My family and I have been getting our cars serviced at Walmarts all over the country since the early 2000s, and this was hands down the worst experience I've ever had! My husband and I pulled up to get our oil changed and tire rotation, the guys looked like they were pissed when we pulled up and definitely gave racist vibes (and I don't say that lightly!). However, since we were trying to multitask before an event, we figured we could kill two birds with one stone. We ran our errands and checked out our purchases in 20 minutes and KNEW the car wasn't ready yet, but somehow by the time we made it back to the Auto Center and didn't see our car in the bay, I checked the text message and it said our service was already complete. In less than 20 minutes? I asked the clerk how that was possible, and he said they couldn't find my lugnut lock. It was right by my back door, and very visible! They never looked, nor did they ask. Even still, there wasn't any way that they finished our oil change that fast either. We checked out and paid for it, and I told my husband that something doesn't feel right about the way they did this. Fast forward - we are still within 1000 miles of their recommended 3000-mile oil change, and our "oil change needed" notification pops up. There's no way. I've gone several hundred miles over the recommended sticker, and the "oil change needed" notification didn't come on. I KNEW immediately that those guys didn't do what they were supposed to. It took me over a week for anyone to answer the phone, and when I did, the guy on the phone was helpful and said the mangers would be in at 10, and they'd call me. It's been several days, and it never happened.

Was told I couldn't place a appointment because it was 2 weeks out for 3 matching tires to the one I just purchased..plus oil change..kinda got the not my job vide front all the staff here..

Went too get a oil change was told they were busy and could not do a oil change. no cars in lot a guy sitting around. "They looked real busy" terrible experience.

Bad and experience to forget. I don't understand why a person that cannot handel customer care is in charge of the auto care. Worst customer service and I will never come back. The funny thing is that this person said it have more than 15 years working over there. Awful experiences

DON’T TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. I went to the Walmart Auto Center for an oil change and a tire rotation about a month ago. A month later and my front right tire is making this loud humming noise, which I thought was from a bad wheel bearing. I take my car to a local Columbus mechanic and they find that it was not a bad wheel barring at all, and that the tire actually had loose lug nuts and a couple of lug nuts that actually already fell off. They said it was from the bad tire rotation and that I was lucky that the tire didn’t fall off while I was driving. That was the last time I will ever take my car to the Walmart Auto Center, and figured I’d warn others before taking their car there for anything. I am lucky that I didn’t total my car due to their poor and lack of attention to my car.

Do not buy tires here! I am beating myself up for not buying from D.......Tire on Hilliard Rome Rd. Their customer service is horrible! As soon as I drove off the lot with my new tires, the low pressure light came on. I have been having touble with my tire pressure since day 1! Today, I tried to call several times to make an appointment and once again no answer. So, I decided to take my car in anyways to get checked out. The guy at the counter said 3-4 hour wait, I get it, it's Saturday and their busy. 4 hours later, no phone call, no text, and all they did was add air to my tires!!! I could have been In and out in 60 seconds at D....... Tire Avoid this place at all costs!

Disappointed they no longer had my under warranty brand of tire, but the technician and manager approval made up for the inconvenience with an offer I couldn’t refuse. Excellent customer service and greatly appreciated. Thank you

The messed my vehicle up and sent it to a garage right no one has gotten in contact with me I haven't had my card over a week this is the bed in the most unprofessional thing I have experience with Walmart and I would not be going back to ever get my services on I do not recommend this on anyone that is reading this not a good experience

Went here to change my oil. There wasn’t a line and I didn’t wait too long for it to be changed, and I thought, “wow this place is amazing, I’ll start coming here for quick oil changes and whatnot”. When they gave me my rundown sheet afterwards detailing the fluid levels and light issues, the only issue that I had was that my low beams needed replaced, nothing else. A few days later, my service engine light came on, and I naturally I checked my fluid levels. My coolant was entirely at empty. Meanwhile, the rundown sheet said that it was at a good level, meaning that they just blatantly lied about checking fluid levels. No wonder it only took half an hour for an oil change. Never coming here again.

Wow a Walmart with an oil change department That’s never opened and never answers phone calls!! Omg so impressed !. Taco Bell across the street hires pot heads and they still get to work, Walmart you gotta fix things ASAP don’t let your employee be you downfall in the Oil Change department if I owned the business and my workers were closing early or not showing up to work I’d replace them , Allot of people with skills are looking for jobs do get to work and so hire them.

Called 4 times this morning and no one answered the phone. So I drove up there, parked and called again while walking in.. just to see the employees joking around laughing at each others jokes while the phone rings and rings. Walmart needs to get rid of their lazy employees who are only there for a paycheck and not to do their job

Great service and very quick! Very straightforward or try to con me into buying things that I didn't need. I got 4 new tires and was in and out in about 40 minutes. They even offered to help me put on my new windshield wipers

I will never return there because of how one of the worker treat me there when I received a taxe message that says my care is ready he was in front dask I asked hime he said I don't have any ideas with an angry face and without looking to me, thank you any way for athor workers 😊 but because of this one I'll never go there

I’ve used this place in the past, it was was ok service. Today I went in and it’s a different crew and a way better experience. The guy who checked me in, asked me about my car and recommended some options that’s no one has ever offered. I went with the fuel injection service, and oil change combo. I appreciate when the employees care enough to take the time to recommend options which would benefit the clients. Will be back in future.U

Terrible customer service. I called ahead and was told I didn't need an appointment. When I got there at 4:30 they were closed. A guy told me they were short staffed all day and closed early. Wasted my time
