I was having issue with my tire order and the manger Ignacio and his reps just did a phenomenal job . Not only did they walk me through my order ! They made sure the tires I got are the proper tires . I ordered the wrong thing . They walked me through the exchange , they helped me order the right proper tire for my van . And they set me up ready to go with a new and more safety set of tires ! Ignacio the manager and. Alex went above and beyond to ensure my safety and proper installation of my tires . I will forever come to this Walmart for all my tire needs ! Once again thank you !

This shop goes above and beyond, Abraham is a rockstar. Our car died on the freeway and the team helped us determine what was wrong with it in order to get it fixed. I’d leave 10 stars if we could.

Very slow service! And poor customer service. The workers were waisting time talking when having customers waiting. This guy spends 2 hours and 20 minutes changing and balancing 4 tires! He is obviously getting paid by hour. He takes 30 seconds to puts his safety gloves on!

Workers do not acknowledge you leaving you hanging around unsure whether to go in to log your car in or just sit in your car. Eventually guy comes over booked us in fot our oil change and new windscreen wipers. We wanted to buy four new tires, but alas they dont want to sell or fit them for us as you need an appointment. I spoke to two workers during my time there and was completely ignored. At check out had to hang around at cash desk. Eventually a guy with a manager badge on attended . I told him I was not happy, he said, I'm sorry and that was it. He didn't ask me what my concerns were or why I was unhappy with the service. But he certainly didnt sound sorry. Crap service.

It’s a auto center and they can’t advise on what tires to purchase, found TOPS TIRES and they helped out with recommendations and purchased all the tires #shoplocal

Walmart always has the worse service. The workers there don’t even acknowledge you, even if u been there for 30 mins , won’t even care who’s first specially if you’re a man. Are lazy af will do anything to make you go away and everything is ok because management doesn’t care.

Lady for apt said they do headlights then when in service they said no then I told the man I had my own headlight and they didn't listen and they didn't even put the ones I bought they got one from store...its very stressful they don't listen,I bought my own headlight for nothing

Only $25 cleaned my fuel injectors and stopped the car from shaking. Very quick. Employees were professional and courteous.

Guys were super nice when buying and replacing my battery!! So nice I even added the Valvoline fuel system service and when I asked them what exactly it was they did a great job explaining! My only downfall hence the 4 star review was the girl working in the shop. When the manager asked her to change my battery she seemed upset. When I asked her about the battery she seemed hesitant to answer. Switch that employee and iñl be giving 5 stars!!

They are very, very slow and unprofessional! I dropped off my car to get a flat tire fixed. They told me it would take an hour. Came back an hour and half later and the tire was still not done! To top it off they weren’t even busy at the time! Never again!

Took almost two hours to mount and balance 4 tires by apointment. Should have just gone to alameda where they do the same job in half an hour, ridiculous.

You can tell the cashier and manager hate their jobs in the auto center here. The manager with glasses and white hair was so rude and unprofessional as well as the lady. They seem very bothered when a customer is in their presence. Walmart do better and pay your employees so the miserable employees don’t take their frustration out on your customers! Or maybe they should get an education and get a new job!

I made my appointment over the phone for tires my appointment was at 8, I got their the following day my name wasn't on the computer I also bought the tire insurance, buying the tire insurance their was no charge for tire rotation, I was charged for each one told the technician I wanted the new tires tires in the front, he left them where they were. I payed for them and still they do what they want. Bad attitude and no courtesy coming from the technician that's receiving the clients in line!!!

I took my car for a battery inspection. The gentleman that assisted me was very courteous. He definitely new what he was doing.
