Do NOT go to this autocenter to get an oil change!!!! I arrived here at 3:52 p.m. and had only two cars ahead of me, also getting a simple oil change and here it is 5:55 and they just now began working on my vehicle!!! I have already missed an appointment!!! I've never had to wait so long for a simple oil change. This place is a joke!! Hire some help, Walmart, it's not like you can't afford it!!!!!

Absolutely terrible service. No regard for customer service. They are just there to steal from you. Would never recommend any Walmart auto service center. Walmart is by far the worst place to have anything done to your vehicle.

Don’t do it. Spend more money elsewhere you won’t regret it. Spend $50 more and go to an actual tire shop. Walmart is a joke. First they told me they couldn’t install my tires bc of my hub spacers. Dumb but ok, so I asked if I go home and take the tires off myself and bring 2 wheels in if they could mount the tires. They said yes but when I came in 30min later they tell me to come back the next morning. I will never be using the shop at Walmart again. I highly recommend you do the same.

I sent my wife there to get two tires , I know I can't trust them to do the work right and at a fair price. Third set of Douglas tires they out last our vehicles! Lol

Staff failed 2 reinstall my engine cover after service. Called me & had me come back 4 the lowest person on the list 2 re install my cover. Mgr didn't even say a word wast looking 4 a discount or anything other then "our bad" 4 not completing the service correctly. That would have been nice. Will not return.

They changed the oil on my wife’s car they don’t clean or inspect floors between cars and we ended up with what looks like an uncoiled throttle return spring in the tire tried calling to tell them to check their floors just in case there’s more potential for tire hazards the second they answer they put me on a “brief hold “ after 15 minutes I realized they’re probably not going to get back to me. Check your floors guys. Fyi no leaks… luckily

This system to get an oil or vehicle service sucks. I've been sent 3 different places to sign in. I'm watching 3 employees standing around, while I you have 1 greeter and it's been 20 minutes. How about you just go check in at the customer service desk. Easy peezy not waiting outside in cold for someone to find you. Not the employees fault poor management. Employees and greeter pleasant and courteous.

Had to get 1 tire. 2 cars ahead of me with oil changes. Still took 1 hour and half. Shorthanded. Wow! At least my tire looks good. Because I had a blowout today. Thank God for his Mercy and Grace. Stay Blessed Everyone🤗💜❤🖤💚😍

Need the option for 0 stars. Tried calling during posted business hours. Phone rang for almost 4 minutes without being answered. It’s hard to get business if you won’t answer the phone.

The absolute worst mechanics and attitude of anyone we have dealt with. We went in for an oil change by the next day the oil leaked out due to their incompetence. We had to add more oil and then have it towed. We were out hundreds of dollars just because they couldn't put the right gasket or filter on If I could give a negative review I would.

Terrible customer service!! When I first checked in I felt like I had to beg for an oil change and then getting checked out literally took over 30 minutes. If I didn't need the oil change so desperately I would definitely go else where!
