Bought four tires online to be shipped to the store and an appointment to install the tires. This was at the end of November and at the appointment the tech told me I had a lug nut stripped and I'd have to a tire shop which I thought they were but they did not have the tools to take off the lug nut. I received paperwork my order was canceled and said I would not have to pay anything. Charge is still my credit card and Walmart said in an email that the tires were delivered and I am arguing with them that the tires were delivered but I did not have them ins,the store has the tires

Got two new tires put on, and all is well. I really wish i had gone ahead and asked for the rotation on the front while I was there.

Got an oil change last month. Now my engine is blown... low oil. I went to ATL before and had no issues.

I got an oil change from Angello, they were really nice respectful and informative. I really appreciate the help and empathy they provided and I will definitely be back specifically because of this encounter. Definitely recommend Angello!

Bought tires and made an appointment to have them put on, was not able to get a hold of anyone when calling, walked in and found a staff member who then told me to "come back tomorrow" Seems Walmarts internet services are not adequate. When I was able to get a hold of an employee they were pleasant and helpful. Tire change took a while, but they were also pretty busy

Had a 7am appointment and no one showed up . The management wasn’t helpful . She made me wait while she did here cash for the tills . Mind you the store opened at 6am and it was well after 7am . Just poor overall experience .

Had appointment set up for a week to have tires installed. Showed up and they had no clue when they would be able to even start. I got a shoulder shrug from the counter lady and that was it. Went to the tire place up the street. They were done in 30 min. Don't waste your time.

I called that morning for 2 tires and got an apt the same day. I got text messages for every step of my service. I was able to shop, and the car was finished ahead of schedule

If I could give zero stars I would. Incredibly unprofessional service. They don’t stick to their business hours and NEVER answer their company phone. They are supposed to open at 7am, no one shows up until 8:40am. The deals are great but you pay the difference in inconvenience and incompetence. Strongly recommend going elsewhere.

Staff was very slow. The cashier sat in the office behind the register and I had to get his attention after waiting. Will go to a different location in the future.

There were nails in the lot of the automotive center and one punctured my tire. The ride dismissive unprofessional and immature customer service reps didn't see any fault of their own in this even refusing to perform my oil change due to the flattening tire. Noone answered in the admin office or the desk. They do not perform service. They baby sit the store while we buy their inventory. If we don't stop patronizing establishments that perform this way how will they know it's not ok? I won't shop there again.

I ordered tires online weeks ago and paid in full for them. I have showed up during hours to get them installed 2 times and No one is there! I had a appointment scheduled! No one was there! I have called at least 7 times over 2 weeks and no one has answered the phone in the Automotive department once. The phone transfers you after 10 rings or so to somewhere else. Wow! They say to call back next day. Please fix your automotive department management!
