I got up charged for a service that I didn't ask for.

It’s just interesting that they can pull truck in take off all my tires and leave them there for over 1.5 hrs. Then as I’m watching them finish then start and finish the second tires I get notification they started. If Walmart is tracking the analytics of how efficient their service is then they should know they’re “cooking the books”.

The team did an incredible job for us. We mainly spoke and worked with Jose at the Denton location. He was awesome. Had great attention to detail and did right by us. They got everything done within the timeframe we were given and it was an overall great experience. Will definitely be back to do business with them.

There are at least 4 checkin crews, 2 at register, and handfull of technicians but I didn’t get a notification about my car being ready and when I brought it to their attention the employees simply blamed their unreliable system without so much as an apology for the inconvenience, “ it happens.” Checkin was smooth, immediately got text when Kat checked me in. Then, I waited longer than I really needed to and they couldn’t care less. They just gather together to chat with one another until I came out 3 times to see what is going on. I was waiting close to an hour to find that there was nothing wrong.

Jose is extremely helpful and goes the extra mile for customers. I enjoy being assisted by him as he is extremely knowledgeable and courteous. I use Walmart Tire Center on 288 for most of my car needs to which I had been pleased with until this afternoon. Without notifying me (the customer), a tech had left this on top of my personal items on my passenger floorboard which caused black stains on my personal item. There was no courtesy of putting it in a trash bag nor the trunk of my car. I did not notice until I got all the way home. I called to notify them and was told that it wouldn’t go back on. I got an apology from a different manager (not Jose). That’s it. Now I get to scrub off this black stuff and figure out what to do with my cover.

Bad customer service. I didn’t get a notification about my car being ready and when I brought it to their attention the technicians simply blamed their unreliable system without so much as an apology for the inconvenience. I waited longer than I really needed to and they couldn’t care less. Even heard them complaining about how much they hated working the register - so unprofessional. Will be taking my auto servicing needs elsewhere.

I was in need of new tires for my vehicle and decided to stop and shop for what was in stock. I met an employee by the name of Jose and he was such a tremendous help. Got me fixed up with some great tires and even went beyond to help me with other automotive products. I highly recommend Jose for your automotive needs. He is very knowledgeable and has great customer service.

Service was faster than expected but they could have asked if I wanted to dispose of my tires or if I would have like them too. To assume I wanted them to is irresponsible. I wanted at least one for my spare.

DO NOT GO to this walmart auto center! Service men here are robbers. They STEAL your things from the car in an area without cameras and you can do nothing about it later. The stole money from my car while changing oil! Please Be aware!! And make sure you don’t leave any valuable items in the car when you get down.

I went to Walmart on loop 288 to get an oil change. I was there from 5:15 to 6:45 ridiculous. One of the guys working the cash register was very rude and unprofessional. I will not go back to this Walmart. I requested to speak with management they came and did speak with me about the incident. But by then I was already upset.

If you have nothing else to do I mean if you are free as hell, you can go over here. No customer service at all. I went here for oil change it literally took 2 hrs to complete just for a oil change. They said it will be done in half an hour but they were stuck with other car it had some problem. What about other cars. Why should we wait. I might as well go to Take 5 by paying $20 more it will be done in 5-10 minutes.

The staff was friendly, but I'd suggest you make an appointment or you'll be waiting no less than an 1 1/2hrs.

Great prices, no drama, very consistent results for what you want. They just added a radiator flush for $65.00?...garages charge you over $300.00... Walmart Auto Rocks.
