If I could put a 0 start rating, I would. Absolute garbage to work with. The bigger tech is rude and treats you like you're an idiot (despite you having done his job before) instead of like a customer trying to get some service. So, I went to another store for tire repairs/replacement and I was told that the mileage warranty is void because they (Venetucci location) put the INCORRECT rated tire on my car. So now I have to pay more money for a different set of tires even after I purchased a full set with the road hazard and all the other warranties for the original set because Venetucci techs didn't do their due diligence and put the wrong rated tires on my car. Teach your techs HOW to do their jobs and HOW to treat people with respect so that this garbage doesn't happen unless you like that people will go to a different service center, that isn't Walmart, altogether to avoid this. Not that Walmart even cares or will address anything after this, but maybe it'll save you a similar headache.

Worst customer service. Try calling an they don't answer the phones. Don't know why corporate doesn't step in and make these workers actually do annual training.

My most recent oil change was completed here and I have no complaints. The five stars is specifically because they fixed my odometer reading that another Walmart Auto Care Center in Colorado Springs had messed up. Having this fixed made me incredibly satisfied.

So I was just at the auto department and they had a rollback sale on some GoodYear tires. I asked the associate about the tires 225/55R17 and he looked them up on the computer and told me they were not on sale. I told him turn around and look at the rollback sign saying there were on sale from $117.00 to $105.00 each. He got his team lead who said they were not on sale and took down the rollback advertisement from the shelf with price listings and said there is nothing he could do about it. I find this unexceptable that they would not except the sale price they had advertised on the shelf at the time. This is second time I have encountered this kind of problem at this Walmart.

It took over 3 hours to get an oil change and to get 4 tires, installed, balanced and mounted. If a something happens at the service desk I guess it requires everyone in the motor pool to stop what they’re doing to help answer a general customer service question.

Requested oil change and filter and also tire rotation. Took an exceptional length of time and they never did the tire rotation.

Terrible service no one seems to care at all here very lazy lousy employees that just take turns taking breaks instead of working on your car. They take over an hour to service each vehicle and just don't seem to care at all.

Absolutely terrible experience!! Took my truck in about a month ago to have my wheels rotated. They called me and said they couldn’t do it because my lugnuts were too tight. I picked up my truck took it home and realized they didn’t put my wheel lock back in. After many trips and phone calls they cannot find it. They told me to take it somewhere pay to have my lugs removed then they would reimburse me. I have been to three different tire shops so far and no one can help without severely damaging my wheels. Still trying to find a way to get these off and they won’t do anything about it. Absolute worst experience ever!

Amazing service! Bobby went above and beyond to help us figure out what was going on with our car. It was late evening on Friday night of a holiday weekend and he was so patient. We left feeling confident that we were safe to return to the road to camp. Thank you Bobby!

Great service tonight from Cooper and another gentleman (Darrell?). I usually go to the TLE in Pueblo and this location was way more attentive to cost and customer issues. Cooper ensured to have my road warranty applied to my issue where I've struggled with this in Pueblo. Grateful for this service and will be returning.

I got new tires here and it was the worst experience. I got in their line outside at 1215. I got seen at 1240 and ordered 2 tires. I was told my wait would be an hour and a half to 2 hours. By 3 I went back to the tire department and my car was Still not even touched. 355 my car finally goes into the bay. 410 someone told me I HAD to order 4 tires or else I would be turned away, after arguing back and forth and waiting 4 hours I conceded to the 4 tires. 445 they come to tell me they don't have the tires that I ordered at 1240. 515 I ask how much longer it's going to take for my car to be completed. They tell me 20 minutes, they still needed to balance my tires and put them back on my car. 6pm I finally get my car back. Just about 7 hours waiting, 5 hours past their estimated time, 4 tires instead of 2 and zero courtesy or respect or common decency. I will never ever come back to the auto care center.

I'm pretty impressed with this place. I've never had anything done at any location, but a friend said she knows someone that works here and that they do a good job and I will go there again. I went within an hour of their closing and there were I think 2 in the shop and 2 others waiting before mine. At the time they pulled mine in, they were actually closed, but they didn't seem to mind at all. Friendly and professional as could be. I felt bad because I knew it was going to take awhile for mine, with 2 tires that had nails and an oil change so ordered them pizzas since it was also late at night. The guy that helped me for all but checkout was really funny, such a great sense of humor and personality. They knew what they were doing when they chose to have him deal with customers for sure. The price was crazy cheap. I got fully synthetic oil and they had to repair 2 nails in one tire and 1 in the other, plus they checked and topped off all the other fluids for less than 100$. My car is still reading 100% oil life a week later and the tires are all holding their exact air so they did a good job also. I'll probably consider them for my next set of tires but will definitely make them my regular place for oil changes.

Went to get an oil change and tire rotation and I had a custom bottle opener attached to my keys. Once I received my keys back I noticed my bottle opener was missing and I told management about it missing and they told me they don’t know what happened to it or where it went.
