Highly recommend! The company I ordered tires to Walmart for them to put on sent me the wrong tires and Walmart fixed everything seamlessly and quickly on their end so I got the tires I wanted. They were incredibly communicative and accommodating. Plus their prices are the most reasonable around and they are fast getting the tires on. Thank you, Bozeman Walmart auto center!!!

I booked an appointment and drove from an hour away to get my snow tires on just to be denied service because apparently you can't just put the two front snow tires on. They said it was a safety issue, but I've driven like that in the snow all my life. I know how to drive my car. Do you think I'm safer with two front snow tires or none??? I live in an area much snowier than Bozeman and it's quite a game changer just to have more traction on the drive wheels. I'll remember this everytime I get stuck in a parking space after it's snowed for three days or I have trouble getting started on the road.

At walmart it is policy that a technician will come out to your vehicle when you pull up for oil change services. But because this walmart is so poorly staffed and managed that they don't do that anymore. Which is against walmart policy. Furthermore if you walk in and ask to speak with a manager the employees will tell you to go find him yourself. This is also against walmart policy. This store is an absolute disgrace to the community of Bozeman. It need to be fixed. I will never shop there again.

Got oil changed and they striped my oil pan bolt so bad I need to replace my whole oil pan. I can’t get the bolt out. Will not be recommending anyone to go here nor will I be returning myself.

Recently took my vehicle in for an oil change before moving across the country. I noticed my oil leaking when i arrived and after taking it in to a local mechanic they noticed that whoever did my last oil change had completely stripped my oil pan and gasket and tried to seal it incorrectly in order to not get caught. The fix was almost a grand to repair. Screw Walmart for not telling me the destroyed part of my vehicle.

My grandmother was in there today getting her tire swapped out, and they told her that her Lugnuts were stripped. They told her that she need to buy new ones. I went out there with my torque wrenched, and none of the Lug nuts were tight whoever touched my grandmother‘s car needs to be fired. Her lug nuts are just fine.

They told me they would break my valve stems removing the tire. i have removed and replaced tires on 1000’s of rims and not had to replace a valve stem once. thanks for upcharging me after i told you not to replace them. seriously disappointed with my service.

Woke up & found a screw in my tire right before having to drive 3.5hrs. They were able to fit me in but there was a 2 hr wait.

I called the Walmart auto care center to see if they had a specific set of tires in stock and I was told they were online only. I was told to just call into the store when the tires arrived. I proceeded to buy the tires and wait for them to ship and the day they arrived I called the shop again to set up an appointment for installation. I was then told you cannot set up an appointment for installation over the phone. The lady told me to go online and I can set up an appointment there and when I did it doesn’t let me set up an appointment. Maybe I’m missing the section where you set one up but I would thing it’s under tire installation and I couldn’t find it there. It seems like this should have been done upon purchasing the tires but I was not made aware of that and was told I could call the shop when they arrived.

Adequate service but they need to update the hours of operations to reflect their actual operating hours. As I arrived at 6:45am based off of the google hours of operation which state an open of 7am not 8am as the door sign indicates.

Fast, efficient & friendly! Fast and efficient is never something I would use to describe Walmart in the past. I was gifted tires from Walmart with road hazard warranty last year. When I got a flat tire a few days ago I was honestly dreading dealing with this center due to all the bad reviews… Honest Review : It only took about 20 minutes in and out for them to give me a new tire & it was under warranty! This team needs more props! Thanks Wal-Mart Auto Center!

First I was met with rude employees who obviously thought they knew better than me. In addition, I was quoted 30 bucks to install two tires but when I got rung up I was charged close to $60. I brought my second set of wheels and tires in about 45 minutes before closing. I was not expecting to get them done the same day, but according to the very nice employee at the register the techs were “stingy” and I couldn’t leave the tires overnight. He apologized for the inconvenience, but as someone who works in the service industry as a mechanic, making a work order and holding items overnight is very common. The fact they weren’t willing to work with me was frustrating, especially after running around town all day. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

I called last week and the lady told me they would most likely have my tires Thursday but she can’t order them for me.. Makes no sense considering Walmart is the only one that carries them. So I called this morning.. She is telling me they are out of stock but the website clearly states they have some in stock in Bozeman. She is just too lazy to do her job and look. I have been getting the same tires from them for years and never had a problem. She is the worst!! Doesn’t even deserve the star. I have been waiting all week and now I have to make an appointment somewhere two weeks out.

I was a little hesitant based on other poor reviews, but I had no other options this day. I was very pleased by the level of service and attentiveness of the staff. My oil change was completed in less than 30min. I would use them again.

It took them over 4 hours to do tire rotations on 4 vehicles (this includes my truck). I think a monkey could do that in an hour. Desperation aside, I'll never use them again.

Utter incompetence! On Oct. 8th I scheduled a simple tire change for Oct 14th. Two days before the tire change, I got an email saying that they don't have the tires yet, so I had to reschedule. I rescheduled it for Oct. 21st and 1 hour before the appointment I got the same email saying it has been cancelled by them. I call the auto phone extension for a solid 15 minutes and get no response, not even the ability to leave a message. I called about 4 other store offices and finally reached an inventory worker who checked on my order and told me that the tires actually were in stock, who would've guessed. She tells me that tire changes operate on a first come first serve basis and that I should just drive to have them changed. So, I drove to Walmart at my appointment time that was just cancelled. I got there and talked to the first mechanic I saw, and they referred me to the front desk of the auto department. I talked with the boy working there and he has no idea what the appointment scheduler even is. He brings in the lead mechanic to talk with me and he says that the online system doesn't work and that I'll have to schedule another appointment. So, all in one day Walmart employees said there was no need to schedule appointments, there was a need to schedule them but only in-person, and one didn't even know they existed. How freaking hard is it to build a tire changing system that works! In all of this, I didn't receive an apology from any of the employees or the company. I am now waiting 14 days from when I scheduled initially, JUST TO CHANGE TIRES! This process takes 30 minutes. I should have just gone to Firestone or Jiffy Lube looking back at it.

Over torqued the oil filter housing on my 2018 dodge caravan cracking it resulting in an oil leak. Also over torqued and stripped the oil plug, and reinstalled it with some sort of epoxy. So the van required an extensive repair to replace the oil filter housing/oil cooler along with a new oil pan, but I saved $10 on my oil change.

They cant find men to work and have a bunch of chicks working there. One of them put window washer fluid in my coolant system. Wow.
