Bought 4 tires and had them installed, a little slow.

It has taken 6 days for service to be performed. Tire ordered, but no one called to say it had arrived on the sixth day. Many calls had to be made for updates and still waiting for service.

One of the worst service centers in the area. Service is always bad from customer service to the work being done.

Called here around 330pm today to told them my tire might be a little off rim and needs a patch job. Then asked if that's possible today. They responded that "it's about an hour wait and they close at 7. I said great, I'll be there in next hour and I asked if need to leave my name or anything to get me in the queue. They said "no it goes by when you get here." So I got an Uber to my friends work to borrow his car then to my house to take my tire off in the freezing cold to bring in. Got there about 420 and they said "oh yeah we actually switched to appointment only right after you called" they said somethings its a management thing about didn't know what staff was leaving already so had to make adjustments. So i came up empty when i was told otherwise. Never had this kind of experience anywhere. Hope no one else has to either. Thanks for nothing

Was first 1 there 7am. Needed a tire warranty done. He looked up my vehicle warranty and wasn't in system. Good thing I had receipts. Show the service tech. Was still going to charge me. After 1 1/2 hours of waiting mechanic came in said he couldn't find a leak and that my tire had a patch already. I immediately told him that's impossible I just bought them and have not had any tire repairs. That they sold it to me that way. So after talking to Angelina and Adrian. I was informed they would fix tire and wave fee. I said that's fine. What about the problem with having a used tire sold to me. That's when the service tech at the counter wrote up a work order to replace the tire for free. I said thank you and signed for the work to be done. Then Angelina and Adrian said they won't do that. I told them this isn't right and left. When I got to my vehicle and started it. The tire I went in there for had less air in it then when I got there. And valve stem vap was missing. Tire sensor was still lit up on dash. I called and filed a complaint. Do not get Car work done at Walmart.

Gentleman was rude when I tried to ask him to open the compartment to get lights. I didn’t even feel comfortable enough to ask him for help finding the right light for my car because of how annoyed he seemed that I asked him for help.

No help at store. Was told at 730 I was third in line, at nine I was told there was a mistake. It's now a four hour wait. Person behind desk was trying to be helpful he just had no one to do the work

OK just did not i the tires I needed and did not know how long to get them. Was travelling thru due to family emergency so could not wait. The gentleman who i talked to did not seem to want to help me as I did not have an appointment. There loss on a sale of four new tires.

Was wrongly directed over the phone to make an appointment to fix a tail light and blinker light. I showed up to my appointment on time and my name is in the system under a fix tire. The associates attempted to have me wait as a walk in (4-6) hours, until the manager came and gave me my appointment slot. The man I spoke to on the phone claims he wasn’t the one who I spoke to but it was quite apparent.

I was there Saturday the 17th I am a disabled veteran from out of town and got a low tire, 3 walmart service employees were standing around talking and couldn't help me because I didn't have an appointment. There was 3 empty bays and no cars in the parking lot...what a bunch of lazy people, I purchased 8 tires that day from tires plus

I would highly recommend not taking your vehicle to this tire and lube center. They lie about any of the services that they actually provide. They are charging you $25-$45 for oil changes not filling your washer fluid not checking your grease fittings not filling your differentials vacuuming your cars or checking your tires. They don’t have an actual manager there that can handle customer service. Front desk people lie threw there teeth and Asked two separate times to have them make sure the diff was filled. They just try to come up with their own policies on what they’re doing. This place is a joke.

Made a 9 am appointment, arrived at 8:55 am for an oil change. It took them 3hrs to do an oil change. Walmart is a joke and I have T shirts made saying Don't bother to ask to see my receipt it's not going to happen. I have family and clients that shop at Walmart It looks like they won't be getting business from us anymore.

Cheapest place in town to get tires they're not fast. Forgot about a valve stem cover. Keep an eye on them, but I give them 5 stars.

I went in and had a oil change done and paid for them to check the fluids. They did not check the fluids. And it took about 2 hours

I had my battery replaced and left without a radio working. So now I have to go to AutoZone to get that fixed. I would have never brought my car there had I known that they couldn't reset the Hondas radios. They should have informed me of that ahead of time and I would have bought my battery somewhere else. Poor management!

Be careful of this auto center. I got my oil changed in my Chevy Cruze and while changing the oil they sheared my coolant hose right of its housing. I didn't know until I was all the way across Omaha and my engine overheated in a moments time. I contacted the store and explained how the coolant hose is right above the oil filter and how it was not broke before I brought it to the store. The manager told me to get the car fixed and bring them the receipt and they reimbursed me the cost of the fix. Happy they paid for their mistake. Not happy it happened in the first place and lost myself time without a vehicle.

Even though I didn't end up keeping the appointment, I still rate the Manawa branch bc of the girl who helped me out on the phone. It was late, almost 6:30 or so when I contacted them for a tire and mount. The girl I spoke to told me that the only reason she couldn't help us that evening was because there was only one tech working, so he was overloaded, and offered to schedule an appointment for the next day, looked up the exact tire, gave 3 different brands & prices, and made sure it was in the store. Thorough, super down to earth, and very pleasant during the very helpful call. Refreshing customer service. Damned if I can remember her name or I'dve mentioned it. Sorry!

Had an appointment at noon to get two new tires put on, and rotated. I was told it would be done in under an hour. My vehicle was on the stand within minutes, however, the appointment took two hours. What’s the point of making an appointment if your “mechanics” are going to sit on their thumbs for two hours? And zero customer service to boot. Additionally, all of the bathrooms in the store were out of service. What a disaster.

Had me wait over an hour and a half just to tell me you don't have my oil filter in stock. I never received a call or text and had to tell them when my car was finished because it was just sitting in the back parking lot. It is very unprofessional and I won't be returning.

The complete lack of any hustle from thier technicians. Had 2 cars in front of me needing oil changes...took three guys a hour and a half to do 2 oil changes and then watched them stand around for 15 minutes without a car in any bay🤦‍♂️ I don't get it

Took my front rotors in to have them turned. They got them done promptly and affordably! I'm very pleased!
