Opened up 20 mins late. Gave different answers depending on who you spoke with. Only go here if you want your car broken.

I went in for tires that I ordered online & oil change. I made an appointment the day b4. When I got there 10 minutes late they told me I would still have to wait 45 minutes. It took alot longer to get my truck into the bay. But once it was in there it didn't take to long. Everything seems to be good with my installation of the tires. Other than the long wait I am satisfied with the job. Heck of alot better than the Kingman Walmart, they take 4ever.

Bought a tire Sunday 4 days later the sidewall blew out and they had no kind of warranty or anything for it would not recommend

First time I can give 5 stars to Walmart location. Great and fast service at Auto Care. The store is one of the biggest Wal-Mart i saw. The shelves are full and they got everything. Clean and very polite people working there.

So far so good, they got the job done. There's a outlet inside where you can charge a phone, if you have to while you're waiting for your car to be serviced. The guy who works in there with the glasses is a great guy he's a veteran. And they all do a wonderful job. Is Walmart is clean and the staff is helpful

They are friendly and usually get my car in quickly if they aren't too busy. I enjoy that I can grocery shop while getting my car serviced.

They put the wrong tire on my car after I had a punctured tire under my road hazard. They tried to charge me again for road hazard and rotation and balancing! I said no, you were the ones who put the wrong tire on!! I need to go back I don't think they balanced the tire I can feel it wobble. Terrible experience! Right after I noticed that my oil was drained from the car. Thank goodness I noticed right away because my engine could have seized. I'm wondering if it happened while they were changing my tire. I would suspect that it did how otherwise how would my oil be gone. I change it regularly and before this had no trouble. My car is a 2019.

Walmart auto care is the worse unprofessional Ruid chewing tobacco kind of guys no matter what you go there for oh it's going to be an hour a hour to put a tire on a rim which I know takes 10 minutes tops there's hardly ever anybody at the desk just a horrible place of business

Wonderful service and quick turnaround as it took less than an hour to get my tires balanced and rotated. Don't forget to ask for them to take a look at your brake pad thickness remaining. As the inspection hole is visible while the tire is off. Remember if your wheels are squeaking when you press on the brakes it's time to change the pads, as the pad squeaker warning is working as designed.

Only picked up NEW CAR BATTERY. COURTEOUS FRIENDLY STAFF, AND THEY EVEN CARRIED IT OUT TO MY VEHICLE !
