Rude employees and disrespectful in the auto center am trying get my battery replaced and an oil change but won't take me in like 2 to 3 hrs prior. Which is Ridiculous!

Scheduled a tire installation for 10am and when I arrived, there was no employee available to check me in for the appt. After waiting 15 min, I was informed that they would not be able to install my tire for another 3 hours. Do not spend your time or money here. Went to discount tire as a walk in and they charged me the same price and had it done in less than an hour.

So my husband had to return something for me. Two clear top coat nail polish. Which are yellow. So my husband went to return the items with the email that had all the order information on it. The customer service lady said no! You need to take them some where else. She would not even look at what it said. To today I tried to call and with out knowing why I called they kept hanging up on me tring to pretend like they made an effort to answer the phone. They would answer the phone yet I could hear the females giggling, until I said I can hear you and I know you can hear me, I just need to speak to manager, she hung up. Then I called again immediately sometimes they let it ring and ring then the lady answering the phone said she is apperal but she kept answering so im sure the was being dishonest was still at the front desk. Customer service is very rude and always busy, but now they make stuff up so that they don't have to help you. We had the receipt has the return item list. Should never have happened. The Walmart on Buckner service center has terrible customer service. They supposed to open at 7 but they didn't open until 730. I was second in line and didn't leave until 9. Why do they talk, play, take a breakast and just no urgency about work. Management needed, no supervision

Waited 4hrs to get an oil changed arrived at 1 didnt leave til after 4:30 really ridiculous and there were several waiting as well for long periods of time nobody came to check on us and their were attitudes when we asked how long the wait was too long of a wait for 30 min job

Made an appointment for 10am for a simple patch. They didn’t even get to my car till 10:40, car was done around 11:10 am so didn’t get my keys until 11:25. Very lazy workers.

All four new tires flat the next day. Incompetant Walmart tech had installed the TPMS sensor with the washer in the wrong place, damaging them and causing a slow leak. I needed to buy all new ones. Never use Walmart for auto services. This is not the first time they messed me around, I should have learned my lesson. 😭😢😭😢😭😢😭

Came here for assistance with one of my tires and when it wasn’t achieved that day, Management was able to address the situation professionally and make it right! Shout out to Corey and the additional managers over the Auto department, they were genuine!

We ordered our tires online from Wal-Mart and had them installed there. The service was great in the store! The only thing frustrating was having to wait for the tires...order on Sunday & installed on Friday. But that's not the fault of the store itself.

I needed to get two tires replaced. Made appointment for 10. Got checked in around 9:45/9:50. Still here has taken almost 2 hours and there’s still no end in sight. When I look out there check in progress the guy is just talking in the shop with co workers.

Tracy was the best, so kind. I’m from out of town, got a flat coming in. Called in the morning to see if my tire warranty covered a flat, it did. And since I called so early and they had no appointments for the day she said she’d see me as soon as I could get a tow. She was so nice, remembered me and my call when I pulled up even though it had been a few hours. They got us in and out in under an hour, really made my day after a really rough night getting the flat

Very long line was told it would be two and half hours wait when I looked inside the shop it was empty and no one was working on anything so it probably would have taken longer than what the cashier said. I won't be going back anytime soon for them to look at or work on my car.

Was hoping to get my battery replaced with the warranty I paid for, due to high call on services on the day I went to get battery replaced , I was unable to get service, and my battery warranty expired the next day and I had to purchase a whole new battery

I will not be going back to get any service done here. I got the first appointment slot they had. I was told it would only take an hour. No one was there but me!! It took them more than an hour and half. When I checked once the mechanic was just talking to his coworkers. Never again!!!!

The auto center open from 7am-7pm it's 7:30am and it's still not open. Finally see people walking inside so I get out my vehicle and walk inside lady asked me do I need any help I say yes trying to get an oil change she said we can't do anything to the manager open up the doors. We're not waiting on the employees to get to work we waiting on a manager to open the doors for business. It's now 7:30am and still not open
