I think they’ve got the lowest price for an oil change but wow - customer service is just horrible! They’ll leave you on hold on the phone forever, leave you waiting forever at the counter to speak with anyone… everything takes extremely long, all the staff seems stressed and in a bad mood. Everything takes an unreasonably long time. If you plan on getting you vehicle serviced here, pack a lunch.

Take time, last three times I've been there they took 2 hours for the oil change. Just take your time.

When it comes time to change the oil in my car the Walmart Auro Center is my only choice. It does help if you call and make an appointment first.

Everytime I show up to get work done here, you have to hunt down the workers to notify them that you are here for service. Usually takes around 30 min to get attended to. Other than that, the service or work is pretty good. I'd give a 1 star due to bad customer service but since the work is good I give it a 2 star

Had an appointment and they didn't even touch my car until over an hour later. Tires were nice but service was bad.

Please be very cautious of using this service center. I directly and clearly told them that our issue was the alternator. I even had a proficiently bilingual friend who explained that it was the alternator. They insisted it was fine and sold me a crappy new battery. Now I’m fighting them for a refund and my old battery back because less than 5 minutes after leaving the battery light is back on and come to find out - it is my alternator. Even the other technicians “couldn’t understand” why I was sold a battery and admitted it is the alternator. It’s thievery and trickery.

Go to for oil changes. Never have too long, but I'm typically fist in line. The crew is friendly, always answer my questions when I do have some.

I bought a set of tires online from Walmart , I made an appointment at noon and was ready to pay and get my keys back at around one pm. Once I was about to pay for the installation they , asked me to pay for the tires again , then they realized that they had mounted the wrong tires on my SUV . If it wasn’t for them wanting me to pay again that I might’ve taken the wrong tires home which were similar but were a cheaper I order the Goodyear outlast and they had mounted they Goodyear assurance . Management did a poor job at ensuring that I had good treatment.I had to spent another hour and after two hours I finally got my keys back , I would not be coming again to this place to get any kind of vehicle service

Only reason I came here is cause it’s Sunday and discount is closed I came for a tire repair which should take no more then 20 min It should be a quick thing! And they are stupid slow.. 🙄 They spend too much time talking amongst each-other instead of working. It wasn’t even busy. Just my car and another one in their Mine should have been out quickly!

Really great service. I ordered Walmart online tires and they informed me I can’t get warranty for those. I asked if I could switch out and get warranty for inhouse tires. They were cool with the switch, didn’t delay me, and were transparent about the process Do take an appointment and try to get their earlier than your appointment

Has to be the worst customer service ever first they charge extra for not having oil available, second they had me waiting for 3hours and 39 mins just for when I go check they haven’t even put my car in and when I go to the front desk they tell they’re having trouble with a machine, they saw me there waiting for almost 4 hours and couldn’t say anything just literally the worst I ended up canceling everything and leaving got to oil lube much much better literally in everything
