My son's tires are due to be rotated. I kept calling and calling, even got hung up on twice.A young girl kept answering and then would hang up when I spoke.This is by far the worst customer service that I have dealt with.I even spoke with a manager because I do not want this to be a continuous thing.Why have a service if you can't use it ? Why have an automotive center if you won't answer the phone? Why hang up on the customer when they call? I will never purchase tires from any Walmart Automotive Center ever again! So disappointed in this location.

I have been going to Walmart auto care for 10+ years. I was in Dalton, Ga so I went for an oil change amd some shopping. There were NO cars in the bays or waiting outside. When I walked in to check in no one was there and had to go searching. The lady working the counter was wxtremely rude. Told me I really need an appointment. Told her I have never heard of that and non of the other 4 Walmarts that I use do that. It's first come. She snidely says that I was wrong and all Walmarts do that are require it. It was 2:15 when I got there. She said as she walked away she could try to squeeze me in but it would be after the appointments. I leaned over and looked at the bays and said what appointments? She informed me there is a 3pm appointment and I would be be squeezed in. Honestly my car was the only one there and could be done well before 3. When I asked her about how to make an appointment she said in the app. I opened my app and asked her to show me so I would know from now on and she said she didnt know and refused to help me find it. Another person then walked in with a puncher in a tire he was carrying. I walked away and called 2 of the other centers I used and asked them about an oil change appointment and they both said no, first come first serve and At 3:40 (an hour later) I went back and my car was finally up on the blocks. Again still the only car there. I didnt get to check out until almost 4pm. This is unacceptable. The wait was not fun but the employees' attitude was horrible and disrespectful. The gentleman that was there when I checked out was really nice.

I took my car brand new car in to Walmart to get an oil change then they called me telling me they couldn’t do an oil change to my car. I’ve never had a problem with my car at all. Never had a problem with oil leak and no nothing it’s a 2020 out the lot they started talking down on my car lot and saying My Car Lot messed up my car when come to find out Walmart did there service sucks now or there just not caring no more

Says tire center is open til 7, but already closing at 5:15. Dealing with a flat tire and the only reason its 3 stars is because a man cleaning up generously decides to help us look for the problem even tho he can't legally fix our problem.

Staff was friendly but just being a honest customer what tire center that is fully established does not have a lug nut removal socket nor have a locking lug nut master key set know that if you buy a car from a used lot or othe new may not be with the car. Dalton location definitely gonna have to up your game and what's with the appointments as fort o or others I've been to are first come first serve.

Stoped By To Get My Tires Balanced & Rotated From Previous Tire Purchase At A Walmart Had A Nail So Tire Repair Also. They Honored That So No Cost, Issue Was Cooler Of Things, Just As Every Other Walmart Here Lately They Are Understaffed Or Not paying attention to the register for people to check out or to check in their vehicle. They did have a little screen on the credit card machine to press to call an associate. I did so twice. Nobody showed up while I was waiting several more customers came in to get service on their vehicles but by time they were waiting like me over 8 to 10 minutes. They just simply left. There was one lady that had an appointment at 2:00 p.m. So they told me she Got to go ahead of me but it was going to be like an hour and a halfway to 2 hours turn them. Don't worry about it asking why it would take so long for just an oil change and he said that she was also getting her tires. Rotated so I guess he need to go takes 2 hours. So basically you told me I would be after her so I guess they have only one or two people in the back working on vehicles. I got my vehicle back at 4:15 though it says they were finished at 3:15 so I don't really believe my paperwork. My other issue would be that they noted on my paperwork that my vehicle a 2022 Ford Ranger Tremor Edition had " all over scratches and dings prior to service wheels or scratched and dings prior to service" My vehicle has none of this I guess they just picked that in there to cover her butt if they do damage your vehicle but that is quite dishonest! I will attach a photo of my truck Granny. It is a construction vehicle so it is my work truck but this truck is kept immaculate. It is washed every day. It is vacuumed. Every day there is no damage. I will take a photo of the receipt showing that. Also, I knew that I had a vibration while driving my truck. That's the reason I was getting a rebalance of my tires. They put in the technician comments vibration when driving and my tires were choppy on the front and they cross rotated them. It rods perfect. Now there is nothing of that nature. As far as a vibration while driving, I'm wondering how they could even tell by going 5 mph in the store parking lot. I would say it's just another thing to cover their butt if there was an issue. So basically they're just lying to start with and going by what the customer said that issue was to start with. So basically they're saying they didn't fix the issue with the rebalance but they actually did. As I said, I will attach photos below and you be the judge. Employees were friendly and nice. Just not enough people there to keep customers flowing at a pace that should be acceptable.

Took a tire and wheel off my grandson’s Nissan to get a new tire put on at Shugart Road Walmart in Dalton Georgia Sunday 6/25/23 around 3:00 pm the lady. I don’t the counter told me they were covered up and it would be Monday before they could get to it, I spent 40 years doing mechanic work and owned two shops myself.There were two techs in the shop and two cars one tech was working the other just hanging out waiting on the cashier to come back from giving me the runaround. It only takes 10 to 15 minutes to mount and balance a tire off the vehicle and I had to leave the tire to be changed until Monday 6/26/23 I picked up the tire and both the techs were at the counter and one was telling a young lady it would be a three hour wait to get to her car and not a car in the shop. I would fire them both for being lazy and lying. No plans to return to Walmart tire and auto! If I could give zero stars I would

We came today to get a tire put on. As if I’m not already stressed enough… The guy Michael was very rude!!!!! He kept telling us the wait would be a long time. Then we came out & went back in telling him we could wait & once again he was very rude to us. The other guys were super nice. If it wasn’t for them we would have went elsewhere! He was acting like he didn’t want to fool with us!!! I think he needs an attitude adjustment!!!!!! Piece of advice michael… you may want to learn to be kind to your customers or get a job where you don’t work with the public! 🫶🏻

I made the mistake of showing up here at 10:00 on a Saturday morning. They weren't doing oil changes until later in the day, since they only had two employees working. The associate I spoke with says this is very common.

I was visiting my girlfriend 3.5hrs away. I needed a basic oil change. Everything was fine before I went in, paid over $60, and came out with my car running hot, check engine light on, and maintenance required. I'd sue but I signed a form saying "we're not responsible for damages."

The staff was very accommodating with the ordering the special Low Profile tire I needed. They set an appointment for the day of arrival and I was in and out quickly. Shugart Rd Awesome Automotuve team!
