Super bad service and experience. First of all I was greeted by Victor, I guess he was having a really bad day because he wanted me to check the oil level myself and told me that I didn'tknow anything about oil service, go figure... Carlos, the manager, was ok, but then I was told by a lady, dont know her name, that the drain plug was faulty and that's the reason why the oil level was low. They didn't do any services after waiting for an hour, and wanted me to get a new drain plug and came back. Took my vehicle to another oil and filter place and everything was fine, no faulty drain plug, no issues... I guess they wanted to support Victor who was having a bad day and going off on customer's by providing worst customer service as possible... don't waste your time going there, plenty of Wal-Mart options to choose from. Is someone paying attention to the customers reviews? They are bad, I guess Wal-Mart don't care about it, at least this specific walmar... who's accountable for it? Sorry, had to share my experience today.

I never post reviews, but this was big deal. Went last week for a basic oil change. I had been there once and had a decent experience and went back. Got the paper work back all systems marked good. Few days later I start having issues and took my truck into the shop and I was told there was a big leak and my antifreeze reservoir was completely empty. According to Walmart tech, that was marked good.. how is something marked good if there is nothing inside. There was no indication on the notes there was anything of concern. For lack of care, I won’t be returning

I ordered tires and had them delivered for this location for install. I got an email that my tires were ready for install. I get to the tire center and am told my tires are not there, at least not complete. Only 2 of the 4 were there. It seems they do not confirm the order before they schedule anyone for the appointment. The install person stated my only option was to cancel my order and reorder the tires. I have been trying to get tires here for a month, this would make the third time that the incorrect tires were sent. I wouldn't get tires here. They don't seem to have a system of veryfying their orders.

I'm getting an oil change here as I write this review and I've been watching the mechanics. Even though the oil change line is super long, they're prioritizing the tire bays. Additionally, after every 2 oil changes they complete, the mechanics wait about 15 minutes before they bring in the next car for an oil change and that alone has added at least 30 minutes to my wait time. The oil change itself is taking forever and nobody is even at my car working on it.

Came here to get my tire changed because I had a massive ball. Well the technician told me 30 minutes. After an hour I got around to ask if it was almost ready and he said they pushed getting my tire changed because of appointments which I get but why do you keep lying saying it’d be fast then taking forever. Almost 2 hrs later they barely got started. I could’ve gone and do better things than waiting at Walmart if I was told initially that it was gonna take this long. Don’t let them fool you and just get an appointment.

I was on hold 20 minutes and then hung up on. When I went to the store, they opened up 15 minutes late just to have 3 employees telling jokes in the corner without one of them helping a set of tires for more than 15 more minutes.

Try to get new tires Before installation the car had 215 60 r16 i asked for the same size of tires and they set me up for next day, i get to the appoiment and they confirm tire size, model, vin number, left the car for service and then an hour and half past by when they told me they install different set of tires because thats what manufacturer recommend Instead of the 215 60 r16 they told me it was recommended to get 205 60 r16 since it was label on the door sticker even they install 205 65 r16. They even charge me for the disposal fee even that i kept my old tires Bad communication from everyone working there. I ask for the manager and they told me to get back the next day since there’s no one in a higher range at the moment Poor customer service

Usually they’re pretty good, however last I called they wouldn’t pick up. Was directed to operator, she hung up and management wouldn’t pick up. The two other departments that did( I didn’t intentionally call but I guess they have an open line to pick up for another dept), confirmed that auto was open and management was there. So I ended up going somewhere else that did pick up.

they took about as long as they told me to expect, which wasn't a problem since it was on time. however they didn't call me at all when my vehicle was ready, which most walmarts usually do. by the time i came to check on my car it had apparently been ready for an hour, please just remember to call customers when they can pick up their vehicle

Came in for a quick tire rotation. The technician told me that my rear tires had 2/32" more thread than the front so I shouldn't rotate them. That's what tire rotations are for so your tires wear evenly. He got visibly angry and then he said he couldn't find my tires in the system so he would have to charge me extra, even though I had paid to have lifetime rotations when I bought the tires. It all was just a waste of time and I left with no service.

I called 5xs and no answer. On the 6th call, I finally was able to speak to someone. They did not have my tires in stock nor did they offer me tires to fit my vehicle.

Yohan patched my tire 15 minutes before closing time on a Sunday and did it in a timely fashion. He was upfront about everything and very knowledgeable in the automotive and tire industries.would highly recommend coming here.
