could take my tire off and they could put the new tire on, charge me of course, and then I would have to put the tire back onto my car. Took tire off my car so the new one could be put on. Then was told it would take two and a half hours to fix. I had already been waiting a hour just to be helped.Refused to wait that long. My friends who helped wasn't having that. It was done in fifteen minutes free of charge. I needed my flat tire replaced, but I will not ever go to the auto department of Walmart for anything when it comes to maintenance on my vehicle.

My wife and I have been getting our cars oil change there for year's and this last time we were very disappointed. One of the service technicians was very rude and left our car outside with the drivers window down in the rain. Also we ask the service writer for wiper blades and they were never installed. I had to put them on myself in the rain. The only thing satisfactory was the cashier who was very polite.

Service here is slow they don't answer the phone
